Disclaimer: I am not assuming anything about the lives of anyone in this story. Many may wish things to be true, but who knows so don't be offended, just enjoy. If you're UNDER 18, stop reading this, and all that other legal stuff.

This is my first attempt, and I know this story lacks sexual adventures, give it time, I want them to get to know eachother first, okay?

And real quick I want to say a big THANK YOU to Sarah, sweetie you're the best! You've helped me through it all, and I KNOW ya would never do this in real life, but I gotta shake things up, right? Thanks for all your support when I decided to write this thing, I know I wouldn't have started writing again if it wasn't for you!

"Yeah, well now we're even. I can't even believe all that stuff you just went through in there, what were you trying to do?" JC asked, still amazed.

"Oh, I was just trying to get them to invest in our newest release." Jason replied, not really paying attention, it was basically second nature to him by now. He walked over to the bathroom to hang the suit up to be cleaned.

"Oh yeah, that makes it all clear. I should've realized!" JC said, shaking his head incredulously and following Jason into the bathroom and wrapping his arms around his waist and whispering in his ear. "You're amazing, you know that?"

Jason shivered as JC's arms went around him and his lips trembled against his ear. "How's that?"

"Geez Jason!" JC said, getting frustrated. "Don't you understand what you just did in there? Going in and totally charming those guys and knowing actually KNOWING what you were talking about, and saying half of it in another language! You're only 19!"

"Well, yeah, um, my parents got me tutors in languages. I, I didn't want to know it all. At least not when I was younger. Kids teased me a lot." Jason said, sitting down on the couch and looking a little upset.

`He probably thinks of me like all the other "friends" I've ever had did. Some spoiled little rich kid.'

"Oh Jason, don't get upset." JC said, sitting down next to him and turning Jason to face him. "I didn't mean it like that, I just meant, well you impress me. I mean, I never had the chance to really get into all of it, I was busy with MMC and."

"Busy with what?"

"Oh god, I forgot you don't know who I am."

"Huh? What are you talking about?"

"Well, I mean you know me but you don't KNOW me. I'm used to everyone I talk to knowing the JC from N'sync already. Which means they know all the small minor details of my past so all I have to tell them is what I want to share."

"Oh, I guess. Well I don't know anything, I'm sorry. It's just."

"Don't you dare apologize." JC cut him off. "You don't know how nice it is, being with you and knowing you don't know a thing about me unless I tell you. It's been so long since I've talked to someone who didn't know anything about me. I love it. It helps me know you're a true friend, if you want to know everything about me and have to come to me to find out."

"Well then I'm the truest friend you'll ever have because I want to know everything about you!" Jason said, looking into JC's eyes which were wet with tears. "God, that was corny." He said, starting to laugh slightly, even though he meant everything he said. "Oh JC, what'd I do?" He finally noticed the wetness had turned to a few stray tears.

"Nothing. You didn't do a thing. I'm just, well I don't want to scare you Jason, I just, I haven't been this happy in so long, having someone like you, even just to talk to."

Jason leaned over and kissed him on the lips.

"Well, I'm always here to talk, but I want a few of those from those beautiful lips of yours every once in a while, too, ok? But only if you promise to stop crying."

JC started laughing and Jason kissed him again quickly.

"Alright, now that you're done crying, you can go back to my original question, what's MCM or whatever?"

"MMC, Mickey Mouse Club."

"Oh, um JC aren't you a little old to be into kiddie shows?" Jason said, laughing as he joked around.

"Ha Ha. Very funny. No, it was a few years back, and I didn't watch, Justin and I were IN it. As in we starred on it."

"Oh cool!"

"Well, kind of. The thing was Justin was my only real friend. We kind of latched on to eachother after we'd started the show and we just stayed together throughout it. He became and still is my best friend."

"Oh, that's really nice. Yeah when I was in high school I had like one or two friends I considered close but the rest were either interested in my money or were just casual friends like teammates or something."

"Yeah, see once I started MMC, I just didn't really have any other friends. I spent all my free time with Justin, so once N'sync started it only made sense that he and I would remain just as close, I even moved in with him."

"Cool. See my two close friends, they kinda deserted me when I told them I was gay. They thought I'd hit on them or something. So when my parents got me my studio for my graduation gift, I think they just wanted me out of the house actually, I was kind of on my own. Until I met Sarah at least. Oh CRAP! Sarah! I forgot to call her last night, she must be worried sick! Remind me to call her after we're done talking, ok?"

