"Richard" (of blessed memory) died Wednesday night.
Contributions should be sent to the "Brian Littrell Healthy Heart Club for Kids" charity. (Brian had the same heart defect as "Ricard".)

It is my sad duty to inform you that "Richard" had a bad car accident last night returning home from a basketball game. "Richard" is in a hospital in critical condition and has not regained consciousness after the accident.
Due to "Richard's" severe, irreversible pulmonary hypertension and heart defects, doctors are unable to treat his injuries fully. They fear a pulmonary ambulism or a collapsed lung will seriously impede "Richard's" ability to recover. "Richard" is not expected to regain consciousness.
"Richard" asked me several months ago to notify anyone in his address book if anything happened to him. He was especially concerned about Tim. I do not find an address for anyone by that name. If any of you know other friends of "Richard", please forward this to them.
"Richard" was a good man, true friend, and loyal brother. I will miss him greatly. I believe I should also tell you that yesterday another 'brother' that "Richard" and I both trusted implicitly, "outed" "Richard" to a co-worker. I am sure that weighed heavily on his mind yesterday and perhaps explains his inattentive driving.
