Our waitress came to clear our table just as Helen had finished. I looked over at Steve who had looked at me. We stared at each other and I could tell that Steve was asking me what he should do. I let my hand reach over to touch his thigh and give it a little squeeze. I showed him a little smile, sending him a signal that I thought it would be fine to allow Brian out to the ranch. I could see in his eyes that he was still trying to make up his mind.

Once our waitress was out of ear shot, Steve looked back at Jim and Helen, saying, "I wish our families had met under better circumstances. We are both happy to hear that you and your family are continuing with your counseling. I have to admit that I was really hesitant about allowing Brian to come out to the ranch. But after talking with you two, I think it would be the right thing to do. However, I think for the time being, I would feel more comfortable if he only came out if either Steve or I are out at the ranch."
Jim leaned forward a bit with a relieved look saying, "We would actually feel better if one of you were there, also. I know that Brian will never do anything to Sean or anyone else, for that matter, but Helen and I would prefer an adult be there to intervene, if needed."
It seemed that all four of us were relieved, and spent several minutes chatting about other things before saying our goodbyes. Steve extended an invitation to both Jim and Helen to come out to the ranch with Brian if they liked, as we made our way to our vehicles.
It was after ten when Steve and I made it home. All the boys, including Aaron were already in bed. Steve and I went to our bedroom and got ready for bed. I wasn't surprised to hear a knock at our door just after we had both climbed into bed.
Sean came in and climbed on to the bed, sitting down between me and Steve. With a huge smile on his face, Sean said, "You both had to know that I wouldn't be able to sleep without hearing how things went with Brian's parents. " Sean was so excited to hear what our decision was, that I think he forgot to stop and put some shorts on before he came to our room. Steve and I both got a very nice look at what our fourteen year old young man had going on. And I, for one, started to chub as soon as I saw that fourteen year old soft cock swinging around as Sean jumped up on our bed.
Steve tried to get Sean to go back to his bedroom, saying that we would talk about it in the morning. but Sean was having no part of that. We were both pretty tired, so we didn't spend much time playing around and were both soon off to sleep. However, in Sean's room, Sean was now bouncing up and down on the bed, almost jumping right on Colby who was lying in bed, naked under the sheet.
Colby grabbed Sean around the waist and pulled him down on top of him, saying, "I take it our dads agreed to let Brian come out to the ranch." Sean took a deep breath to help him calm down a bit then leaned down just inches from Colby's face, with a hand on each side of Colby's face. They looked in each other's the eyes as Sean said, "I know you are not as thrilled as I am about Brian coming out to the ranch. But, like we have talked about, our dads said he could, but only when they are out there with us, and I can never be alone with Brian. I don't want to be alone with him, but I think having him come out there will help me and the rest of our family see that he has changed, and come to forgive him. I'm not saying we will all become best friends like we are with Aaron, but I hope we can at least be friends with him."
Once Sean was finished, Colby said, "I know this means a lot to you, so I will try my best to keep an open mind, but for right now, anyway, that's all I can promise you."
Sean leaned down kissing Colby before saying, "Thank you. I love you with all my heart, and I thank you for that promise."
Sean leaned down and started kissing Colby again. After a couple of minutes of making out Sean jumped up again saying, "Now, let me under the covers, I'm freezing out here." Once under the covers and snuggled up against Colby's sexy warm body, Sean continued, "I can't believe I went into our dads room and jumped up and down on their bed naked. When I gave them each a hug after they told me Brian could come out to the ranch, I could feel their hard dicks against my leg. I guess they liked my little show."
Colby just laughed a little bit. "How could they not get hard, seeing your smoking hot sexy body in all it's glory. It is always causing me to get hard."
Sean leaned up and gave Colby another kiss as he reached down with his other hand to find Colby was, in fact, very chubbed. When they broke their kiss, Sean said, "As good as that feels, we need to get some sleep."
Sean frowned before giving Colby one last kiss before he settled in, cuddled up against his boyfriend's warm body, with his head resting on Colby's chest. It still took Sean quite a long time to settle down after hearing the good news. But he loved to be cuddled up against Colby as Colby slept, listening to his deep rhythmic breathing and the feeling of his chest rising and falling beneath his head.
The next morning, Sean was the first one up. After he drained his bladder he went back to his room and climbed back into bed with Colby, but stopped to grab his phone. Once cuddled up to Colbym he sent a text to Brian asking him if his parents had told him the good news, and if they did, if he wanted to come out to the ranch later today. Once he sent his text he cuddled up to Colby again, but couldn't get back to sleep. His mind was filled with what the day would be like.
