Hey all! This is my first story on Nifty. Hope you all enjoy it. I know, its long, but I had this scenario in my head and it just blossomed into this. If you aren't 18, don't like gay people (who wouldn't? we are fun! Haha) or, it is illegal to view this in your area, this is what it feels like to have me kick you out: kick See, not that enjoyable. NOW GO! Disclaimer: I don't know any of *Nsync (wish I did), their sexual preference (again, wish I did) or what they ate this morning. So, just don't ask. By now, all of you should know that this stuff isn't real life. Just what is created in out little minds. So, if you are still here after those few things, on with the story! OH YEAH! I almost forgot. FEEDBACK! Need it, want it, crave it, must have it. I want the good, the bad and the ugly (and if u can give me all 3, well u are just talented, aren't you). So, send all feedback to: niftywriterwes@yahoo.com
Kiss And Tell Kind Of Guy
I have just had the best night of my life. I was at dinner with my boyfriend, Lance Bass, and..HOLD IT! Let me start from the beginning. My name is Michael and I have been dating Lance for 3 years. It is kind of odd/funny how we met.
Flashback: Lance's Room
"Lance, hurry up! We're going to be late!" JC yelled through Lance's bathroom door.
"You guys go ahead. I will meet you at the meet and greet in about 15 minutes. I promise!" Lance yelled back.
"OK, but if you aren't there in 15 minutes, we will send the screaming girls to you. ALL of them."
"Can't you just send the screaming guys? I would be much happier," Lance laughed. "Now go, I will meet you there."
"Alright, but remember my warning!" JC laughed, and then walked out of the room to tell the guys they were leaving.
ONE FLOOR BELOW: MY ROOM
"Shit, Shit, SHIT! I'm so late!" I yelled at myself. See, I was getting ready to go meet the hottest guy, and my biggest celebrity crush, Lance Bass of *Nsync. I had won tickets to the meet and greet before the show as well as some horrible seats to the show itself.
I ran out of my room and straight to the elevator, horribly pushing the 'down' button. As soon as the doors opened, I rushed inside and right into a body, which resulted with both of us on the floor of the elevator.
"I'm so sorry. I wasn't looking. I'm just in a rush. I'm running really late," I said as I got up and reached out to help the other person up.
"It is alright. You're not the only one in a hurry," said the man in a sexy, familiar voice. When I actually fully looked up, I noticed the green eyes of my adonis twinkling with laughter, I guess because of the shocked look on my face. "I guess you know who I am then, huh?" he asked.
"Uhhhhh...." Yes, I know, real smart. I never claimed to be quick when it counts.
"I will take that as a yes then. So, let's see if I can get an answer out of you. Do you have a name?"
"Oh, I'm sorry. Yes, I have a name. It's Michael." I blushed slightly. He was actually talking to me.
"Well Michael, it's nice to meet you." He stuck his hand out for me to shake. I blushed even more when we actually made contact. We rode the elevator in silence for a bit until I got brave enough to actually strike up a conversation.
"So, why aren't you at the meet and greet? I thought it started like 10 minutes ago?" I inquired.
"Yeah, it did, but I was running late. Is that where you are in a rush to, also?" he asked.
"Yeah, it is. I figured I was the only late one. I never expected on of you to be late," I blushed again. Gosh, I think I have been blushing more than I haven't been so far.
We reverted back to our comfortable silence. Well, at least it was comfortable and silent until we reached the main floor and we heard the screams from the fans in front. What are they still doing here? I would have figured they would all be on their way to the concert by now. Suddenly I noticed the silence again and that we were moving down.
"I hope you don't mind, but we have to go down to the parking garage in order to get out. Would you like a ride?" he asked, very sweetly I might add.
"Oh, I wouldn't want to be any trouble. I will just--"
"OK, that settles it," he interrupted me. "You are getting a ride with me. It would be my pleasure. No trouble at all. And it will be easier on us, since we are going to the same place."
"Alright. I guess that makes sense." Like I would really disagree with spending time with him.
"Well, here we are," he said, when the doors opened.
"I have never ridden in a limo before," I said in awe.
"Well, there is a first time for everything," he said. Was it just me or was there a twinkle in his eyes when he said that? Must just be wishful thinking.
The limo ride was pretty uneventful. It was mainly me looking at everything and asking him what all the buttons do and Lance laughing while answering my questions.
When we got to the arena, we were quickly ushered backstage and away from the overly hyper 12 and 13 year old girls. We safely got to the room where the meet and greet was at.
"You are just in time, I was about to send them all to your hotel room. You missed the whole meet and greet. Who's this?" JC asked Lance. By this time, all the guys had migrated over to us.
