Greetings everyone,
Hope everyone is well. I've gotten some great mail about the last chapter and thanks to everyone who wrote. Alex, you keep writing, thanks for your comments. Nino, thanks for your support and everyone thank Nino for some of the great ideas for the truth or dare! : ) He's so naughty! LOL He's to blame for the lap dance!
So with this chapter I continue with a tried and true formula... angst, comedy, sex; but not necessarily in that order. It worked so well with the last chapter that I couldn't resist again.
As always, if you have something to say either good or bad, go on and send a mail!
On a side note, the news story about the kid with the plan to take our boys out at the Atlanta concert was truly horrifying! This kid surely has some deep seated emotional problems to think that the guys are personally responsible for his dating woes. Seems to me that the reason no girls would date him was because he is so messed up upstairs.
Anyway... enjoy the chapter and everyone take care!
As usual: This story is purely fiction and is not intended to imply anything about the true sexuality of 'N Sync or anyone associated with their organization. It is meant for those over the age of 18 only and those who wish to read stories with sexual content.
The Dreams That You Dared To Dream - Chapter Four
Jamie sat on the end of the dock his feet dangling into the lagoon. His mind whirled as the entire night replayed. Feeling hurt to the core, he was also embarrassed about his part in it. Tears rolled down his face as all he could think about was his concern for Justin.
'And what do I do now?' he thought. JC's actions disturbed him greatly and he had no idea how to deal with them. He loved both Lance and JC dearly but tonight coupled with the conversation he'd heard earlier just fed an already overactive imagination.
Staring forlornly out over the water, he sighed heavily. One of the only things he found funny was a stray song in his head. "Sitting on the dock of the bay, letting the tide roll away..." he sang with a sad smirk.
The scene at the beach was a lot less peaceful.
Lance was nudging JC with his foot. "Speak to me, Joshua. What do you have to say for yourself?!" he said angrily. JC was still curled up in a ball naked whispering the word 'sorry' over and over.
Dani was talking to a near comatose Justin who just sat and shook his head in disbelief.
Kelly and Chris we talking loudly about chasing after Jamie before he could hurt himself.
Joey, the eternal big brother, took control. "Ok, enough of this. Lance, stop kicking your boyfriend and take Justin to his place and see if you can get him talking." Lance nodded but stood in place.
Joey turned to Chris. "Can you get JC dressed then take him to the lodge and get some coffee in him?"
"Sure, Joe."
"Ok, girls, would you mind cleaning up here and getting this back to the way things were?"
"No, Joe, that's fine," Dani answered.
"I'm going to go find Jamie. We'll meet at the lodge for breakfast tomorrow." He saw that nobody had moved. "Now, people!"
Everyone jumped and started moving as ordered, the tone of Joey's voice leaving no room for argument.
Jamie sat throwing pebbles into the water, his face still tear stained, when he sensed someone standing behind him. "Can I be alone for awhile, please? I don't feel like talking," he said not even turning around.
"Don't think so," Joey said pleasantly while sitting down next to him.
"Hi, Joe," Jamie said with a hint of surprise.
"Didn't expect -me-, did ya?" he asked with a smile. Jamie shook his head keeping it down. Joey put an arm around his shoulder when he noticed Jamie's tears. "You know, I've seen some pretty strange things while drinking but that beats everything."
"So what do I do now?"
"You go to your boyfriend. He needs you and he's feeling pretty bad right now too."
"Why didn't he stop it, Joe?"
"Why didn't any of us? It happened all so quick, but the look of shock on Curly's face was enough to tell me he didn't expect it either."
Jamie nodded. "I know, I saw his face. The way I reacted probably didn't help much. How are Lance and Josh?"
"Josh is a mess and Lance is pissed as hell at him," Joey shrugged. "They'll work it out. Deep down they both know it was the booze. He isn't a drinker and he had way more than was good for him."
Jamie shook his head looking Joey in the eye. "It's more than that, Joe. Josh wouldn't have done that if there weren't some feelings there to begin with."
Joey sighed. "I can't argue with that. Josh and Justin have known each other a very long time and their relationship has always been a little more than just best friends. I guess nobody, not even Justin, knew just how deep those feelings ran inside Josh."
