"Carmonee The Slayer"

Chapter One

I walked through the graveyard that night slowly, as not to make any loud noise. I heard the footsteps knowing what was waiting behind me. I took two steps forward then I turned on my heel and plunged the wooden stake I had in my hand into the girls heart. As usual the vamp fell to the ground and turned into this green gooey liquid, then it steamed away. I smiled. "Awesome." I lifted my headphones to my c d. I stood there for a second until the track started. The loud rock music flooded the headphones into my head, and I bopped my head up'n'down. I walked out of the graveyard knowing my job there was done, for now.

We all met at the disco club, All of the slayers from here. I walked up to the booth. From the left to the right there were 6 slayers, and one watcher. first there was Lori. Lori was a very girly girl. Pink everything. Next there was Barry, he was straight, and dating Lori. Next over there was Tommy, who was as gay as could be. A total flamer. Over to the next spot was Dame, he was a straight acting whore. He was really nice to me, but only because he wanted to screw me. Next was Torri, the New York bitch. We were mainly all from NYC, but Torri was the steryotype of the NYC bitch. She had long, dark flowing hair. She was as mean as hell. Over again was Paul, he was really sweet, but insecure gay slayer. He wasn't very good at slaying, but he was really sweet. Then there is Martha, our watcher. She is strict, but sooo sweet. Then there's me, I thought while sitting down at the end of the booth. I'm Carmonee, I have black hair which I part in the middle. I never was insecure, but instead outgoing. Well, that was the gang for ya. We all shared an appartment, and we were like a big family.

"Hey Lori," I said sitting down.

She smiled. I was like her big brother. I threw my arm around her. She called me her big bubba, which sounded very backwoods-y to me. "Hey Bubba, what did you do tonight?" She said looking at me smiling.

"Ya know, the usual, slayed, screwed, and slayed." Paul choked on his drink, then caughed it up. I looked at him, then at Lori, then said to her in her ear, "Something is very wrong with that guy." We both giggled.

They started playing disco music by the time the waiter got there. He was really cute. He had to wear the uniform, a white button down shirt, and black slacks. He turned after giving us our food, and I noticed he had an awesome bubble but. "Excuse me!" I yelled. He turned and walked back.

He smiled, "Ya?"

"Umm, well, I gotta ask you something." He nodded showing his approval. "Are you gay?"

He got on his knees, laying his arms across the table. "Why don't we go dance and you'll find out." I smiled.

"Whoa, you ho." I said smiling. He stuck his tongue out at me. Then I put my finger on it. He took it into his mouth and sucked on it. I giggled. "Ok, lets dance." Right at that moment Britney came on. Now, not like I hate her, but I don't go for the pop stuff. I love my rock music.

"Oh, Britney, I love her." He said smiling.

"No Way!" I said looking at him.

"Just Joking." He laughed. I put my arms around his neck, and he put his around my waist. I colsed my eyes and danced with him. His hands inched lower and lower, till he was grasping my ass. I opened my eyes and smiled at the already smiling waiter.

"Watch yourself mister, I'm no ho." I said smiling. I placed my lips on his and we kissed.

I felt a tapping on my back. I turned around quickly. I stood face to face with Lori. I groaned, "Uh, Lori, what is it?"

"Sorry about interrupting you, but, we gotta go, there's been a..." She saw that the waitor was listening, so she came close to my ear and whispered in, "...an incident." Incident is what she calls it when there is an outbreak of vamps and we have to fight them off. I groaned again.

"Hey, umm, whats your name?" He giggled.

"It's Dean." He said smiling.

"Well Dean, here is my number." I said reaching for his arm. I took a pen out of my pocket and wrote it on his arm. He giggled as it tickled his arm. I laughed. I reached for him, pulled him close, and kissed him. "Now I expect you to call me." I said laughing.

As we walked to the graveyard, I felt a cool breeze rush past my face. I smiled. I really had a big crush on Dean.

WHAM! I climbed to my feet. I looked up, and it was a vamp. I looked at him, pulled out my steak, and did my trick, which I call the 'Carmonee Crunch.' I pocked him in the eyes with my index and middle finger, stomped on his foot, kneed him in his un-dead nuts. As he groped himself, I 'steaked' him. And that is the 'Carmonee Crunch.' I felt warm breath on my neck. I turned quickly. My steak was out when I turned, and I planned to steak him right away. As I spun, I cought glance of those pretty puppy doggy eyes. My gosh, it was the waitor, it was my Dean. Did he follow me? "Dean?" I panted, breathlesly.

"Carm, I, uh, I followed you?" I winced.

"You don't know if you followed me?"

"Well, put the steak away and we can talk." He said, holding his chest. I took his hand, and looked at the palm. I realized I had accidently poked him a little.

We walked to the nearby bench. I motioned for the rest of the slayers to go home. He looked at the vamps, raised his hand and they left. "OH MY G... You're a vamp!!!" He nodded. I lifted my steak and prepared to steak him.

"WAIT!" I looked him in the eyes. I could see he really wanted to talk, not like those other bitchy vamps.

"Your not like the others are you?" I asked. He shook his head. "Why? Most vamps just want to kill, kill, kill."

"Most vamps have friend they go out and feed with, and live with. Most of them just act all bitchy, and think they're all that to show their buddies that they are cool. It's a lot like high school actually." He said laughing. I laughed.

"I know that feeling, fealing like you're never good enough, that one wrong move and you could be branded for life, as being the worst thing imaginable." We both spoke what we thought the other was getting at at the same time.

"Gay." I said, as Dean thought aloud with me.

"A blood sucking mutant." I smiled at him. He looked at me. "Carm, I'm not ya know." I nodded, to let him know I knew what he ment. "I mean, I mainly just feed on rats, and pigs blood. I couldn't bear to kill a person." He said with a tear coming out of his eye. I wiped it away and replaced it with a kiss. We held the kiss for 2 or 3 minutes. I looked at him.

"Sun's gonna be up soon." He looked a little distraught. I laughed a little.

"What?" He asked.

"You still gonna call?" I said, gigiling a little.

"Of course." He said, parting my lips with his tongue. "I gotta go." He said when we finally finneshed kissing.

I hugged him, and then he walked his way. I walked to the edge of the graveyard. As I passed the hedges, I took out my steak. I stuck out my steak a split second before the vamp jumped from the bushes. She landed with her heart right in the center of the steak. She oozed to her gooey demise. "Yes, today is gonna be a wonderful day." I said to myself, putting on my headphones. Once again I let the rock music flow into my system. I bopped my head up'n'down slowly, to the beats. Then I walked away.

sorry about the crack @ Britney, I love her music, so it wasn't a mean joke. But I am mad she's got Justin.
