Because You Make Me Chapter 1 -- First Day By: Meester Matt
So here I am, Matthew Christopher McDougal, stepping out my front door on the first day of Grade 11 in a new school, a new city, with no friends. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining... I wanted this move, really wanted it. In fact... the only move we made in my short 16 years happened when I was 7... and we moved exactly 1 street over to a bigger house. It's just so overwhelming having to start from scratch. I'm not a loaner, but between settling into our new house, exploring the city and taking a few trips to the mountains, I can't say I really missed having friends around. Back home, I was comfortable growing up in a familiar neighborhood with some great friends. But who cares really, that was then, this is now.
It's probably a bit cliche, but I should probably tell you a little about myself. I'm 16, 150 lbs, about 5'9", short dirty blonde hair that's usually gelled up to look sort of messy, blue eyes and an average build. I also wear glasses but I mostly wear contacts. I'm not muscular but I'm not all bone either. I'm a pretty typical teen, I like what most other teens like. But I also love airplanes. Ever since I was a kid I've wanted to be a pilot. I'm gonna be one someday, just watch me! I hate R&B, hiphop and rap. I pretty well just listen to new and classic rock, alternative and metal. I used to play baseball in Ottawa but I haven't signed up for anything here yet. And now for the real shocker... I'm.... gay. I'm gay and so deep in the closet that I could count the age rings inside any piece of 2 x 4 framing that holds the closet wall up. Well, I WAS so-deep in the closet. Now that I've begrudgingly come to accept the fact that I want nothing more than to hold a guy, I'm just deep in the closet. Meaning, I tell no one, and no one will EVER find out. I don't look or act gay so I HOPE no one will ever find out anyway. I have a little brother named Mikey. He's 11 and can be a pest but for the most part he's pretty cool. My parents are great, they're not really on my case about anything except sleeping past 10 or keeping the lawn cut. I hate being mechanically and technically gifted because that means I usually end up having to help my dad fixing stuff around the house.
Now you're probably wondering about all these references to moving. Well, it's pretty simple. My dad was transferred with his job. So when the news made it home that we were moving from Ottawa to Calgary, I literally jumped for joy. A New city, a new house, a new start. When it came time to board the Airbus A320 for the 4 and a half hour flight to Calgary, it still hadn't sunk in that we're leaving Ottawa for good. I all cared about was getting the window seat and hoping for a chance to go hang out with the pilots. Yeah, I'm a total airplane geek. Sue me.
Ok, I sorta lied. I do have one sort of friend in Calgary, but he's more of a rent-a-friend than an actual friend. His name's Josh and he lives down the street from me. He's also the only kid my age in this whole neighborhood - that I've seen anyway. His dad works with my dad so we're just sort of friends by association. We have nothing in common and he's kind of asshole anyway so aside from when our parents get together, we don't actually hang out. He's about my height, 5'9", 155 LBS, shoulder length black hair and green eyes. Before you get any ideas, he's totally not my type... I'm only into short haired guys :). The only upside to knowing him is that he's lived here forever, so he's connected at school and most importantly, actually knows how to get there. Which leads us back to... stepping out my front door. I don't like school but I don't hate it either. Every year, during the first week of the school, I feel really sick in the morning. I'm told its anxiety but whatever. So at exactly 7:25 on this cool, crisp September morning, anxiety cranked up, I'm standing outside leaning against my mom's Montana waiting for Josh to come by. We'd already arranged thatHeWe he'd walk with me to school to show me which bus and train routes to take. Up to this point, I'd never been on a city bus before, never mind a train, so this is all pretty new to me. Everything was within walking or biking distance of my house in Ottawa. So at exactly 7:31, just as a WestJet Boeing 737-700 streaks overhead, probably headed to Vancouver, Josh comes waltzing around the corner with his backpack slung over his right shoulder. We exchange G'mornings and began our wordless walk to the bus stop. I started to wonder what sort of classes I'd get, since I didn't get a complete schedule in the mail. I knew I'd have to take the basics, Math, English and Science. But I wondered what sort of electives they have to choose from. And that's when my train of thought was interrupted by HIM. Standing among a handful of people at the bus stop in the near distance, was this unbelievably cute guy around my age fiddling with a cell phone. He was maybe 5'11", 160 LBS, short brown hair and deep brown eyes. He was sooo cute. There, I said it, the guy is cute. Hot even. I couldn't stare, that'd give me away, but I couldn't help glancing over at him every 15 seconds or so.