After lying in bed for another hour or so, Sean couldn't stand it any longer and got up, going to the kitchen, starting the coffee and then breakfast. It didn't take long before the coffee aroma woke me. I was amazed at what I saw when I walked into the kitchen. Sean was standing there in his boxersm cutting up the stuff for breakfast burritos. Usually Connor is the one that likes to cook. I asked, "What's got you up so early there, mister?"
Sean just smiled, saying, "I just couldn't sleep. I guess I'm a little excited about Brian getting to come out to the ranch. I hope it was ok that I asked him if he wanted to come out today, I really hope it's ok because I have already texted him and asked him if we wanted to come out."
I poured me a cup of coffee and took a seat at the kitchen table before saying, "I don't see any reason why he can't come out today, but you need to check with your dad when he wakes up. Have you got an answer back from Brian? It's a little early for a teenager to be up on a Saturday morning."
Sean smiled, saying, "No answer yet, I'm sure he is still sleeping."
Sean and I spent almost the next hour chatting back and forth, as he continued to prep all the fixings for one of our favorite breakfast meals. It was nice to just sit and chat with the boys, one on one, from time to time. I know I always enjoyed my father and son time with my own son.
Steve was the next person to join us, walking into the kitchen to see Sean and I just sitting at the kitchen tablem both enjoying a cup of coffee and chatting. Steve asked the same thing I did of Sean about being up so early. Sean told his dad the same as he told me. Steve got a nice hug when he told Sean that it was fine that he had asked Brian to come out to the ranch today.
I figured that Steve and Sean could use some father and son time, so I excused myself and went to take a shower. When I came out, I found Colby had joined Steve and Sean at the table. I said, "Sean, why don't you start cooking all that stuff up and I will go roust the two sleeping beauties in Connor's room."
I wasn't surprised to see that Connor was spooned up against Aaron, with Aaron's arm draped over Connor. Max had followed me to Coonnor's room. After I watched them for a couple of minutes, I just opened the door wide enough for Max to get inside, telling him to wake them up. Max knew exactly what to do, jumping up on the bed and started to lick the two sleeping boys on the face.
Aaron sat straight up, causing the sheet to move off most his body, which gave me a nice view of his hot 17 year old body, along with Connor's 14 year old body. Couldn't help but notice that, as most teenage boys do, they were both sprouting a bit of morning wood. Once Max had did his job I said, "Come on sleepy heads, Sean will have breakfast ready in five minutes."
Ten minutes later the kitchen table was surrounded by four hot teenagers, wearing only their boxers, eating breakfast burritos as fast as they could make them. Steve and I managed to get a couple for ourselves before they had devoured it all. As I was sitting there watching the four boys eat, I was thinking about how much it's going to cost just to feed these four, plus David, Eric and TJ when we have all of them out at the ranch.
An hour later everyone was about ready to head out to the ranch. I could tell that Sean was a little disappointed that Brian had not texted back. Just as we got everything packed in the truck Sean got the text he was looking for.
Brian's text said, "Hey man. Just saw your text. I have to go to Round Rock with my rents this morning, but could stop out later today, if that is cool"
Sean told Steve what Brian had said and Steve said that sounded fine. Sean texted back, "That is cool. Text when you're headed back and I will give you the directions."
With that done, we all jumped into the trucks. The boys were riding in Aaron's Jeep, and me, Steve , and Max in my truck. We were out at the ranch a short time later, and I couldn't believe how much progress the workers have made.
The main house was completely enclosed and most the inside walls were done. We all walked through the house and were amazed at how much work had taken place in theast couple of weeks.
Outside both slabs for the ranch hand house were done and walls were going up on them. I was sure that we would be able to move into the main house by spring break, but we needed to have at least one of the ranch hand houses done before we could move out there. Or the boys would have no place to sleep.
We then went out to the barn and found a huge stack of wood stacked near the barn. It was the wood for the new barn that would be twice as big as the current barn. It would be capable of holding twenty six horses with room to grow if needed.
The boys went to work taking care of the horses. They got them all moved out into the larger corral so they could get the stalls cleaned out. Steve and I helped but let the boys do most the work. They really seamed to love the hard work that came with caring for the horses.
By lunch the boys were done. Steve and I had gotten the lunch we packed out. Jose had a huge picnic table built and placed under the huge oak tree outside the barn for us to use. Just as we were finishing lunch Sean got a text from Brian saying they were on the way and gave them the directions.
About an hour later Brian and his parents pulled up the lane. Sean told them to drive past the main house and down near the barn were we were relaxing under the shade tree. Steve and I got up and walked with Sean to where they had parked.