Jamie leaned into Joey's shoulder. "So that still leaves me here wondering what to do now. Joe, as much as I love Justin I can't share him like that." He paused as fresh tears fell from his eyes. "Damn-it, I -know- it was because Josh was drunk, but I'm just so angry at him right now and I don't want to be."
"It's ok to be mad at him as long as you can eventually forgive him."
"Oh, I already forgive him, but I'm still kinda mad."
Joey chuckled. "Hell of a mess. You ready to go see Justin now?"
Jamie nodded with a small smile. Hugging Joey around the neck, he kissed him on the cheek. "Thanks for talking with me, Joe. You reminded me of my brother Dan there for a minute."
Joey grinned as he stood. "That's -my- job, big brother. How did I do?"
"As good as he does."
Joey preened with the compliment as they headed off the dock.
"He hates me, Lance. What am I gonna do? I can't live without him, I'll just die!" Justin was sitting on the couch, his legs pulled up to his chest, resting his tear stained face on his knees.
Lance finished pouring the coffee he just made and handed Justin a cup. "Things will work out, Just. Trust me on that. You two will be fine."
Justin stared into his coffee thinking. After a minute of silence he looked straight into Lance's eyes. "What about you and Josh?"
A tear ran down Lance's cheek. "I don't know, I really don't know."
"How come he never said anything before? He must have pushed this deep inside all this time."
Lance sighed. "I think he tried to tell me once a couple of months ago when you and Jamie really got serious but it was one of those things that he just couldn't talk about. It's not easy admitting you have feelings for your best friend."
"Oh God, this is so messed up. Lance, you and Josh are so good together, you belong together."
"We'll work it out or not."
"You have to, you're soul mates."
Lance sighed. "Me and Josh? I don't know, at least not like you and Jamie. You two have something really special. Josh and I love and care for one another and that's enough. But we're not cosmically linked like you two are, it's almost as if you were fated to be together."
A flash in insight hit Justin. "Brian is your soul mate, isn't he?"
Lance smiled sadly. "Maybe, I don't know for sure. I was 17, infatuated and horny," he laughed. "We certainly did have chemistry, even Brian admitted that."
"So what happened?"
"Well, you remember when we saw them at the House of Blues?"
Justin nodded. "Oh, those dates you had were with him?"
"Ya, we met at the mall and went out on a date. We had no idea at first who each other was. Well, we went back to Europe and they were touring the US and we didn't see each other for a year. During that time he met someone else."
"That LeighAnne chick," Justin said softly. "So when did you fall in love with Josh?"
"Around the time I was sick during last year's tour. I knew I loved him when I woke up in the hospital and he was holding my hand."
" We were all worried about you, but he insisted he be there all the time. I know when he fell in love with you."
"You do? I thought you didn't know?"
"Well, I didn't know it was you until you told us, but I knew he was in love with someone by the way he was acting. It was a about a month after the VMA's. All of a sudden Josh started acting like the old Josh and he was happy all the time."
Lance blushed. "That was partly my fault. I was trying to make him jealous with Jordan."
Justin blinked in surprise. "Jordan is...?"
"Bi and really likes to play around with no commitments, a true player. We never really did anything but just the appearance to Josh was enough. It was a plan that backfired on me big time and it was the reason why we didn't get together until around the time you met Jamie. He took awhile forgiving me for that."
"What changed his mind?"
"After a month of giving me the evil eye in private but acting like nothing was wrong in public, he realized that I meant more to him than that. With the stress of us leaving Transcom we put aside the past and concentrated on where we were and where we were going. Plus a night with me on my knees begging his forgiveness didn't hurt," he chuckled.
Justin laughed. "Wow, we missed all of that."
"Well, we were really hush-hush about it and kept it private.
"You know I love you, Lance." Justin pulled Lance into a hug. "You're one of the best friends a guy could have."
"I love you too, Justin. You and Jamie both."
They pulled apart as the door opened and Joey led Jamie into the cabana. Justin and Lance stood as a tense silence filled the room. Joey pushed Jamie forward as he motioned for Lance to join him. Jamie and Lance switched places.