As we approached the stop, Josh told me to stay put, he was just going to say hi to a friend of his. Whatever, I figured it was the blonde ditz with the Ipod chewing gum like a farmer, but no... it had to be... HIM. They bumped fists and exchanged a few words before the bus came squealing around the corner. Josh came back over to where I was standing and motioned for me to line up with him. We got on the bus, I put a ticket in the slot and asked for a transfer. Apparently I'd need this to get on the train. Joy. Since our stop was near the end of the route, there was only standing room left. I followed Josh along the crowded aisle towards the middle of the bus and almost fell over as the bus suddenly jerked forward. But as I started to fall over, I grabbed onto something to my left for support. When I was finally able to stand up straight, that something I grabbed onto was him. I was looking directly into Mr. Cell Phone's smiling face. Talk about being caught breathless. All I could do is stare back, mouth slightly agape and gaze into those beautiful brown eyes for what seemed like an hour. In reality it was probably 3 or 4 seconds at the most, because the bus jerked into second gear and I almost took another fall. It's a good thing I was still holding onto him for support but quickly realized I should let go.
"You really should hold on, these busses aren't that smooth." Wow, he talked to me with that sweet raspy voice of his. I was instantly half hard.
"Uhhhh, yeah, I know, I'm just, uhhh, a little tired this morning." I said, grabbing hold of the bar above my head. Smooth Matt, real smooth. He laughed in reply, and what a cute laugh it was. I couldn't help but smile also. We were still staring at eachother.
Josh ruined the moment by turning around and telling me what train we had to connect to and how many stops we would go before getting off. I was only half paying attention because I was trying so hard to make my now almost fully hard 5" dick go soft before it tented out my jeans. I just looked out the window at the houses passing by until Josh finally had enough of me and started talking to Danny. Josh had called him Danny. I was able to determine that Danny had a twin sister whom Josh was interested in, and she went to another school. I also learned that Danny was going for his driver's license test the following week and that if he passed, his parents would be getting him a car, a red Sunfire coupe to be precise.
We reached the station about 20 minutes later, the bus lurching to a stop. I swear, I thought my dad was hard on brakes, these bus drivers are freaking nuts! How more people don't get whiplash from bus rides is beyond me. The doors opened and people began filing off the bus, heading towards the southbound train platform where a train was waiting. I followed Josh off the bus and then kept up with the crowd moving towards the platform at what was now a running pace. What's the rush, the train will wait. Well, it didn't take long for me to figure out why everyone runs. The trains don't wait. While Josh made it to the closest coach and got inside, the red lights came on above it indicating the doors were closing and locking. Josh tried to hold the door for me but I got stuck outside behind some slow paced idiots. He held up 6 fingers to me through the window, I guessed meaning go 6 stops. The train sped out of the station and I walked over to an empty bench to sit down. No sign of Danny anywhere. I tried not to think of him because I knew I'd end up with a permanent hard-on. Instead, I went back to thinking about my electives. In the 10 minutes it took for the next train to arrive, I decided that I would pick Phys Ed, Auto Mechanics and something in Computers if they had those options available. I love working on cars, I just don't get to much because ours haven't broken down.
The next southbound train pulled in and I hurried over to the closest door. There was only standing room left again so I picked a spot close to the opposite door. You'd think I'd have learned my lesson about not holding onto the bars. As the train blasted out of the station, I went flying back into the bulkhead with a loud crash. Several people looked over as I must have turned a perfect shade of crimson. Let it be known that from that moment forward, I haven't ever let go of the bar on a bus or train.
I counted out 6 stops and followed some other kids around my age off the train. No sign of Josh, not that I was expecting him to wait around. What an ass. I followed what had now become a sizeable crowd of kids across the C-Train parking lot and down a beat up sidewalk to what I can only describe as a bomb shelter; a huge concrete building with no windows and thick, steel doors. Ah ha, prison, this would be the place. I followed a couple of chicks up the steep front steps, through the main doors to the school and tried to find the guidance office. I finally found it at the end of the main hallway and went inside to find out about my schedule.
"Yes? Do you have an appointment?"
"Um, no, I need to see a guidance counselor about getting my schedule worked out."
"Schedule changes will take place on Thursday and Friday only." The woman waved me away. Jeez, what a bitch.
