"Mmmm, great breakfast Mark, thank you, so much," Ronnie complimented. "I sure am glad you do the cooking around here. If it was up to Donnie, we would be eating cereal."

"True," Donnie acknowledged, smiling.

"Yeah, great breakfast bro, thanks," Austin said.

"You're all welcome. It was cooked with love. I love each one of you. Especially, my sexy runway model."

Donnie got up, and walked over behind Mark sitting his chair. He leaned down, put both hands on Mark's shoulders, and kissed his neck. "Thanks, babe. You know I love you, too."

"Yes, I know."

Ronnie and Austin smiled at each other and took each other's hand, happy for their brothers. For they knew that feeling. That feeling of immense love.

At this time, it was 10:30 and it was sunny and hot outside.

Austin got up and said, "I'm ready to hit the pool and lay in the sun for awhile."

"Me too," Ronnie replied. "I sure am glad ya'll have a pool here. Let's go hit the shower babe."

"Yeah, me too," Mark replied. "But we're moving into a new place next month. It's closer to our jobs, but it doesn't have a pool. It's small townehouse in a really nice neighborhood. "

Ronnie groaned, making sort of a sad face. "Well, I guess you can't have everthing."

Mark and Donnie cleaned the dishes and the kitchen while their brothers showered. Then, they took their turn. Both showers were not without some loving. Each of them got their turn at a fantastic morning blowjob.

Contented, they all went out to the complex pool together. Ronnie and Austin were wearing board shorts, while Mark and Donnie wore matching blazing red speedos. They were four hot, sexy studs walking out to the pool. There was already about 20 people enjoying the pool and lounges. And yes, heads did turn, and twats and crotches did twitch by some of the other people, as they walked out carrying their towels.

They laughed, splashed, swam, played and laid out in the hot sun and cool water as the hours passed, thoroughly enjoying themselves. At 4:30, they decided they had enough. They went back in to the cool, air conditioned confines of the apartment.

Love is Real chapter 13

Ronnie was the last one to enter the apartment. Closing the door, he mentioned to Austin that they needed to start getting ready for their date. He knew that Austin didn't know there was an observation deck that cirlced Reunion Tower near restaraunt close to the top so they could walk around and see the city's skyline and many miles beyond. He wanted to make sure that they had enough time before the reservation to comfortably walk around the observation deck. He thought it would be very romantic.

Austin walked over to Ronnie and puts arms around his neck, resting his arms on his shoulders, while talking softly in his ear and nibbling on his ear lobe saying, "Yeah, we could, but a quick nap sure would be nice. And most importantly, I need a little cuddle time with my man."

Ronnie was in heaven right now. He would have agreed to anything Austin wanted to do.

Mark looked at Donnie and smiled, "A nap does sound nice."

Donnie happily agreed. "Guys, we're gonna take a nap too. We'll see ya' before you leave."

"Ok".

The two couples went to their bedrooms. which both had full bathrooms. They showered, cuddled, kissed, fondled and napped, completely enjoying the time spent with their lover.

Ronnie was standing in his boxers at the kitchen counter, waiting on the coffee pot to finish dripping, when Austin leaned into his back and put his hands on his Ronnie's hips, then kissed him on the neck. "Thank you sweetie," Austin whispered.

"Mmmmmm, thats nice. 'Thank you' for what?

"For your sweet love".

"Oh, trust me," Ronnie said matter of factly while he smiled, "It's ALWAYS my pleasure."

"Well, thank you, because YOU are my pleasure".

They kissed, then Ronnie poured their coffee. They sat down at the table just as Donnie was walking into the kitchen wearing only boxer-briefs, which were clearly outlining his ample package. Even the outline of the head of his was visible. Ronnie and Austin couldn't help but notice as they checked out this hot stud walking to the coffee pot. Even though he was his brother, Ronnie knew hottness when he saw it.

Ronnie asked, "Hey bro, did ya'll have a good nap?"

"Yep, and feeling much more refreshed. Did ya'll?"

"Oh yeah. I'm glad Austin suggested it".

Mark walks into the room wearing only boxers, but a newer pair and much less tansparent.

Austin greeted him, "Hey, bro, we made fresh coffee. Our reservation is for 8:30 so after this coffee, we are gonna shower again, and then head out."