Jamie and Justin stood 2 feet apart looking at each other intently not saying a word to each other, communicating with their eyes. Lance smiled beside Joey and nodded as Jamie and Justin came together in a crushing hug.
"I'm so sorry," they said together. "There's nothing to forgive," they continued in stereo as their mouths met in a loving kiss.
"That was kinda spooky," Joey whispered to Lance.
"They are truly two parts to one soul," Lance answered back to him. Joey just nodded.
"Just, Jamie?" Joey interrupted them. "Meet us at the lodge tomorrow at 9:00 for breakfast, ok? This will need to be settled."
They both nodded not even looking at him. "Yes, Joe," Justin answered absently. They didn't even notice when Lance and Joey quietly left.
Justin started to speak but Jamie silenced him with a finger against his lips. "I really don't want to talk about it tonight. I love you and I know you love me and that you'd never hurt me. That's enough."
Justin nodded. "Let's get some sleep, ok?"
"Sounds perfect."
They took a quick shower together then went to bed in each others arms. Sleep came but it was disturbed and not restful for either of them.
The next morning they met Lance just outside the lodge.
"Where's Josh?" Justin asked. Jamie tensed a little at the name and Justin squeezed his hand in reassurance.
"He passed out on one of the couches here last night so we thought it best just to leave him. Chris stayed with him."
"How are you doing, Lance?" Jamie asked noticing the dark circles under his eyes.
"I've been better."
"Are we ok?"
Lance smiled and pulled Jamie into a hug. "Of course," he reassured him.
They entered the lodge and made their way to the coffee. Chris was sitting at the counter nursing his cup. "Morning sunshines!" he said with exaggerated cheerfulness.
"How's Josh," Jamie asked, surprising Justin.
"He's in the bathroom, he's pretty hung over but ok. Listen, Josh is majorly beating himself up right now so you guys take it easy on him for a little, ok?"
They all nodded as Joey, Kelly and Dani entered the lodge each looking like they needed some more sleep.
"Rough night, huh?" Kelly asked. "Well at least around you guys things are never dull," she smirked trying to lighten the mood and succeeding a little.
Everyone drifted around picking at some fruit Lance put out waiting for JC. Before long he came into the room looking like hell.
"Geez, Josh, get the number of that truck?" Joey laughed.
Jamie looked up sharply and one emotion took control of him in that second and nothing he could do stopped it. He walked up to JC stared him in the eye for a minute and slapped him soundly across the face. To his credit, JC didn't move or speak, just stood and took it. Jamie ran to the other side of the room weeping softly. Dani pushed past Justin who stood frozen in amazement and went to comfort him.
"I guess I deserved that," JC said sadly. Lance came up to JC and stood before him then handed him some coffee before moving off to the side, a tear making it's way down his cheek. That affected JC more than Jamie's slap and he was racked with heart wrenching sobs.
Making his way over to Justin and the others and fell to his knees as the tears flowed. "Justin, we've been friends forever. Believe me when I say that I've loved you since the day I met you and would do anything for you. I didn't even know how deep those feelings went until last night. I'm really sorry for what I did, I don't know what came over me. Please forgive me." He stopped not able to continue and looked down into his cup.
Everyone was silent for a long minute. JC raised his head at the feeling of a hand on his shoulder and looked into Justin's eyes. "Josh, you've been my father, big brother and best friend for a large portion of my life. You mean more to me than almost everything except for Jamie. There's always a place for you in my heart."
Several held breaths were let out as Lance went over to help JC to his feet. JC put his head on Lance's shoulder and sobbed. "Please forgive me, James. Tell me it will be alright."
Lance rubbed his back and held him. "I'm a little upset with you right now, Josh, but I forgive you. I will always love you."
Justin crossed the room to Jamie. He kissed Dani on the cheek in thanks and took Jamie in his arms before leading him over to JC and Lance.
Lance pried JC off of his shoulder and looked him in the eye. "There's one other you need to set this right with." JC turned and looked Jamie in the eyes for a second time that morning.
"Josh, I'm sorry I hit you, that's not the..." Jamie started.