"Right, but my schedule wasn't completed because I just transferred to this school."
"Well, sit, the counselors are all working with other students at the moment."
"Ok." I filled out my name on the wait list and looked around the small reception area. There were a handful of other kids waiting for their turn to meet Satan. Some were flipping through outdated magazines sitting on a small coffee table and others just weren't doing anything. I sat down in a chair in the corner facing the doorway and had a quick look at the magazine selection. Nothing good. This is going to be boring. I thought about Danny again but quickly realized if I kept that up, I'd soon find myself with a situation that I'd have a hard time explaining. Or maybe just die from embarrassment. I ended up sitting there for half an hour watching students come and go through the hallway outside the door. Just as my name was called, Danny walked down the hall, backpack on shoulders and a couple of text books under his right arm. He was looking through the doorway as he walked by and we maintained eye contact for a second. I thought I saw the beginnings of a smile on his face but he had passed the door so I couldn't be sure.
"Mr. McDougal, please follow me." I got up and followed the wicked witch of the west, sans hard-on, past a series of small identical offices to her own. Man I thought, if these offices are in such poor shape, I wonder what the classrooms will be like. The room was small, windowless, with drab beige paint, two super uncomfortable utilitarian lime green chairs accompanying a small desk and a computer workstation. I pulled my existing schedule out of my backpack and handed it to the lady, who's name plate said "L. Travera."
"So, your record shows you as a transfer student from Ontario. Mostly 70's and 80's grades on your Ontario report card for Grade 10."
"Right. I think the core Math, Science and English courses have been selected for me, but I was wondering about adding some electives."
"Well, you are currently scheduled in Math 20, Physics 20, English 20 and Social 20. These are our mainstream courses for Grade 11. Be aware that not all electives will be available to you if you don't hold the pre-requisite courses from Alberta or whatever the equivalent is in Ontario."
"What options are there then?"
"You have the option to pick 2 electives this semester, and 3 next semester. If you decide not to pick Religious Studies 23 this semester, you will have to take it next semester and same applies to Phys Ed 20 and CALM 20. Your options are Info Pro 20, Automotive Mechanics 20, Chemistry 20, Art 23, Drama 20, Shop 23, Cosmetics 20 or French 20."
Ick, I thought. Cosmetics 20... what does she think, I'm a girl? I may be gay but there's NO way I'm taking that. I guess I can take Phys Ed 20 and Info Pro 20 now and Auto Mechanics, French and Shop next semester when it's warmer. I'm not very religious so the thought of spending 65 minutes a day in RS 23 made me drowsy. French should be an easy enough subject. I was in French Immersion in Ontario. I think high school French in Alberta is at our Grade 3 level.
"Can I pick Phys Ed and Info Pro this semester? And then maybe Auto Mechanics, French and Shop next?"
"I don't see a previous Info Pro credit on your Ontario record. If you want to go into Info Pro classes, you will need to start at the 10 level." Jeez... what is with this bitch.. first she tells me I can pick it, now she's telling me I can only do the grade 10 level. This makes no sense! It's not like Word and Excel are hard programs to use.
"I'd rather not take Grade 10 classes... So..."
"Then perhaps you should take Math, English, Physics, Social, Phys Ed and CALM this semester and we will work out a schedule for January before Christmas." It's kind of a brutal schedule, I mean, Math and Physics together like that, but I guess I can manage.
"Ok, I guess I could do that."
"Wait a moment while I prepare your schedule." She got up with a frown plastered on her face, and marched off somewhere to pick up a printed copy of my schedule. I took the opportunity to try and find a more comfortable position in that stupid green chair. I had been there 5 minutes at the most and my ass was killing me.
"Here, this is your final schedule for the first Semester. You will need to report to your Teacher Advisor at 9:15, which, for you will be in the Library. Here is your agenda and temporary student pass. Pictures for your ID card will take place throughout today and tomorrow in alphabetical order. Your letter will be called at that time."
"Thanks..." And that was it... she got up and began walking back towards the front of the main reception area. I took this as my queue that we were done and followed her. Sure enough, she called "Next." What a place... are there no friendly people here?
I looked at my watch. 8:50. Damn, this day is going so slowly and now I have 25 minutes to kill. I decided to find the library where I was supposed to go for TA, and then try and find where some of my other classes are.
