Justin and Jason-9

This is fictional and doesn't mean anything about anyone in the story. If you aren't old enough or offended, please don't read it.

I woke up the nest morning and Justin was lying right next to me. He really looked cute when he was asleep. I got up and walked into my room and got my clothes that I was going to wear around was about to take a shower when I realized that I was really thirsty. So I went to the kitchen and Lynn was sitting at the table drinking a cup of coffee. She looked really deep into thought. I didn't want to disturb her, so I went to the fridge and got a glass of milk.

"I saw you and Justin lying together in his bed this morning." Lynn said not looking at me, just looking forward.

"You did huh." I said. I wasn't sure what to do, but getting excited and rambling on about how sorry I was would have been stupid. I wasn't sorry; I loved Justin and really didn't care what she thought, when it really came down to it.

"You told me you never had sex with him yesterday." She said still looking forward.

"That's right, yesterday, we never had. Last night was the first time." I said leaning against the counter.

"I told you, I don't think he is old enough. I don't think you are either." She said taking her glare off the opposite wall and looking at me. If looks could kill, I'd been dead.

"You don't. Well, kinda late now. Lynn, I'd be lying if I said that I was sorry. I love Justin and I am pretty sure he loves me. Now, we are both adults. I told call what we did having sex, or fucking one another. Justin and I made love last night. Believe it or not there is a difference." As I finished talking, I put my glass in the sink and walked out of the room and up to the bathroom to shower. I lathered up and washed myself and jumped out to get cleaned off. I dried off and walked out of the bathroom with a towel around my waist. About this time Justin came out of his room.

"Hey, Justin. Sleep well?" I asked. All I got was a groan. He walked into the bathroom and I heard the shower start. I went to my room and got dressed and around. I made the bed and went into Justin's room to get my clothes from last night. I walked out and into my room and threw them into the hamper. I went downstairs and back to the kitchen. Lynn had gone to work, so Justin and I where alone. I got some breakfast around and started to eat as Justin walked into the room with a pair of jeans on and a shirt thrown over his shoulder.

"Let's try this again. Hey Justin, sleep well?" I said between mouthfuls of eggs.

"What?" Justin asked looking at me "oh, this morning, sorry I don't make any contact before I get a shower."

"That's ok, I am used to being ignored." I said swallowing the last of my eggs.

"That's not good. Getting used to things like that." Justin said sipping a cup of coffee.

"Yeah I know, but you had to get used to the kind of shit when you lived with my dad. He never paid attention to me." I said remembering how my dad never listened to me and then having the guts to say that him and I had a good relationship and dialog, which was pure bullshit.

"Huh, did you make me any eggs?" Justin asked again sipping his drink.

"No, I didn't. You want some?" I asked ready to make some more.

"Naw, I'll just get some cereal." He said.

"If you want some, it's not that hard to do." I said think that he didn't want me to do any extra work.

"No that's ok, I like cereal more anyway." Justin said going to the cereal cupboard.

"Alright" I said as I grabbed him a bowl for his cereal.

"Thanks," He said accepting the bowl and giving me a quick kiss on the cheek.

"I talked to your mom this morning," I said as he began to inhale his cereal.

"Really, about what?" He asked.

"She saw use this morning, lying in your bed." I said and he stopped dead in his tracks and looked up from his cereal.

"And," He asked with a look of real worry in his eyes. I couldn't believe the way he looked; he almost looked scared.

"I told her, she didn't take it lightly. But I told her what I thought and went for my shower." I said looking at him. I truly didn't know what to expect.

"You told her! Why didn't you make something up? Why did you have to tell her?" Justin asked. He looked at me like it was the obvious answer and I was too stupid to realize it.

"Hey, I won't start a relationship with your mother that is started on a pack of lies. I'm sorry I ever brought it up. You know what, forget about it. I tell ya what, next time she asks me a question, I will run and ask you to make sure I give the right answer, alright." I said really pissed off. I guess I can see where he would say that, but the way he was reacting just plan pissed me off.

"Jas, calm down, I didn't mean it like that," Justin said getting up and coming over to me.

"No, then how did you mean it? Huh, how Justin. That really pisses me off when you act like that. My oldest brother always acted like that towards me and I can't stand it." I said keeping him at bay away from me.

"I'm sorry if I offended you Jas, I just didn't think I ..... I mean we.... Would have to tell her about that." Justin said trying to get his arms around me, but I wouldn't let him.

"I didn't tell her about it, she saw us and I just let her know the truth. Had I had a choice I never would have brought I up at all. She brought it up and I told her the truth. You know why? Because I love you and don't give a shit what anyone thinks." I said looking at him and finally letting him give me a hug.

"I'm sorry, I guess I didn't think." Justin said giving me a hug and setting his head on my shoulder.

"It's ok. Hey, I lost my temper and no one went to the hospital." I said trying to lighten the situation. Justin laughed and kissed me on the lips. I broke the kiss. "Justin, do you know a good contractor, I want to get the room started."

Justin looked confused at first, but remember the empty room in the basement. He told me he didn't but JC might. I asked him to call JC, and sure enough he knew a contractor. So I called them and they came over to look at the room and see what needed to be down. I was downstairs with them, as Justin really didn't have any interest in that part, so he was upstairs watching TV.

"What all do you want down here?" Asked the contractor.

"I want a place to work out and lift weights. I wouldn't mind a Jacuzzi or a spa, something along those lines, ya know. I don't know if there is any plumbing around here or what is what." I said explaining what I would like to see done with the room. He told me he didn't know about the Jacuzzi or not, so he gave me two estimates, one with the Jacuzzi and one without. Then they left and I sat down next to Justin and put my arm around him.