"No, Jamie, don't apologize," JC interrupted, "I'm the one that should be doing that. You and Justin belong together, everybody sees that. I'm sorry for my behavior last night, it was inexcusable."
"I forgive you, Josh. It will take me awhile to get over this, but can we stay friends?"
"Oh, I want that very much," JC cried and pulled Jamie into a hug which was returned.
They pulled apart and Jamie looked at JC's cheek. "Seems I got you good there," he smiled.
JC smiled back. "I deserved it." He pulled Jamie back into a hug. "You keep loving him and making him happy," he whispered in Jamie's ear.
"And you do the same to Lance," he whispered back. They separated with a smile and went to their boyfriends.
"So we're all good now, right?" Joey asked. Everyone nodded.
"Ok, then according to group rules this ends right now. If anything else needs to be said then it's a private matter that stays out of group business," Chris added completing the formula they had started long ago when they decided that personal problems just couldn't interfere with NSync business. It was a rule that was being sorely tested.
"If anyone's interested I thought this afternoon would be good for some recreational stuff here at the lodge," Dani suggested. "We've all been kinda isolated on our own little beaches the last couple of days, and I miss you geeks." Everyone laughed and agreed to meet after lunch.
Jamie and Justin headed back for a late morning nap on the beach and spread the blanket. They stripped then made a game of putting on the sunscreen. Laying on the blanket they continued to play with each other as they kissed. They stroked each other, bringing pleasure.
Justin broke the kiss after a while panting. "Baby, I'm close." Jamie smiled at him and bent down and took one of Justin's nipples between his lips as he stroked Justin firmly and quickly. Justin whimpered as Jamie played with the hard bud with his lips and tongue.
"Oh, Jamie," Justin shouted as he stiffened under him. Jamie used his teeth to gently nip at the distended nipple as Justin shot on his chest and stomach grunting loudly. Justin lay tiredly as Jamie gently caressed his cock which stayed half hard. Justin grabbed Jamie's head and brought their lips together. Feeling Jamie's hardness pushing against his thigh, he smiled.
"I want you now, sweet pea. Just like you wanted me the other night," he said seductively.
Jamie smiled and knelt between his legs. "Are you sure?" Justin nodded, smiling at him with complete trust. Jamie squirted some more lotion on himself before placing it at Justin's entrance. "Ready?"
"Yes, please, now," Justin said. He looked at Jamie with a slightly glazed expression. His cock was hard again and throbbing against his stomach. He grimaced in silence as Jamie entered him slowly but insistently. "Oh yes Jamie, hard and fast," he moaned when he grew accustomed to the intrusion.
Jamie set up a quick rhythm that left them both breathless. He felt himself fast approaching climax but didn't want to finish so quickly. "Baby, I have to slow down or I'll cum."
"No, go ahead then keep going. Please, do this for me," Justin pleaded.
Justin's need for him warmed Jamie deep down and spurred his orgasm. He came, thrusting deeply into Justin as he screamed his desire. Breathing heavily he collapsed on top of Justin, still buried deep inside him.
Justin felt Jamie start to soften and repeatedly clenched his muscles to stimulate him. He increased the sensation by going for Jamie's weak spot: his neck. Jamie groaned as Justin licked and nibbled his sensitive spot. Justin sighed with pleasure as he felt Jamie once again harden inside him.
They groaned together as Jamie started thrusting once again both knowing that this would last longer. Jamie changed tactics this time and concentrated on pleasuring Justin with his thrusts. He shifted his angle a little making sure to pound directly into Justin's prostate making him wild with desire.
"That's it, baby. I love it when you fuck me," Justin cried.
Justin's use of the language excited Jamie more. It wasn't too long before Jamie felt himself swept into another orgasm. He reached down and stroked the head of Justin's cock with his fingers. The feeling of Jamie's warmth spreading once again into him with the stimulation on his dick brought Justin off as well as he came between them.
Jamie pulled out of Justin totally spent as they lay next to each other letting their breathing return to normal.
"I love you, sweet pea."
"Love you back, you sex fiend," Jamie joked tickling him.
"I didn't hear you complaining," Justin laughed. His expression turned serious. "You don't mind me talking like that when we're... um... you know, do you?"
