The next couple of days went by, I could tell that Jason was really torn up about his brother being on drugs, and then being arrested. He told me that he was fine, but I knew better, in three days we hadn't had sex. I told him that I was not feeling well, which was true the virus was getting to me, but I had it under control. I just knew that he really did not want it at that time; he was just going to do it because of me. Finally a week had gone past and he was getting better about the issues but yet he was still in like a comatose state. John had a court hearing that following Monday, I had to testify due to the fact that I was involved, but I was not pressing charges against him. I called the school to tell them that he was still sick and would not be able to return for a while, and it was then that I found out that he was really kicked out, of the dorm, and fired from his part-time job because he failed the drug test. He was escorted off campus, when he could not pay the fine to the dorm. So I called and told his parents, and later I told Jason. He was so pissed. The next day was john's court hearing, the entire session lasted almost 4 hours. The judge said, that he obviously had some personal issues leading to this, so he ordered him to 6 months, of rehab and counseling, and then 6 more months of counseling after his term ended. So Jason was relieved that he was being released, even though he would be down state at the rehab center full time, the family could still see him 2 Saturday's a month. Time flew by, I was always working at the dealership, and so I went to see him once at the beginning of his term, but that was it. His license has been revoked, so the car was turned over to us, and I had it repaired, then I just sent it off to auction. When john was finally released he came and saw me, he apologized for what he did, and he thanked me, for being down on him, because it caused him to get some help. John's parole officer was real cool, I told him that I could get john a job at the dealership, he said no deals he wanted him working as low level for now, and that he would pop in at anytime. So I got john a job working as a porter, with no driving privileges, and was only making $6.50 an hour for 30 hours a week. I kept close eye on him, since the family put him in my care. He rode to work everyday with me; he even slept at the house in the spare bedroom. He paid rent, and his share of the bills, and was slowly paying the school back for the damages to the dorm. I was helping him on that part; he was really trying and was doing very good. Jason and my relationship returned to normal and were getting better everyday. Brandon still played with us about once a month or so. Finally it had been one year, and john was released, he had been saving up, to get his license back which altogether cost him about $700.00. I promoted john to detailer position and that gave him a pay raise of a dollar and a half. He was also working on getting a car, so we sold Jason's car to him, it had been put on the lot and so he took out a loan to purchase it. Jason and my mom both got new vehicles, my mom got a new hummer, and Jason got a Silverado pickup with a back set in it. John had his new car about a month, when one day he came out of a store and his tires were slashed and his window were smashed in also. He called Brandon at the house and told him to come and get him that his car had been vandalized.