"I was surprised that they came today, I thought they would have put it off," I said to Justin as he flipped through the channels.

"JC said they where really good, polite and really get on the ball." Justin said as he flipped past a channel that he a Garth brooks video on.

"Hey, go back Justin." I said pointing at the TV.

"What?" he asked going back to the station. " Garth Brooks! What the hell."

"Hey, I like him so shut up." I said as I watched the video. It ended and Justin started to flip through the channels once again. "What, you don't like'em"

"He's ok," Justin said as he shrugged his shoulders. Just as Justin saw one of their videos, the phone rang. Justin got up and answered it.

"Hello....yeah....ok....yeah....alright....see ya then." Justin said into the receiver before hanging up the phone. I walked over to the couch and sat down.

"Well," I said wanting to know what the phone call was about.

"That was my mom, she wants us to meet her for lunch." Justin said.

"Where," I said,

"I know where it is, she will be there at one, so he have to get going here pretty some." Justin said. I could tell he was worried and really uncomfortable. As I was taking in him appearance, I single tear rolled down his cheek.

"Justin, you gonna be ok?" I said.

"I just...I just wish.." Justin couldn't even get it all out. I held him in my arms and let him cry on my shoulder. He grabbed my shoulder with his hands and pressed his he down on my right shoulder. I put my arms around him, one hand on the back of his neck and the other in the middle of his back.

"It's ok Justin, go ahead cry. Let it out, whatever it is." I said as soothingly as I could. He just kept bawling into my shoulder. "What's the number to reach your mother, I'll tell her we can't make it, if you want."

"No, no that's ok. I'm all good now." Justin said sitting back up and sniffling a little, while his dries his eyes.

"What's the problem?" I asked really concerned.

"Nothing, I just don't know what to think about my mom and you. What will she say?" Justin said as if I had the answers.

"I don't k know Justin, I really don't, but whatever she says to you or me. We'll be together and be able to support one another." I said looking at Justin and seeing the fear in his eyes disappear. I wanted to lighten the mood a little " Man, now you got me nerved up." Justin and I got around and into his Mercedes and we drove to a little out of the way restaurant. We went inside and there was Lynn, waiting for us.

"Lynn, how ya doin'." I said trying to get off on the right foot. She didn't answer.

"Mom, what's the problem." Justin asked. Still no answer.

"Justin, Jason, I want the two of you to break up," She said not looking at either one of us, just down at the table. Then she turned to me "And I never want to see you in my house again"

"What the hell did I do?" I asked. To say I was surprise just don't cover it. I was shittin' bricks.

"Mom Wh.." Justin got interrupted.

"You two aren't old enough to have the relationship you want. And I don't like your attitude Jason. When I get home to night, I don't want to see any of you r stuff, is that clear." She said with the same look she gave me this morning. I was about to retaliate when Justin spoke up.

"You won't see any of his shit there. And you won't see any of mine either." Justin said damn near yelling. With that Justin got up and walked off.

"Lynn, what did I ever do to you. I am straight with you, never did or intended to feed you a line of shit. I ain't no gentleman, if it weren't for Justin, you would be crying right now." I said before she felt she had to say something.

"What, because I'm his mother." She said acting like she won the argument.

"Hell no, because Justin has helped me to control my anger, and not let it get the best of me. The fact that you're his mother hasn't got a damn thing to do with it. And to show you that I care about Justin, I will do my best to get him to stay at home." I finished and walked toward Justin while he waited by the door. We climbed into his Mercedes and started to drive. He picked up his car phone and called JC.

"JC, its Justin. Look would it be all right if Jas and I stash some of our stuff at your house? I'll explain when we get there. Thank JC, I owe ya." Justin said and pushing the end button on the phone.

"Justin, I can spend a few days away and then your mother will calm down, there is no need to go through all this trouble." I said trying to calm Justin down.

"Nope, I am sick and tried of her shit. She can give it to Jonathan because he's to young to move out. I'm not a little kid, I don't have to put up with her shit." He said still rather pissed. So I let him do what he wanted. He and I first carted all my shit and almost didn't get it all to fit in the back of my truck. I didn't have that much stuff, because I just moved there. Justin, however, had a whole shit load of stuff. I figured it would take a couple of truckloads to get all his stuff. I jumped into my truck and Justin jumped into his Mercedes, which was also stuffed with shit, and drove to JC's house. We pulled up and JC came out to meet us.

"Justin, what the hell happened?" JC asked.

"My mom, she being a real bitch. So what else is new, I just got tired of it." Justin said.

"Oh, Jas, you can just throw you stuff right inside the door, we'll find a place to put it later. Justin, can I talk to you for a minute." JC said. So I started to cart our stuff inside the door and get out of the back of my truck.

"Justin, are you doing this to impress Jas. I hope not, put are you?" JC asked.

"No, Jas is the first person that I have a chance with and I am not giving it up for anyone. What happened was that him and I made love last night" Justin said and JC kind of cringed at the thought, but tried not to let it show. "The next morning she came in and saw us in the same bed. When Jas went downstairs into the kitchen she asked him and he told her the truth. About how much we meant to each other and so on. She called from work and wanted to meet us for lunch. At lunch, she said she wanted him out and she never wanted to see him again. So, I told her that I was leaving to, she didn't care. So I just need a place to put some of our shit for a while, until Jas and I find a place.

To Be Continued. I know it has been awhile. I would like to the Zack and Ry for the support. I you have anything to say email me at roczilla@hotmail.com
