When JC got home he wasn't really sure what to do. Once again the group seemed to be breaking apart in front of his eyes. Lance usually talked to him about anything and everything, but it was different now for some reason. He wasn't sure when or why it had changed though, Lance wouldn't tell him.

He climbed the stairs slowly to his bedroom intending to take the longest nap in history when he heard a noise upstairs. His mind ticked back over the events before he left to pick up Lance and decided that Wade had not departed with him. He couldn't understand why the man would be at his house still. Didn't he have things to do?

As JC got closer to his bedroom he heard the unmistakable sound of moaning, Wade's moaning. By now he had become very familiar with the deep sometimes high pitched sounds of Wade's "Oh my God's" and "Fuck me's." For some reason JC wasn't only disgusted at the fact that Wade was fucking with some guy in his bed, but he was also extremely jealous. His fists balled up tightly causing a pale white hue to flow across his knuckles, his back arched slightly as his shoulders broadened resembling some predatory stance mimicking some animal on the Discovery Channel, his steps became quicker and more determined in their quest to find his cheating boyfriend, well he wasn't technically his boyfriend but it did feel like a betrayal nonetheless. He burst into the room expecting to see some wild, strangely erotic, scene being played out in front of him like his very own live porno show. But he got nothing of the sort. Sure Wade was writhing around on his bed, dick in hand, having a fucking good old time, but he was by himself.

"Want to join me?" he asked stroking his long cock harder and faster at the sight of the man in the doorway.

He thought JC could look no hotter then how he looked at that moment, faded jeans slung low on his waist right on his hips, a tight white t-shirt showing off all of the muscles of his upper body, and a baseball cap pulled low over his eyes giving him that mysterious hottie sort of look.

JC finally relaxed at the sound of the man's voice, well most of him relaxed anyway. He wasn't sure what the correct etiquette was in this particular case having just come from the hospital with his two obviously emotionally distraught friends. Should he really just go over there, flip Wade over, and fuck that tight little ass for all it was worth, which was a lot he had decided sometime last night? Or should he turn on his heels and leave the room, not looking back at the pale, thin, but finely toned body? Not even giving a second glance at those flat, rock hard abs, those long muscular legs sculpted from years and years of dancing, or that nice round firm ass just right for slapping or slamming into or both all at the same time.

Deciding that a little physical activity and release would be good to clear his mind JC choose the former of the two choices and stripped his clothes off walking up to the bed where Wade was still stroking himself smiling up at the man surprisingly innocently, something that completely turned JC on. He crawled over to the man, kneeling over him, and immediately stuck his hard cock in Wade's smiling mouth. Wade let it slip down his throat, something that was as easy as it could ever get after years of cock sucking, and began to nurse on the hard thick member.

JC pulled him off when he was sure he wouldn't be able to last any longer and laid down on the bed pulling the taller man on top of him to kiss his full lips. Honestly, JC had never enjoyed making out with anyone more then Wade in his life. He wrapped his arms around the man, their cocks pushing and rubbing together as their lips locked passionately, tongues entwining, teeth scraping, moaning in the others hot wet mouth.

"I want you," Wade said breaking the kiss.

JC smiled up at him, their cocks still touching covered in the others pre cum. Wade sat up reaching to the nightstand and squeezing the contents of a small bottle into his hand. He ran his hand up and down JC's cock a few times watching the man's muscles contract as he moved his lower body up to meet the hand. He leaned back over and kissed him while running the same hand over his asshole, sliding his fingers inside and moaning into JC's mouth. He knelt over him again and placed JC's cock at the opening to his ass and lowered down slowly taking in the feeling of each of the eight inches sliding into him. He began to move up and down, rocking back and forth slightly. JC stared up at his closed eyes, those high cheekbones barely visible in the waning sunlight, his open pink lips that seemed to call out to him, and that strong jaw line that was slack at the moment. He reached his hands up tracing over Wade's collar bone, to his broad shoulders, down to his pecks tight and muscular under his smooth skin and capped with hard pink nipples, to his abs which flexed with every movement of his lower body, over his small delicate waist, and resting on his hard cock that was standing straight out pointing at JC. He began to stroke it with every one of Wade's movements causing the man to ride him faster and faster. He placed his other hand over Wade's balls and massaged them pulling on them just hard enough to elicit a long loud groan out of the man on top of him.