`God, his best friend and he was supposed to call her last night but he wants to finish talking to you first! He's such a sweetheart. . God, what am I saying? I'm totally falling for this guy and I'm only going to be with him for a week and a half. What if it doesn't even last that long? He's still upset over his last boyfriend. Well, maybe not AS upset. Ugh! What am I going to do!!!?'

"Ok JC?"

"Oh yeah, don't worry, I'll remember." JC said, snapping out of it.

"Alright, thanks. So anyways, I met Sarah when I moved in, and we just kinda clicked. I told her about me right out and she was good with it. She's a year older than me but sometimes she acts 12 she can get so hyper. I love her like a sister but then some because she's always been there for me."

"Yeah. That's the same thing I feel with Justin. I don't know what I'd do without him, I depend on him so much, and he's so much younger than I am!:"

"Well, I want us to learn to depend on eachother. Friends through it all, right?"

"Right. But hopefully more. Jason, I'm totally serious when I say I feel things stronger than friendship for you." JC said, looking into Jason's eyes, hoping to see more than friendship there as well. What he saw took his breath away. Jason looked back at him with such love and feeling that JC felt tears in his eyes again as Jason leaned forward and they kissed again. But this time, halfway through JC felt Jason open his mouth slightly and push his tongue gently against JC's lips. Not hesitating a second JC opened his mouth and pulled Jason's tongue in, swirling it around and letting it explore every part of his mouth while he let his own tongue slip into Jason's mouth.

They sat entwined for at least 30 minutes when Jason heard an annoying voice keep calling his name.

"Mr. Randall? Jason???"

Jason slowly pulled away. `My god, he took my breath away. God, I think I am in---"

"Jason!?" The voice was getting more irratated.

"What!?" Jason yelled, trying to figure out where it was coming from.

"Mr. Randall?"

"Oh, geez, it's my secretary." He ran over to the desk in the corner and pushed a button. "Yeah Jean, what is it?"

"Just thought you'd like to know Sarah called and wants you to meet her for lunch at the caf‚ at 1pm. It's noon now, sir."

"Oh, thank you Jean. Call her back for me and tell her I'll see her then?"

"No problem."

Jason looked over at JC laying on the couch where he'd left him, staring at his every movement.

"What? Did I sit in something?"

"No, I just love watching you."

"Well come on stalker. You're coming with me so you can meet Sarah. You're going to love her!"

"Alright, as long you're there I don't care where we go."

"Oh you're so sweet." Jason said, pulling him back into a kiss.

"You know," JC said, breaking away for a minute, "if we keep this up, we're never going to make it by 1, not that I mind spending the afternoon like this, I just think she may be mad if you stand her up two days in a row!"

"Yeah, you're right, c'mon." Jason said, instinctively grabbing his hand as he led him to the door.

"Uh, Jason, again, I'd love to, but I don't think we should be doing this either." JC said sadly, looking at their hands.

"Oh don't worry about it. Everyone here knows about me."

"Well, what if they recognize me. Um, I kind of, well the only person who knows about me is Justin. Well and you now, too."

"Oh, yeah and I suppose since you're famous. I'm sorry sweetie," Jason said, giving him a quick kiss on the lips, "I keep forgetting some people may recognize you."

"No problem. Let's just get to the car and I promise you for the whole ride my hand won't be anywhere but in yours."

"Sounds great!"

At the mall:

"God Curly, this is so much fun, I haven't bought this much in ages!"

"Oh I know Scoop, it seems like forever since I've really had time to shop."

"C'mon, let's go grab something to eat at the food court, it's noon already."

"Geez, we just ate like 3 hours ago!"

"I know, but I was upset while I was eating because I was telling you and."

"Oh Scoop, I was just kidding, don't get upset."

"I'm not. Besides, don't tell me you're not hungry too?"

"Well of course I am, I just wanted to make you feel like a pig first!":

"You jerk!" Lance said, trying to swing at him but dropping two of his 10 bags instead.

Justin started laughing so hard he almost dropped some of his 12 bags, too. "Maybe we should drop some of this back off at the jeep first?"

"Great idea."