"Cool. I hope ya'll have a great time. What time do you think you'll be back?"

"I would think some time between 10 and 11". He looked at Ronnie, and Ronnie nodded.

"Cool".

"We'll text ya' when we start to head back here".

"That works".

Ronnie took his and Austin's cup and rinsed them out at the sink. Austin was getting up as Ronnie walked over and took his hand. "Let's go get ready." And he gave him a quick peck on the lips.

When they came back out ready to go, they walked by the kitchen and saw Donnie standing behind Mark with his hands on Mark's hips, and his chin resting on his shoulder.

Ronnie and Austin stopped, and Ronnie said, "See ya' later guys, we're gone."

Donnie and Mark turned around, Mark said "Looking good guys's, ya'll have fun..see ya' later."

"Thanks," Austin said, "Enjoy your meal."

"Thanks, ya'll too," Donnie replied.

Indeed, they were looking good. Ronnie wore his designer jeans that fit well over his rattlesnake skin cowboys boots and hugged his ass just right, and a black, low collard silk shirt with a black, polyester, fully buttoned vest over it. Austin wore a white polo, designer jeans with a white double holed belt, and brown leather deck shoes. They were sure to turn heads at the restaraunt.

Once they were in his car, Austin asked "Why are we leaving so early?"

He knew that the apartment here in the Oaklawn neighborhood was only about a mile from Reunion Tower.

"Because, I have a little surpise for you, before we go into the restaraunt".

"Oh, really? hmmm," Austin said while thinking hard about what it could be.

"It's nothing big, just a little something romantic for my special guy, on this special day". He loved looking into the blue pools of love that he could see in Austin's eyes as he spoke to him, suddenly he got goosebumps all over.

"Ok, well, I'm all yours so lets get this date started". He leaned in and gave Ronnie a very loving, passionate kiss. He could feel the goosebumps on Ronnie's neck where he had his hand. Instantly, he too felt goosebumpls rise all over himself as well.

Standing at the elevator, Ronnie pushed the button for the observation deck. Austin didn't notice, because he was looking around at their surroundings.

Their ears popped a couple of times on the way up. The doors opened, and Austin could see a sea of lights as he stepped out onto the observation deck with Ronnie at his side. They both had huge grins on their faces. "Oh, it's gorgeous. What a killer view. And the air seems so fresh up here".

"Yeah, it does," Ronnie sniffed and nodded.

They walked slowly along the railing taking in the view and the fresh air. They hadn't seen anyone else on the deck yet, but as they gradually walked around about halfway, they saw an older couple, probably in their fifties, standing at the railing holding hands. The couple was having a quiet conversation as they past with the couple not even noticing them. They continued to slowly walk around the deck, looking at all the different lights, trying to see certain landmarks. When they were out of view from the couple, Ronnie faced Austin, took both hands in his, then leaned in for a nice, romantic kiss.

Austin smiled, "You were right, this is romantic." 'He could look into those hazel eyes forever', he thought. "I love you so much".

"Happy Valentine's Day, my valentine. I love you so much".

"Yes, it is a happy Valentine's Day. I'm so glad you thought of this".

Ronnie released Austin's hands and he turned to face the city lights, and put both hands on the railing. Austin did the same.

"I also thought of something else," he said without looking at Austin.

"Oh, yeah? And what might that be?"

Ronnie turned his head twice, looking in both directions down the observation deck. Seeing no one, he put his hand in his pocket and then back out, with his hand closed. "I thought of these." He looked down at his hand as it opened.

Austin followed his eyes, looking down at Ronnie's open hand, palm up, with two silver rings laying side by side. His eyes widened a bit.

"These rings will be our reminder that we will love each other forever". He put the slightly smaller ring between his fingers to hold it, took Austin's right hand with his left, then slid the ring onto Austin's third finger. "I promise that I will love you always".

Austin was speechless, and had a tear about to drop from his eye, as he looked down at the ring on finger.

Ronnie placed his ring into the palm of Austin's hand, then he held out his right hand towards Austin.

Austin put the ring on Ronnie's third finger and said, "And I promise that I will love YOU always". The tear fell.

They leaned in for a hug, then a passionate kiss. They pulled apart with Austin saying, "Thank you, this is so romantic. You are so romantic. I love you."