Wade began riding him faster moaning and whimpering as JC's cock stabbed deep inside him and his own cock was getting feverishly jacked off.

"Oh God!" he screamed at the top of his lungs. "Fuck me! Fuck me! Fuck me!" he chanted over and over again in rhythm to his ass slapping against JC's thighs.

JC stroked him harder squeezing his cock as he felt his own orgasm start to stir inside of him. He shot hard inside of Wade's ass filling it with his hot cum.

"Oh yes!" Wade said bouncing up and down faster as his own cock shot a squirt of hot white liquid that made it all the way up to JC's cheek, then another on his chest, followed by a third on his stomach.

Wade finally opened his eyes looking down into JC's while he kept riding him for a few seconds. He smiled at the man as he leaned down and licked his cum off of JC's face. He went to work on the rest of him cleaning him up slowly with his tongue, while JC's cum dripped out of his ass and onto his thighs.

JC wasn't really sure what to say when Wade finally laid next to him, after going into the bathroom to clean himself off. He never really did much talking after sex in general, but with Wade he never had anything at all constructive to say. What was he supposed to do, give him a high five? Slap him on the back and say "Good job buddy. Way to work that ass"?

Wade laid his head next to JC's, his body pressed against the man's shoulder and then he did something he thought he would never do. He kissed him. Not a kiss that said fuck me, a quick peck on the lips, no tongue, probably as simple as you could get. He had never had the desire to kiss a guy without their being something sexual brewing, but he felt like JC was different for some reason. He was special.

"He's his what?" Justin asked amazed.

It was honestly the only thing he could come up with to say. It was almost as if his brain had stopped working once those words came out of Brian's mouth. He wasn't sure how long he had just stood there with his mouth open staring at the red haired freckled face man in front of him, but not really seeing him. All he could see was the pain that Craig must be going through at that very moment, wherever he was. He had to be with him, had to help him through all this.

"I really have to go Justin," Brian said walking back into the apartment and towards the bedroom.

"But I- Craig never said anything about his family let alone his dad," he said following the man.

"He doesn't like to talk about them that much," he said throwing some more stuff into the duffel bag. "A lot of shit went down that he apparently hasn't told you. It's a lot more complicated then you can even imagine."

"Why didn't he tell me?" Justin asked more to himself then to Brian.

"You'd have to ask him that."

"Where is he?"

"Right now at his dad's house."

"Can you take me there? I really need to see him."

"I don't know if this is really the best time," Brian said slinging the bag over his shoulder.

"Well he's not answering any of my phone calls how am I supposed to get a hold of him?"

Brian looked at the grown man in front of him that was practically wining now. He wouldn't have been surprised at that point if Justin stamped his feet and flung himself on the floor repeatedly flailing his arms and legs screaming at the top of his lungs for candy, or in this case Craig. Brian had always had a problem with poor little rich boys who couldn't get there way, no matter how hot the one standing in front of him may have been.

"I can tell him to call you," Brian said finally.

"And tell him I stopped by, and I'm sorry."

Brian held his tongue wanting to say that he wasn't a damn messenger boy but instead he just nodded and took a few steps towards Justin to usher him out of the apartment.

"I really had no idea all of this was going on," Justin said walking out of the room after him again like a lost puppy. "How did...um...how did he pass away? Was it painful?"

"You should really talk to Craig about all that," Brian said turning off the living room light and locking the front door.

"Why can't you tell me?"

"Because I can't," he said walking away and down the stairs.

Justin stood on the dark covered balcony looking out over the ground one story below. He assured himself that if he knew what had been going on he would have been totally and full heartedly there for Craig. He would do anything in his power to make the hurt that the man must be feeling go away. But there was nothing at this point that he could do. He couldn't remember feeling this helpless in all his life. He would trade all of his freedom; all that he was, just to see Craig.

When Brian finally got to Jeremy's house he walked all over the large mansion calling for Craig but received no answer.

"Craig?" he called walking upstairs and towards the master bedroom.