They headed back to the jeep, but on the way out the door they ran into a group of four girls, all about 12 who looked at them, then did a double take. "OhmiGod!" One of them started to scream. Quickly Lance and Justin set their stuff down and turned back to them.

"Shh. Shhh! Yes, yes we're from N'sync. And if you promise to be quiet we'll give you autographs!"

One of the girls looked like she was going to faint but the mother that was there quickly grabbed onto her.

"I'm so sorry," she started to say to the guys, "it must be your day off, but as you can see they're all big fans. Could you if it's not too much of a bother and I'll make sure they leave you alone after?"

"No problem," Justin said, laughing slightly. "We were bound to be recognized eventually. I'm surprised we made it this long, aren't you Scoop?"

"Oh yeah, we got most of our shopping done and no run ins."

Justin and Lance started signing and the girls calmed down.

"So are you girls coming to the concert?" Lance asked, finishing the last autograph.

"No," they all whined at once. "We couldn't get tickets, they sold out in such a short time. God, no one's going to believe we just ran into you guys out here. OhmiGod."

"Well we can't have that, can we Scoop?"

"Oh of course not, if we spent time with these girls we need to have people KNOW!"

"What?" The girls were getting confused.

"Wait one second," Justin said, running the bags over to the car and coming right back. "Scoop, c'mere." He said, and then whispered something into Lance's ear.

"Perfect," Lance said, running back into the mall.

He came back not five minutes later to a group of confused girls and a smiling Justin.

"C'mon girls, it's picture time!" Justin said as Lance pulled out one of those throw away cameras.

"OhmiGod!" the girls all screamed, and two of them looked like they were going to cry. Justin and Lance took turns taking shots of the girls and the mother with them and they even had a passerby take a few of all of them together.

Finally after about 10 minutes the guys gave the girls and the mother a kiss on the cheek as they handed the camera to them and went out to the jeep.

"Looks like were eating outside the mall, huh?" Justin said, laughing.

"Oh yeah, unless we want to do that for every 12 year old in the mall!" Lance replied, laughing just as hard.

"Well, it was fun, did you see the look on the girl who almost fainted? I thought she was going to fully break down and just collapse when you pulled out the camera. 20 dollars says those pictures are blown up and posted all over those girls bedrooms by 5pm tonight!"

"You know it, but yeah it was fun. Anyways, where to now?"

"Well, there's lots of restaurants around here..?"

"You really feel like.."

"running into more people?" Justin finished.

"Exactly."

"Take out?" they both said at the same time and started laughing.

"C'mon let's find a chinese place," Lance said, still laughing.

At the caf‚:

"Sarah! Hi sweetie!" Jason said, giving his friend a hug as they got to the table.

"Hey stranger, I'm surprised you bothered showing up today! Who's your friend?"

"Very funny. I'm sorry, and I think I apologized already for that. This is JC, and he's more than a friend." Jason said, looking at Sarah.

"Oh." Sarah said, looking at him closely for the first time.

"Um, JC was it? Could you excuse us for a minute? Sarah said, grabbing Jason's hand and leading him out onto the sidewalk "Go ahead and order."

"Sorry JC, she just wants to talk about you behind your back, we'll be back in a sec." Jason said, laughing.

JC sat down. `Huh, I should have figured I'd have to go through an initiation process.' JC started to laugh as he looked through the menu.

Outside the caf‚:

"More than a friend? Explain yourself! Is this one of your b ball friends from yesterday and how come you didn't come home last night?"

"What? Are you my mother? How did you know I wasn't home last night?"

"I dropped by this morning since you didn't call me last night to find out if you were ok, you weren't in and I know you didn't sleep there because the bed was made and you never bother before you have a meeting. And don't call me your mother, you never mind any other time I drop by in the morning, you're just usually home!"

"Well, I wasn't home this time, but it isn't what you think. Yes I met JC at the courts yesterday, along with his two friends, and after b ball we hung out for a while, me and JC that is, the other guys went to get their other friends, and then last night we all went out clubbing, and."

"Wait, who's `we all'?"