Jamie stared lovingly into Justin's eyes. "No, actually, it's kind of a turn on. That and the face you make when you cum," he giggled.
"You make a pretty great face too, babe."
They cuddled together kissing, enjoying the feel of their bodies against each other and the lethargy that sets in after satisfying sex.
SMACK Dani hit the ball beneath her foot sending Kelly's ball flying to the other end of the lawn.
"Damn," Kelly pouted. "I'm going to go in and get something to drink, anybody want anything?"
"Lemonade sounds good," Jamie suggested and Dani agreed.
"Ok, be right back." She ruffled Lance's hair as she went by, he was sunning himself near the pool and nursing his ankle with an ice pack.
"So how are you doing?" Dani asked finally.
"I'm fine," Jamie sighed looking over to the basketball court where Joey, Chris, JC and Justin were playing 2 on 2.
She arched an eyebrow at him. He caught the look and smiled at her. "Busted, huh?"
Dani nodded with smile. "You two are so in love, don't let this do anything to that."
"I know. I'm trying to not let it get to me, it'll just take a little time to get past it."
Dani hugged Jamie tightly. "They all love you, even JC. Chris talks about you like you were the sixth member or something."
"You're kidding," he said with a laugh as they separated.
She shook her head. "Nope."
Kelly returned with a tray containing a large pitcher and glasses and put them on the grass. Jamie went up to her and gave her a hug as well.
"What's that for? My waitress abilities aren't that great," she laughed.
"Just wanted to thank you for being so supportive and everything."
"Aw, shucks. Don't make a girl cry and ruin her complexion," Kelly smiled. "I love these goofballs and you make Justin happy. Besides, I think you're a neat guy."
The three of them gathered into a hug. "One for all and all for one," Dani called.
"Ya, we 'spouses' of the 'Nstinkers' have to stay together," Kelly giggled.
Jamie agreed. "And one of these times we'll have to get together and compare notes."
"Ok, girls," she nudged Jamie playfully who grinned at her. "Do what I say, we're being watched," Dani whispered.
"What the hell are they doing over there?" Joey asked.
"I don't know, but it makes me nervous." Chris scratched his head.
Justin added his two cents while absently dribbling the ball. "I'm glad they're getting along." He watched Jamie smile and laugh with the others as they talked and then went into hugs.
JC agreed. "It's good they are, they'll be their own support system when tour starts."
Chris gave in. "Ya, you're right. But if they start comparing notes we're all in big trouble."
"You're just paranoid," JC laughed.
"Oh no," Joey disagreed. "This time he's right, whenever girlfriends start the hen party it means hell for the boyfriends."
They grinned at each other when the little group broke apart. The guys watched in amazement as Jamie and Kelly formed human wickets as Dani shot her ball through them.
"I've got a bad feeling about this..." Chris said.
With a big grin, Dani pointed her mallet at them and screamed "Off with their heads!"
All three of them laughed wildly and grabbed some ice from the pitcher and started flinging it at the four guys. Chris immediately hid behind Joey who just held his hands up and laughed. JC tried to run but got his feet tangled under him and he fell face first onto the court with a loud 'oof.' Howls of laughter erupted from the lawn as they pelted JC with ice for a minute.
"I thought he was supposed to be one of the better dancers?" Kelly asked loudly.
"I guess we call him Grace for now on," Jamie laughed.
Justin stood in the court with a wide smile as he dodged the occasional cube thrown his way. He had no luck though then all three started aiming at him and he got hit several times.
"Um, Jamie, I think you'd better run," Dani warned.
"Why?" Jamie asked before he saw Justin charge through the gate, cackling wildly, then sprint around fence towards him.
"Aaaaahhhhh!!" Jamie cried in mock horror as he ran toward the lodge as everyone laughed at them.
Justin caught up to him at the pool and grabbed him around the waist. Twirling around once, they fell in with a loud splash. The water flew up and landed right on Lance. They couldn't have hit him better if they had planned it.
"Holy shit!" he cried in surprise as the cold water drenched him. He jumped out of the chair glaring at everyone. "Are you children finished? I was having a nice nap."