He opened the door and walked into the room immediately feeling a wave of panic wash over him when he saw the state the room was in. There were clothes covering the floor, all of the dresser drawers were pulled out, some lying upside down on the bed, while pairs of shoes were thrown all over, scattered in the mess.

"Craig," Brian said more firmly walking into the room.

He passed the closet on his way to the bathroom fearing the worse when he caught a glimpse of movement out of the corner of his eye.

"Sweetie what happened?" Brian asked rushing to Craig and kneeling down next to him in the walk-in closet.

He scooped the man up from the floor, where he had been lying in the fetal position for an indeterminate amount of time, and wrapped his arms around him holding him close to his chest while Craig shuddered crying silently into a navy blue cashmere sweater.

"I know," he said soothingly rocking him back and forth. "Let it all out okay?"

Brian had somewhat feared the worst when Craig wanted to stay at Jeremy's on top of wanting to be left alone there. But this was beyond his wildest nightmares. There was just something morbid about his friend kneeling in a proverbial grave of designer clothes on the floor of the large hollowed out closet.

"I just thought I could...could clean this stuff up," Craig finally whispered.

"Was it like this when you got here?" Brian asked wiping the tears from Craig's cheeks.

He shook his head, "I thought we could give the stuff away. I tried but I...I can't. I just can't."

"I know," Brian said holding him tighter through another fit of tears and sobs.

Once Craig had seemed to settle down, the man sat up and looked around at the mess in front of him.

"Why don't we go downstairs for a little while and I'll clean this up later?" Brian said standing and reaching a hand down to Craig.

Craig nodded and allowed him to help him up from the floor.

They walked downstairs to the living room, Craig wiping the tears that still threatened to run down his cheeks away just as quickly as they dropped from the brims of his eyes.

"Are you hungry?" Brian asked sitting down next to him on the couch.

"No."

"Do you want to talk?"

"Not right now. I'm just going to lie down. I'm really tired," he said standing.

"What about the bedroom down here?"

Craig nodded and Brian walked with him through the kitchen and the den to the extra bedroom.

"Have sweet dreams okay?" Brian said touching Craig's arm as he started to turn away.

"Will you lay down with me until I fall asleep?" Craig asked sitting on the bed.

"Sure."

Brian laid down next to him letting Craig place his head on his chest and wrapping his arms around the man as they both fell asleep. Brian slept heavily as he always did until he couldn't feel the pressure of Craig's body on or around him. He sat straight up in bed and looked beside him rubbing his eyes a bit. Craig was gone as he suspected causing him to think the worse once again. He walked through the house yet again slowly and methodically checking bedrooms, the den, the gym, the family room and living room until he had no where else to go except outside.

"I've been looking everywhere for you," Brian said walking out to the back yard where Craig stood in the center of the bright vibrantly green grass.

"I've been right here," he said looking far off into the rising sun.

Brian looked at where his eyes were fixed. The pale blue and white glow just starting to peak over the horizon looked as if God himself had painted it with his own two hands, if God even had hands.

"I don't think I've ever woken up early enough to see sunrise before," Brian said.

"You've stayed out late enough to see it."

"Well yeah but sunrise when you're drunk off your ass isn't really the same."

They stood there for awhile looking at the first light of morning while Brian took little glances at Craig to make sure he was still alright. He could have just asked. He was positive the man would have told him the truth, Craig always did, but he knew that constantly throwing that question at him couldn't really be good for him in the long run.

"So, what now?" Craig asked still looking straight ahead.

"I was just going to take care of everything, unless you didn't want that," he said looking at Craig. Brian's eyes feel over the side of the man's face and he marveled at how even after barely any sleep and crying the night before Craig's skin was still remarkably clear and smooth. His eyes didn't have the slightest hint of being puffy and the bright green emeralds placed just right in the whites of his eyes sparkled in the sunlight.

"No. I want you to. I'd like to be there though."

"Okay. I'll go look up a few numbers and make some appointments for today then?"

"Yeah, thanks," he said finally meeting Brian's gaze.

"No problem. Do you want to get some breakfast? I could try cooking but I'm guessing you don't want to burn down the house to collect the insurance."

