This is a story based on truth and some fantasy. It is about the one person who has come into my life and now the center of my universe. The first chapter has no sex in it. It is about how we met and what we want to do in our lives. The second chapter will be the fantasy of our lives together. I hope that you enjoy this. Now with that out of the way, the obligatory warnings: 1) if you are underage, you should not be here, but I am not saying leave and 2) if you find love between men horrific, please get the hell out and why are you here anyway. Also for those of you are very homophobic and rather see those who are gay die from AIDS or just getting attacked, I have two words for you - ** SUCK IT !!!!!! Just so you know, any relation to anyone who are real is purely coincidental.

Facebook. It seems that everyone is on it. You can find old friends, classmates, and family members you might not want to keep in contact with, but they are there. It is fun not only to find people on Facebook, but the applications are fun to play and chatting with people keeps everyone connected. You also can make new friends from all over the world.
Let me introduce myself first before I go further. My name is Ed and I live in a well known southern city. I am 51, 6 feet tall, brown/gray hair, blue eyes, and to say I am a bit on the large size is to say the recession is a bit of a problem. I have met people on Facebook and this is one person that I have met that has become my soul mate.
October 15, 2009. The day my son entered my life. On that day I got a friend request. A person by the name of Ahmed, from a Middle Eastern country. asked to be on my friends list. I figured why not. I approved the request and sent a message. We started to chat that same evening. We seemed to hit it off. We told each other about our families and what we do. I work in a hospital and Ahmed is a student majoring in accounting. He is 21 years old, 5'6", black hair and the cutest brown eyes. He is not a twink. He has meat on his bones and he seems to think that it makes him unattractive. I tell him that he is not large, which he is not, and that he is so huggable. As we continued to chat, he called me Daddy. I was confused with this and at first I was wondering what he truly wanted. I asked him about this and he apologized. He explained that his own father was not affectionate towards him. I had heard that in some families this is true, but I come from what I like to call Mormon Catholics. My family always had one day on the weekend where we went to movies, played games, or just sat back and watched television. I could empathize with Ahmed that he needed someone in his life to show him affection. Being gay I thought I would never have a child, but now my soul mate came into my life.
Now many of you have thought, he is only there to get something from me. I have offered him money to bring him to the United States, but he has blatantly refused. We have talked about what our lives would be like if we are to become a family. We talked about living in New York City because it is a city that I love to visit, despite the Yankees, and a place Ahmed has always wanted to live and work. Now some are thinking, oh no another terrorist. Just because he comes from the Middle East and is a Muslim does not make him a terrorist. He loves people of all nationalities and religions. He actually won a prestigious award from his school because of his love of all people. We have talked about our future and I have always told him, God brought us together and when God thinks it is right, we will be together and where we want to live.
We talk every night. We mention what our days are like and we always tell each other how we feel. I can feel that love he has for me each night we talk and I always think of him when we are not online. I think of how our lives will be and how much we are meant to be together. We tell each other how much we love each other. He has written poems/songs for me and I have them in a file to keep them forever. He actually counted it once and it is close to 200. I know our age difference is a large one and, yes, I am old enough to be his father. As a matter of fact, he was born the week that my brother died. But it is more. He is my love and my life. I have told him that he is the light in my soul and heart. Even on days when either one of us cannot get online, we send each other messages. One day that time will come and I know we will have a great life together. When that time comes, I know that my life will be complete.