I managed to find the library pretty easily. It was on the top floor above where the main offices are. Next is Math in Room 209 with a Mrs. Stern. I haven't even met her and she already sounds mean. While going down the stairs to the 2nd floor, trying to find room 209 on the map, I bumped shoulders with someone going up. I turned around to apologize and it was Josh. He didn't even stop or turn his head, just kept on walking and laughing with a couple of his friends. Typical. Oh well.
I found room 209 for Math pretty easily. Looking at my watch, I still had 15 minutes before I had to be at TA, so I went to look for room 128 where my Social class was to be held. It was all the way on the other side of the school and took me a good 5 minutes to get there. I hope they give us a lot of time to change classes here. Ten minutes left. I guess I should start heading back. Just then, my cell started vibrating in my pocket.
"Hello?" Silence. I repeated the greeting. Still nothing, but I could hear someone breathing. I looked at my phone's display and it showed "Unknown Number." Weird, oh well, I hung up.
I headed back towards the Library on the 3rd floor and took a seat at one of the tables. There were already quite a few people waiting and soon more people arrived and ended up sitting at my table. No one really said anything and at 9:15, our TA Mr. Jordan showed up to take attendance. He seemed like a pretty cool, laid back guy. He proceeded to hand out the typical first day shit, like parking pass forms, notices for parents and stuff. I absent-mindedly folded one of the parent notices into a paper airplane that I later just chucked out along with the rest of the crap. They should know by now that we never bring anything home, so why do they bother? In the 10 minutes it took to accomplish all that, Mr. Jordan called some names, including mine, to go see him. Pretty well everyone at my table got up and went to see him. As it turns out, we're all out of province transfers so that seemed to break the ice a bit. One guy, Francois, was from Hull which is pretty close to Ottawa. So we got to talking and stuff and he seemed pretty cool. This other girl, Kristen, was from Florida so we talked a bit about Florida for a while. We had gone down to Miami Beach every year when I lived in Ottawa so it was cool to reminisce with someone who lived around there. When the bell finally rang at 9:35, we went our separate ways. I headed down to Math and waited with the crowd gathered outside the door. Just as the bell rang, a short, stocky lady with large glasses, permanent frown and obviously dyed blonde hair pushed her way through the crowd, travel mug and textbook in hand, to open the door. We piled in the classroom and I took a seat on the far left, in the middle.
We ended up being placed in alphabetical order (I hate that!) and I was assigned a seat in the last row, second column from the right. Thank God for that, I don't know how much of Mrs. Stern I could take... cause she really was... stern. I mean... she was the meanest teacher I've ever had, a total bitch. She had about 30 rules and regulations in her classroom that she made us copy down before going right into a full lesson on Quadratic Equations. I looked around a little when she had her back to us but there really wasn't anyone in the class who caught my attention. I was hoping Danny would be in some of my classes. About 20 minutes into the class, another kid showed up and she lectured him about being on time for her class. He was about 5'10, 165 LBS, short brown hair with blonde highlights, green eyes and an amazing smile. He was cute, but wasn't as hot as Danny. The desk to my right was empty and she assigned him that seat. Score! At least if I have to endure Mrs. Stern, I could do it with a cute guy sitting beside me :)! He walked up the aisle and sat down next to me. I took a quick peek to look at him as he looked at me and we did the mutual `sup nod.
We ended up with 2 pages of homework, to be handed in next class. This totally sucks ass. Oh well, at least class is over, now on to Social.
Social was pretty much the same. Ms. Turner was really nice though, she didn't assign us any work but spent the period talking about what type of material we'd cover, what books we'd need and then she showed us a short video on the French revolution. There were a few cute guys in this class which was great, cause I spent more time looking around at them than watching the movie. That inevitably gave me a bit of a stiffy that thankfully was gone by the end of class.
By this time, they had started to call people down to the auditorium for yearbook and ID card pictures. So by the time Physics rolled around in third period, there wasn't much we could do with half the class missing. We were dismissed early from class which gave us an extra half hour for lunch. Knowing full well what school cafeteria lunches are like, I decided to go take a walk outside to see if I could find anywhere to eat close by. I stopped by the vending machines first to grab a Pepsi, I was pretty thirsty.
It was a dark and dreary outside. It felt like it was 5 degrees but it was probably around 10. I zipped up my Nike jacket and headed towards the C-Train station because I thought I had seen a KFC sign in the distance.