Craig laughed, probably the first time he had truly done so in what felt like days.

"I'll cook."

"We can just go out," Brian said yawning.

"No I want to."

As they walked back into the house Craig laced his fingers through Brian's and held the man's hand tightly trying to draw the strength that he knew lived there. Once they reached the kitchen Craig released his hand and started looking through the highly polished stainless steel refrigerator for breakfast ingredients.

"What do you feel like?" he asked, his head almost completely in the fridge.

"Anything really, but a lot of it, I'm starved," he said sitting at the kitchen table with the yellow pages. He wasn't exactly sure what to look up in the phone book though. They always said everything was in the there but sometimes it was harder to find then you thought.

"How about omelets, there are about four dozen eggs is that enough?" he asked setting a cartoon on the navy blue tiled counter.

"For starters," Brian said flipping through endless pages of funeral directors in their area. He had no idea what he was doing and needed to ask Craig a few important questions but wasn't really sure how to go about it.

"Can I ask you something?" he finally said.

"Yeah."

"Um..." he hesitated.

"What?" Craig asked looking up form the bowl he was cracking eggs into.

"Did...never mind," he said remembering something.

"No you have to tell me now. I hate it when you do that."

"I know. But this is worth it believe me. I'll be right back," he said walking out of the kitchen. He headed straight for Jeremy's office and started to search through the drawers for an address book of some kind. "Bingo," he said flipping through the pages slowly. He found what he was looking for and dialed the+ phone number.

"James, Bracewell, Scheer, and associates attorney's at law," a woman's bright voice rang over the phone.

"Hi is Mr. Scheer in?" he asked.

"He's in a meeting right now can I take a message?"

"This is actually really important."

"Okay can I have your name?"

"Just tell him it's about Jeremy Walsh.

"I'll see if he can get away," she said placing him on hold.

Brian rested the phone on his shoulder as he flipped through the address book some more and unconsciously tapped his foot to the elevator music that played through the receiver. He was actually surprised when instead of hearing "Your call is important to us" a deep male voice came on the line.

"This is Scheer," he said.

"Hi Mr. Scheer I don't know if you were aware but...um..."

"I just heard actually. I was going to give you a call today Craig."

"Oh, this isn't Craig. This is Brian; I'm a friend of his. I'm sort of arranging things for him."

"Oh okay. Well I have a feeling why you called then, the will?"

"Well no. I was just wondering if there was a family plot or something like that. I didn't really want to ask Craig about it though."

"I understand. He has a few options when it comes to that. In Jeremy's will he never specified what he wanted done with his remains, he wanted to leave that up to Craig. If he were to go the burial root there is an entire family plot in Molise, Italy where his wife was buried. Or of course, if Craig wanted him closer he could do Florida or another idea is Jeremy's hometown in California where other members of his family are."

"Okay, I'll talk to him about it then."

"There is still the matter of Jeremy's estate. More often then not the will is read some days after the service. Do you have any idea when Craig would be up to it?"

"I'm not sure. I'll ask him that also and get back to you. Thank you so much."

"No problem at all."

During breakfast Brian was a lot quieter then usual while he pushed his food around on his plate more then putting it into his mouth. Not exactly the actions of someone who was starving like he had claimed to be earlier.

"You don't like it?" Craig asked looking at Brian.

"No it's good. Hey I have to talk to you about something okay?" he asked setting down his fork and taking Craig's hand in his.

Craig nodded.

"I know I told you I was going to handle everything but there are some things that I need your input on."

"Like what?" Craig asked swallowing the food in his mouth.

"Well mainly right now we need to figure out...um...what to do with Jeremy."

"What do you mean?" Craig asked his eyes getting wider by the moment.

"Like cremation or burial," he said quickly. There was really no point in prolonging the inevitable.

"I'd like him to be buried," Craig finally said after a long pause.

Brian nodded, "Where?"

"Why not here?"

"We can," Brian said quickly, squeezing Craig's hand slightly. "I talked to Mr. Scheer, Jeremy's attorney, and he mentioned that there is a family plot in Italy."