"Well JC, and his two friends I played b ball with and two of his other friends. They're up here on business, which is their music. They're in a band. Kinda successful I guess, the way JC talks. But anyways this isn't important. So the whole time I'm thinking less and less about Alex and I was starting to get these feelings towards JC when we were together. Then after clubbing we went back to his hotel room to watch a movie and I was so confused cuz I didn't know if I liked him or was rebounding and I fell asleep. So he carried me into his bed and let me sleep there, then this morning when I found out he'd carried me to bed I just knew, in some part of me that these feelings are real, so I went to tell him, you know, so he didn't get mad that this gay guy was hitting on him, but he stopped me first to tell me he was gay too!"

"What?"

"Yeah, and then I told him and he told me the reason he didn't tell me he was gay was that he didn't want me thinking he was trying to push me into a relationship so soon, I had told him about Alex, and so he knew he was having feelings but thought I'd be pressured, so he was going to keep them from me and try to be friends until I was ready, isn't that sweet?"

"Whoa, slow down sweetheart, how long's he in town?"

"Oh, well it's sad, he's only going to be here for a week and a half!"

"A week and a half! Geez Jason, are you outta your mind! The guy's obviously just trying to get you into bed so he can have some fun before he leaves town!"

"How dare you say that to me? He has feelings for me! You should see the way he treats me! Not even Alex was this nice to me!"

"God Jason, Alex has your mind totally in the dark. He's being nice to get you in bed, once he leaves town you'll be another, I dunno. Whatever these `things' are to him. A notch in his belt if you will."

Jason was starting to cry. "No, it's not true. It can't be. I, I really feel things for him Sarah, why, why would he do that to me?"

"Shh. Sweetie, calm down. I know you feel things, but even if it's not rebounding from Alex you can't possibly start something with this guy, you know deep down what he's doing, you just can't see it because you're still upset. That's why you have me to watch out for you."

"But, but."

"Shh. I know, I know he seems sweet, but seriously, if he is this famous, why is he just hanging out with someone he met on the streets?"

"I.I.I mean, well, we just ran into eachother, it could, well, what I mean is, um, it could be fate?"

"Damnit Jason, don't you see what's going on here?"

"No, you're wrong! He has real feelings for me. He wants us to start something!"

"Jason, I can't watch you just hurt yourself. Please listen to me. You know you're still confused. I can see this all clearly. Don't do something stupid. Let someone help you for once!"

"NO, you're WRONG!" People were starting to look at them.

"Fine, be that way, I can't stop you but I'm not going to support you on this. I'm going back to work. When he dumps you to go back out on tour or whatever it is he does, don't expect my sympathy!" Sarah said as she started walking for her car.

"Sarah! Sarah! Wait! Can't you just.?"

"No Jason! You know I'm right. Give me a call when you can see it!" and with that she slammed her door shut and drove off.

Jason ran into the caf‚ crying.

"Jason?! Jason!? What's wrong?!" JC said, getting up quickly and grabbing onto Jason before he fell over.

"How could you?! I mean, I thought.!!!" Jason started to choke up and couldn't finish his sentence.

"You thought what?! C'mon, let's get outta here!" JC said, pulling Jason out of the caf‚ and to his car as people stared at them.

"Ok, now what's wrong?" JC said, grabbing Jason's hand.

"Don't touch me! Don't you ever touch me! I thought.I mean, I guess I was stupid.I can't believe.." He started sobbing again.

"Jason, damnit, say something understandable! What did she say to you!!!??"

"The truth, she told me the truth. Get out." Jason was suddenly eerily calm.

"What?!?" JC said, incredulously.

"You heard me," his voice had dropped to almost a whisper, "please just get out of my car now."

"Jason? I thought?"

"Please?" He was on the verge of breaking down again.

"Jason I don't think you should be driving anywhere right now."

"Just get out of my car!!" Jason screamed.

"If, if that's what you want?" JC said, tears forming in his own eyes.

"YES!"

"Ok then," JC said, slowly exiting the car. As soon as he had the door shut Jason turned the car on and squealed out of the parking spot, leaving JC there to sit and stare, as the tears started to flow.

To Be Continued.

Sorry everyone, I didn't want to end on such a tear-jerking moment but I can't keep my eyes open much longer and I have to work tomorrow. I'll try and get the next installment out shortly so you can see what happens, but don't count on anything sooner than Thursday or Friday. As always, e mail jas_stories@hotmail.com I love all the comments. Thanks again to Sarah, she really is my truest friend, and she'd never do this to me in real life but as I said, we can't have things go absolutely perfect now can we?