"Thank YOU, and I love you".

They smiled at each other, holding both hands when Ronnie wryly said, "Now let's go eat."

Austin chuckled, "Ok."

They released their hands, and walked back to the elevator. Ronnie pushed the button for the restaraunt. When the door opened, two more couples walked out as they walked in.

They were seated in the restaraunt right on time. A nice looking, older lady came over and took their drink order as she placed two menus on their table. They didn't order a drink, just water, but Ronnie said they would like a glass of wine with their meal. She returned a few moments later with two glasses of ice water.

They sipped their water as they looked around the nice restaraunt. It was almost at full capacity. Then Austin noticed that things had moved. "What the hell?"

Ronnie laughed. He knew what Austin was thinking. "The outer portion where the tables and chairs are rotate around the tower. It makes one revolution per hour, I think."

"You knew this? Why didn't you tell me?"

Ronnie continued to quietly laugh, "I thought it would be fun for you to figure it out yourself."

"This is cool. Crazy, but cool."

"Yeah, I think so too. I've been to several restaraunts like this. One in Honolulu, one in San Antonio.. the Tower of the Americas I think it's called, the space needle in Seattle, and one in Vancover".

"Damn!! That's alot".

"I can't seem to pass one up. However, I know I passed one up in Toronto, but I just didn't have the time. It was an impromptu visit". He was telling Austin the story about that trip when the waitress came over to take their order.

Ronnie ordered first, "I'll have the grilled halibut with white wine."

"And I'll have the filet mignon with red wine".

"Very well," the nice waitress said. They handed her back the menus.

Ronnie had just finished telling the story of his Toronto trip when their dinner arrived. "You're nuts," Austin told him. "Yeah, I kinda was back then," Ronnie grinned.

Their dinner was perfect. The wine was excellent. They shared a few bites from their plate with each other. The conversation was ongoing and pleasant. They had almost finished a full revolution around the tower when the waitress came back and took their dessert order. Ronnie ordered cherry chesse cake, and Austin ordered 'Death by Chocolate'. They each ordered coffee. The waitress took away their dinner plates as she left. Dessert arrived, which they shared, feeding each other.

Ronnie paid the bill, including a twenty percent tip. He also put a $20 bill on the card holder as he handed it back to the waitress. "Just for you. We appreciate your excellent service".

"Thank you very much. I hope you have a wonderful evening". She left, and they got up to head to the elevator.

Once seated in the car, Austin put his hand on Ronnie's lap. "Thank you for the wonderful meal, the great company, the ring, and just...just everything. Tonight was perfect".

"Our love is what made it perfect," Ronnie replied. They kissed.

He texted Donnie and Mark on their way back to the apartment. Fifteen minutes later, they walked in through the front door. All the lights were off, but there was a candle burning in the living room and the kitchen. Austin and Ronnie smiled at each other, knowing how the evening went for their brothers. Just then, Mark and Donnie came out of their bedroom fully dressed. When they saw Austin and Ronnie, huge grins broke out across their faces.

Ronnie spoke up, "I take it that your evening went well?"

"Very well," Donnie said as he and Mark smiled at each other. "How did your evening go?" he continued.

Austin responded, "Perfect, asbolutely perfect. If it were possible, which it isn't, I would love this man even more now."

"It was perfect. He made it perfect," Ronnie agreed. "I see ya'll have some clothes on, so what's the plan"?

"We were thinking that maybe we could all go out to a gay club," Donnie said.

Ronnie and Austin looked at each other for a clue. They were both smiling. "Sure, I've never been to one before, so it will be new to me." Austin admitted.

"We have only been to one twice, and that was just recently," Mark said. "So, it's still kinda new to us also."

"I certainly don't mind going, it could be alot of fun. But, I've gotta say, it ain't new to me. I've done my share of bar hopping, and that was a long time ago. But let me warn you, sometimes there are assholes out there that can fuck everything up. So, be on your toes and pay attention to what's going on around you. And definitely, we must stick together. Two is ok, four is better, but never alone. OK?"

"Yes, daddy," Donnie said using a little child's voice.

Mark laughed, "Sure, that's cool."

"And you, Austin," Ronnie continued, "I am not going to leave your side. OK?"

"Yes, dear," Austin lovingly smiled.