After grabbing a Crispy Strips combo, I walked back through this nearby park and found a pretty secluded spot on the massive jungle gym to sit down and eat my lunch. I started to drift off into la la land again, thinking about Danny and the guy in my math class. The vibration in my pocket woke me out of my trance and I dug out my cell phone.
"Hello?"
Silence again. What the fuck?
"Hello? Who is this?"
"................. Hi ummm, sorry...." Click. The line went dead. I looked at the display again and it showed unknown number. This is pretty fucked up. The signal was pretty weak so I couldn't recognize the voice on the other end of the line. Oh well. I put my phone away and finished off my lunch.
I'm probably boring you by now. So you'll be happy to know that English and CALM were a complete waste of time. We'll skip by that. But Phys Ed... wow. We didn't do anything that day, we didn't even change, we just listened to Coach go through the fair play and standards speech they do every year about participating and sportsman's conduct. No one was listening so I just looked around checking out my options. There were a bunch of great looking guys in my class so that was a plus. I'm pretty modest and shy when it comes to change room and shower stuff, but seeing some of these guys under those conditions was going to be hard to control. Let's put it this way; I'm definitely set with high quality jack off material for this semester.
As the final bell rang at 3:30, they were still doing last names J through L for pictures. I grabbed my stuff and followed the crowd to the C-Train station. I figured I could find my own way back if I just reversed what I did to get there. The first train was packed so I waited for the second one and was able to get some standing room by a door. No sign of Josh or Danny. I found my stop and got off with a bunch of others who headed out to wait for their respective busses. I was a bit surprised when I saw Danny. I was even more surprised to see him rushing towards me.
"Hey! I was hoping I'd find you." He smiled that perfect smile. My knees almost gave out on me.
"Well you found me." I said. Dumbfuck, can't you come up with anymore more than that?
"Cool, well, are you going home?"
"Yeah, bus 54 right?"
"Right. It's down this way, I'll show you." We walked down towards the stand for our bus and talked about our schedules and our first day back. It turns out he would have been in my Physics class, but he had a schedule change after TA because one of his classes had too many people in it.
The bus finally came and we were able to grab 2 seats near the back. All this time I've been half hard. Just being in Danny's presence does that to me. But as we sat down together, his leg brushed against mine. Boom. I was instantly fully hard and about to blow. He didn't seem to notice or care that his leg was touching mine and just left it there for the whole ride home. I didn't dare move my leg though because any amount of friction between us would have set me off for sure. We continued talking about school, music, vacations, cars, you know, the typical typical stuff. Our stop came up and we got off the bus. As we were about to part ways, he asked me to pull out my cell phone so he could give me his number. I tried to face a little bit away from him because I was painfully hard, but managed to add him to my contact list. I started to tell him my number but he said he already had it.
"What? How?" How could he have gotten my number??
"Josh gave it to me in TA, he said I should call you to make sure you got home ok since he would probably have to stick around for pictures after school." Josh's last name was Kelly, so that makes sense.
"Oh. Okay. Well, I guess I'll talk to you later." What was that!?! Did he just take a quick peek down at my hard on?
"Yeah, cya tomottow Matt." We bumped fists and before I turned around to walk towards my house, I quickly glanced down to see he too had a lump in the front of his jeans.
As soon as I turned the corner to my street, I sprinted home, mashed the keys on the garage door opener keypad and ran inside to my room. No one was home so I stripped down to my boxers and frantically jacked off to the memory of Danny. From his hard-on that poked my ass in the morning morning, his hot leg against mine on the bus ride home, and his obvious tent as we parted ways... it was all too much. I was so horny that I came all over my hand and stomach in under 2 minutes.
Up to this point, I had never tasted my own cum. But Danny made me so hot that I decided to try it, pretending it was his. I tentatively brought my hand to my face and stuck my tongue out. It was sort of salty and bittersweet at the same time. I could get used to this I thought, especially if it's Danny's. I quickly licked my hand clean and rubbed the rest around my smooth stomach. I was still hard.
I heard the garage opener rumble beneath my floor and quickly threw on my clothes before gong to the washroom to wash my hands. My mom and Mikey had come home so I went to say hi to them before starting on those damn quadratic equations.
I jacked off 4 more times that night thinking of Danny. I was so tired out that I fell asleep early around 9PM, anxious to see Danny tomorrow.