"Guys, this is my new friend Michael. He's pretty cool. We literally ran into each other." He proceeded to tell them the story of our meeting, all 6 of us laughing at it.
"Well, it was nice meeting you Michael, but we have to get ready for our show." That one was Justin.
"Ummmm..OK," I said, feeling a bit like I was being shoved away, and a little sad because I wouldn't see Lance ever again after this night was over.
"You guys go ahead. I will be there in two seconds," Lance promised.
"OK, but hurry up," Joey said.
"OK, I will." They all filed out of the room, leaving the 2 of us alone. "Are you coming backstage after the show?" he asked.
"No, I don't have a pass. I got my tickets and pass from a radio station, so I can only come in before the show and am pretty far back," I said sadly.
"Well, you are in luck because not only do I have a backstage, all access pass, but I also have a pass into a private section front and center that we always have open, in case any of our family or friends drop by." He held out the passes for me. I took them and stared at them in shock.
"Thank you so much," I said quietly, because of my shock."
"You're welcome. Now, go to your seat. The show starts in about 10 minutes. You will be the only one back here after the show. I will have Seth here take you to your seat." He gestured to the man behind him, whom I hadn't even noticed until now.
"OK, I will see you after the show. Break a leg." And with that, I was taken to my seat.
The show was great, of course. I could have sworn that I saw Lance stare at me during it, but, again, I was probably imagining things. That didn't matter anyways because now I was going backstage and was going to be the only fan back there.
Once the crowd died down some, I went towards the guard blocking the backstage area. Surprisingly, he gave me no trouble at all. I finally found the dressing room and stood in front of the closed door wondering if I should knock or not. Once I finally started raising my hand, the door flew open and I was staring at him again.
"I was beginning to worry about you. I thought you might have left." Did I just hear right? He was worried about me? "Hello! Earth to Mikey!"
"I'm sorry, I guess I zoned out for a second."
"It's ok. So, I take it you don't mind being called Mikey?" he asked. When was I called that?
"I didn't even notice you said it, but you can call me whatever you want." Oh crap, I just said that out loud, didn't I? Judging from the huge smile on his face and how much my face was burning, I think I did.
"So, what are you going to do now? The guys are going out to a club or something, but I'm just going to stay in and watch a movie. Wanna join me?" he asked, still with that beautiful smile on his face.
"Sure!" I said a bit too enthusiastically.
He smiled again and chuckled. "OK, just let me go tell the guys and we will go." He went and told the guys and we left.
This limo ride was quiet, but filled with me taking quick glances at him and catching him doing the same a few times. This could turn out to be an interesting evening. We got to the hotel and went up to his room, still making little glances at each other. Could that be nervousness on his face? If so, he can't be as nervous as me. I mean, I'm going to be spending an entire evening with him.
"So, what movie do you want to watch?" he asked when we got into his room.
"Any movie is fine with me." So, we settled on some movie that I don't even remember the name of because I was only pretending to watch it. I mean, here I am, lying next to the hottest guy on the planet and on his bed, even.
When the move finished, I noticed he turned on his side to face me, so I did the same. Next thing I know, his lips are on mine. I was in complete shock and unable to react. He slowly pulled back with worry etched onto his face. I took me a second to notice it, but I quickly began to kiss him, no words necessary.
We pulled apart again. "Wow," we said at the same time and giggled.
"So, I take it you're gay?" I asked him. He nodded. "Me too."
"Obviously," he smiled. "Look, I know I only met you today, but I really like you. You think we could try this?"
"Oh, most definitely." 3 years later: Earlier tonight
Today is our 3 year anniversary. We were going out to dinner tonight. In 3 years, my love for this talented man has only grown.
We arrive at the nicest restaurant in town, get seated, and place our orders. We make small talk until the food arrives and then sit in silence, holding hands while we eat.
When the dishes are removed, Lance says something that every person in a relationship dreads. "We have to talk," he says in a tone so serious it could only be something bad.
"OK." I mean, what else am I supposed to say?
"We have been dating for 3 years now and we know how much we love each other, but I just can't live another day like this," he says as he stands up.
Next thing I know, he is down on one knee with a little box in his hand. "I have to have you as my husband. Mikey, will you marry me?" My mouth dropped open in shock because of his words and the ring. It looks extremely familiar and I know exactly why.
I stand up. "Lance, I can't," I say, as I reach into my pocket and go down on my own knee. "Unless you agree to be mine also," and with that, I reveal exactly the same ring that he had in his hand. I guess 3 years together make you think WAY too much alike.
Present Time
So, now you know why tonight was the best night of my life. I got engaged to the most talented, handsome, loving, wonderful man there is. But, I must leave you for now, because he is calling me from our bed. And, after all, I'm not a kiss and tell kind of guy.
END!
