CHAPTER SIX
"You did what?" Patrick screamed into the phone. Seb, who had so "generously" filled him in on all of the details of everything he had said to Josh within the past twenty-four hours, had telephoned him to gloat and to be the bastard that he was known all around the world for.
"You arsehole!" Patrick mumbled. He slammed the phone down onto its base, almost breaking the cheap imported plastic. He felt like strangling something or someone... He threw on last night's clothes and ran out of his apartment slamming the door behind him. He sprinted down the flights of stairs into the building's garage. He unlocked his car and jumped in.
He sped all the way to Josh's house. He ignored all of the other cars only noticing red traffic lights. His head was full of thoughts, mostly of himself saying things like, `Well you've really fucked it up this time..."
By the time he reached Josh's building he was in quite a frenzy. It was as if someone had given him speed, he just couldn't sit still. Josh's building had been designed to keep undesirables out.
Basically, you couldn't enter unless you had a key or you knew someone that lived there. Patrick didn't know Josh's Apartment number and he knew he'd never be able to get up there if he rang him. He decided to sit on one of the park benches down at the bottom of the building and wait. So he sat. And waited. And waited. And sat. Until like a bizarre twist of fate, he felt a cold drop of what was probably water. He wiped I away with his right hand and looked up at the familiar figure smoking from the balcony.
Patrick quickly counted the floors until he got number sixteen. He then quickly ran to the security door as a little old lady walked out and opened the door. She looked up at him and smiled. He smiled back. "What a nice young lad... " She muttered as she walked past him. He smiled at the comment.
He ran to the elevator and hit the floor 16 button. He arrived a minute later, with each second that passed his heart beat faster and faster. When the red doors finally opened, a huge wave of familiarity swept over him. It was eerie, almost as if he'd been there before. He slowly walked down the corridor until he reached apartment number 527. He knocked on the door and waited.
A pale figure answered.
"Josh, I can explain." Patrick said, slightly startled by how pasty Josh looked.
Josh stepped forward raising his arms in a defensive posture, but he then proceeded to engulf Patrick in a large hug.
"Patrick, I'm so sorry." Josh sobbed into Patrick's chest.
"Josh, I didn't know that you knew Seb. I'm sorry." Patrick said.
"I shouldn't have left without telling you. I panicked and then Seb called. Turns out you were the other man when I was dating Seb."
"It's alright." Patrick soothed.
"I can't believe you were the other man."
" Apparently. Isn't it weird! He told me he was single, Joshie, I would never want to hurt you like that..." Patrick answered
Patrick then said, "I think we should lie down, you look kind of beat."
"OK" Josh said drowsily.
Patrick practically carried Josh to his room. He pulled off Josh's clothes and pulled the quilt up over Josh. He then pulled off all of his clothes except his boxers and climbed into bed with Josh.
They lay there embracing and basking in the warmth of each other's company. They didn't speak or sleep they just cuddled.
At about 3:00, the phone rang. Patrick leapt out of bed and pulled the socket out of the wall.
"Great minds think alike." Josh stated drowsily with a smirk. Patrick climbed back into bed with Josh and resumed their previous hugging position under the quilt.
They spent the rest of the weekend in bed, getting up to go to the bathroom and to bring food to the bed.
It was Sunday morning before either of them spoke at length.
"Would you like to come and meet my evil family at Christmas?" Josh asked timidly
"You wanna meet mine?" Patrick asked with a smirk.
"I will if you will." Josh said seriously.
Patrick kissed Josh. It was at first a playful one on the mouth. Josh pulled away and pulled down Patrick's boxer shorts. Josh pulled Patrick on top of him and lifted his legs onto Patrick's strong shoulders.
"Before we...you know, I feel as though I should warn you about my family." Josh stated sadly.
"Yes?" Patrick asked huskily
Josh laughed, "They're mean."
"How mean?" Patrick asked.
"Very. Now, back to us." Josh smirked.
Patrick pushed himself lightly into Josh. Josh moaned in delight. Patrick's cock fitted Josh perfectly. Patrick started to pick up the pace, thrusting faster and faster inside Josh. Patrick leaned over and kissed Josh, pushing his tongue inside Josh's mouth. Josh was moaning and groaning, tossing himself as Patrick got faster and faster.
"I...love...you." Patrick said between grunts as he came litres and litres into Josh.
Josh then succumbed to his own pleasure, shooting all over the place causing Patrick to come twice more. Patrick collapsed onto Josh, kissing and hugging him tightly.
"I love you Ricky." Josh said dreamily.
"Stay inside me." Josh added.
"Sure babe." Patrick said with a smile. He continued to hug Josh tightly until they drifted off to sleep.
It was hazy when Josh opened his eyes. He was standing in a big open area that was very unfamiliar. He looked down over himself; he was wearing a blue polo shirt and jeans. There was a gold ring on the third finger of his left hand.
Two small boys, toddlers one blonde and the other brunette looked up at him. They were about the same age probably twins. They were smiling up at him, both wearing matching little overalls with different coloured shirts. Josh then heard a familiar voice say,
"Alexi, James, where are you two?" It was Patrick.
Patrick ran up to Josh and kissed him on the cheek.
"Glad you're back babe, the boys really missed you." Patrick said as the boys hugged Josh around his ankles.
"Daddy, where's our new little sister?" The blonde one asked. Josh turned around as he felt himself get heavier. He pulled off his backpack to see a baby sleeping in it. She was wearing a little pink jumpsuit.
Patrick smiled at him; "We were beginning to get worried..."
Josh woke up with a start. The sheets were wet around him.
Patrick woke up and said, "Babe you alright?"
Josh smiled, "I'm fine.
Constructive Criticism is most welcome. Flames will be ignored :)
To all of you who have been so patiently awaiting the sixth chapter, I deeply apologise. I feel guilty about leaving the story hanging for so long. After five was posted, events occured that basically made me lose it. But, no I'm back on top :) and will hopefully continue writing
Thankyou to all of the people who send messages of encouragement. They helped. This time last week I was not interested in updating the story, but as soooo much has happened within the last week, I empathised with those readers who had been left dangling on other stories.