"With my mother," Craig said looking down at his plate for a second. "Where do you think he would have wanted to go?"

"Honestly he would have hated anywhere we picked, but he did love your mom a lot," Brian said with a smile.

"Maybe that's where we should do it then."

"Are you sure? You don't want him near you?"

"It sounds corny but I think he always will be no matter where we bury him. And plus, a trip to Italy to visit him just makes it that much more of an adventure."

Brian smiled, matching the grin on Craig's face, "So Molise it is?"

"Yes. What do we do now?"

"I'll make some calls to arrange things and then we leave for Italy. Have you thought about who you want to invite?"

"Well everyone from his job knew that he was sick so we can invite them. And...well I don't think he'd want my uncle to be there but he's the only family I have left now, besides you. Why don't we go there for dinner tonight or tomorrow and I can tell him what happened. If he wants to come then I can't stop him."

"I think Jeremy wouldn't want you to be alone or anything so it should be okay. Plus, who really holds a grudge for that long?"

"Uncle Giuseppe was pretty mean to him for a while there. But I guess you're right."

Brian was quiet for a moment, still holding Craig's hand but looser now.

"Was there something else?" Craig asked.

"Uh yeah, remember yesterday when I went to get some stuff for you from your apartment?"

"Yeah, I wasn't that much out of it."

"While I was there Justin stopped by," Brian said looking intensely into Craig's eyes.

"What?" Craig asked stunned. "Why?"

"He obviously wanted to talk to you."

"What did you tell him?"

"It was just so quick. I mean he was saying kind of mean things about you like you were cheating on him or something," Brian said hurriedly.

"Cheating on him? Where'd he get that from?"

"I don't know but he thought it was with Jeremy. Anyway he just kept talking and talking and I just blurted it out."

"Blurted what out?" Craig asked slowly.

"That...um..."

"Don't clam up on me now B."

"I told him that Jeremy was your dad and that he passed away."

Craig was quiet for a moment but released his hand from Brian's grasp.

"You're mad," Brian said sitting up straighter.

"No I'm not. He was going to find out anyway."

"Was he?"

"Yes of course I would have told him. I just wasn't in a very good place yesterday and I wanted to get all of the funeral stuff in order first," he said collecting their plates and taking them to the sink.

"So you're really not mad at me?"

"No I'm really not. I should have told him about Jeremy a long time ago."

"He really wants to talk to you Craig," Brian said walking towards the man.

"Really?"

"Of course. He's worried about you and it looked like he missed you like crazy too."

"Really?" Craig asked looking up at him.

"He was practically running through the apartment screaming your name."

"Sure," Craig said smiling as he rinsed the plates off.

"So when you gonna call him?" Brian asked jumping up on the counter near the sink.

"Later."

"No time like the present."

"I know Mr. Cliche."

"Well I'm going into the office to make some more calls," he said hopping down. He grabbed the cordless phone. "It's a different line," he said placing it in front of Craig.

Craig rolled his eyes at Brian bouncing out of the kitchen and down the hall as he placed the dishes in the dishwasher. He cleaned up all of the counters, stove, kitchen table, and everything else not nailed down while stealing little glances at the phone. It was almost eight o'clock but he figured that there was a possibility that Justin would still be asleep and not alert enough to have a rational adult conversation about...well he wasn't exactly sure what they would talk about. He guessed the main subject would be how in the world Justin could think that Jeremy was his lover. A friend maybe, after all they never really acted like father and son, but lovers? That was just gross. But that just brought him to another string of questions starting with how did Justin find out about Jeremy in the first place? Was he having him followed or something? Sure Justin had the money and most likely the power to do something like that if he had suspicions but he didn't think he had the heart to. Maybe he did a background check, but then he would have known who Jeremy was. There were just too many questions.

Craig found himself standing in front of the counter staring at the phone. What was wrong with him anyway? Why couldn't he just call instead of making a whole bunch of excuses? Maybe he was afraid that even if they talked everything out Justin still wouldn't want to be with him like they were before. It did seem, after all, too good to be true. But was it really? Weren't they both meant to be happy in life? He just prayed as he picked up the phone and dialed that Justin still wanted to be happy... with him.

To be continued...