He looked down to see Jamie and Justin locked in a kiss, the rest of the world forgotten. "What in hell is going..." The rest of his sentence was lost as he was taken by surprise and dragged into the water by JC. Soon the others joined them and jumped in as well.
They broke up Jamie and Justin and spent the next half hour splashing each other and playing chicken.
The night wore on and the now past full moon filled the sky. Justin was laying on his stomach as Jamie sat on his butt. Using some baby oil, Jamie kneaded the knots and hard spots out of Justin's muscles.
"Ooohhh, that feels great, baby. I'm so sore."
"Well, you're the ones that decided to work out before supper. I think you overdid it a little."
Justin groaned in response. Jamie continued to rub and poke the muscles in Justin's shoulders and back. Even this felt good to him, he just loved touching Justin. Deep in his mind he realized this was another thing that Justin needed him for and he smiled.
"Your skin is so soft, JuJu. It feels so good to touch it," he vocalized his thoughts.
Justin smiled. "I'm gonna miss this place," he said suddenly.
Jamie hesitated then continued rubbing the small of his back "Me too. This was a nice week away, thanks for the vacation."
Justin turned his head more and looked into Jamie's eyes. "Thank -you- for being here with me, it wouldn't have been the same without you."
Jamie shifted and started in on Justin's butt and legs to moans of approval.
"Justin, what's it gonna be like for the next 3 weeks?"
He sighed at the question. "It's gonna be hectic and busy but we'll at least be together at night for two of the three. We'll have to keep a low profile when together, media scrutiny will be intense because of the album. And the fans will be mobbing us alot."
"I know," Jamie said sadly. "Only go out in public with others, no PDA's outside of secure areas. The Village apartment is off limits while you're under the microscope," he recited from memory.
"Always kiss your boyfriend when you have a chance..." Justin giggled. That made Jamie grin and he leaned down and kissed Justin. "See, you're getting the handle of it already."
"I guess we've been spoiled these last few weeks."
"Ya, I thought about that. But once we start tour rehearsals it will be alot easier. Even though we'll both be busy we'll see each other more and won't have to worry as much about the press intruding. And the best part of all we'll get to sleep together in our own bed for almost a whole month."
Jamie laughed and told him to turn over. "That's my oversexed Pop Star."
"I can't help it if my sexy boyfriend turns me on." Jamie blushed and let Justin pull him down for a deep kiss.
"Ok, none of that, hot stuff. I've got a whole new set of muscles to work on here."
Justin groaned as Jamie worked his sore pecs. "I really did overdo it."
After a relaxing shower they settled into bed. Justin was still slightly stiff and took awhile to find a comfortable position in Jamie's arms. He finally found one and looked at Jamie with a smile.
"No, I just can't, Justin. You wore me out this afternoon."
Justin laughed. "You poor thing. No, I'm worn out too and really tired. What I want is for you to sing me a song."
Jamie smiled at him and kissed him on the forehead. "Sure." He thought for a minute then started singing softly.
"Dozens would storm up;
I had to lock my door,
Somehow I couldn't warm up
To anyone before.
What was it that controlled me?
What kept my love life lean?
My intuition told me
You'd come on the scene.
Listen to the rhythm of my heart,
And you'll get just what I mean.
Embrace me,
My sweet embraceable you!
Embrace me,
You irreplaceable you!
Just one look at you, my heart grew tipsy in me;
You and you alone bring out the gypsy in me!"
Justin snuggled in and lay his head on Jamie's chest grinning.
"I love all
The many charms about you!
Above all
I want my arms about you.
Don't be a naughty baby,
Come to papa, come to papa, do!
My sweet embraceable you!
Embrace me,
My sweet embraceable you.
Embrace me,
You irreplaceable you.
In your arms I find love so delectable, dear.
I'm afraid it isn't quite respectable, dear.
But hang it!
Come on, let's glorify love!
Ding dang it!
You'll shout "Encore!" if I love.
Don't be a naughty papa,
Come to baby - come to baby - do!
My sweet embraceable you!"
Justin had fallen asleep from Jamie's soothing voice. Jamie kissed Justin lightly on his curls and fell asleep to happy thoughts of their future together and the soothing sound of Justin's soft snores.
