This is the first story I've ever written, I wrote it over the summer of last year and my writing skills have grown immensely. Although this is my first story I've wrote, I have published other stories on here and am currently working on one. Under the high school section, I have the One or the Other, which is a current project; Hayden's Story; and GAvin's Got Game. Under the college section, I have The After Party. The latter three stories all contain sexual content.

"Happy four month anniversary!" Avery said as he surprised me. I can't believe I've been with him this long. It felt like just yesterday him and I started dating.
He kissed me on the lips. "And a happy four month anniversary to you too." We smiled and held each other in our arms.
"Stop eye fucking and give him the cake! I'm hungry!" Tyler blurted out. Avery rolled his eyes and walked into the kitchen.
Tyler, Tommy, and Jen were here with me and Avery to celebrate my four month anniversary. It's sad that Layla and Blake couldn't make it. Ginger, Jay, and Amy weren't here either. But that's understandable since they are the three amigos now. Since Jay and Alex broke up and DJ and Amy broke up, those three have been inseparable.
Jay hasn't been himself since Alex left though. Those two were still close even though they broke up. But around November, Alex got a call from a college that would allow him to start this January. They also told him that he could make up his high school credits as well as earn college credits at the same time. Alex jumped at this offer and left about a week ago.
Some other people that have left Gerald Fields High School are Pete and Cole. After Jen finally told the police about what happened, he was sent off. No one knows where he went. Even his sister Ciara left because if the rumors about him. Once the whole school and every parent heard about Cole, kids were being pulled out left and right. Pete was one of them.
DJ still goes to our school. Despite all the rumors going around about her, she walks around with her head held high. Most of the friends she had before the break-up didn't even acknowledge her. Not long after she heard about Gray, DJ got herself a new girl. Evelyn. Amy acts like she doesn't care but I know deep down she is heartbroken when she sees them walking hand in hand.
Avery walked in with the cake. "I hope you like it. I made it all by myself. Even the icing is homemade."
Tyler wrapped his arm around Avery's shoulder. "You know after I heard that you and Shawn were dating I was pissed. I wanted Tommy to be with Shawn instead. But now, day after day, I start to like you more and more." Tyler reached his hand out to get some icing.
Avery moved the cake away from him. "Shawn gets the first piece."
"But-"
"No buts. You can get the first slice of cake when it's your anniversary. Which is?" All of us laughed except Tyler because we all knew Tyler has lucked out again and again with the girls at our school.
"Fuck you!" He said and started laughing as well.
Avery sat the cake down on the coffee table and cut me a slice of it. I took it and gave him a thank you kiss. Soon after I backed away, Tyler was right there begging for a big slice. I swear if he didn't work out like a maniac he would be one fat mother fucker.
"Damn Avery! This cake is good!" Tyler said with his mouth full of food. "When you and Shawn get married I'm gonna move in with you guys."
Tommy shook his head. "You'll never be able to live on your own."
"Yeah huh!" Tyler said with food flying out of his mouth and all over the floor. "Since mom and dad split I'm the one who has to sacrifice my free time to work and buy us the shit we need." I forgot to tell you that Tye and Tommy's parents got a divorce. Since the house, well mansion actually, was under their father's name, he kept it. Their mom had to find a place to stay. For about a week Tye, Tommy, Ginger, and their mom lived with us. She couldn't stand that man anymore. It was fun while they were here but very crowded.
"Your money goes to pay for basketball for you, dumbass."
"I know. But we all need me on the team, or else we'd all be losers."
"If you haven't noticed, Avery and I are cheerleaders." Jen interrupted. "And probably the hottest things in school, so before we came along, you guys were the losers."
"When you look at it that way, you're right." Tommy said. If he wasn't gay I would swear he had a crush on her. His head is always up her ass.
At first Tommy and Tye had a hard time adjusting to adding Avery and Jen to the group. Since they hated Avery for getting to me first and Jen was a mess for about a month after the incident. She's now seeing a therapist on a weekly basis. So everything's gotten better. Her parents keep her under total lock down. She's only allowed out if I'm with her at all times. Which I can understand. Jen and I can tell each other anything and she needs that whenever she can have it.
After all the cake was gone, Avery went to do the dishes. Tyler announced to everyone he had to take a major dump and ran upstairs. Jen then got a call from one of her cheer friends and stepped outside onto the porch to talk to her. This left Tommy and I alone on the living room. It was beyond awkward. I still love him and I can tell he still loves me. But I can't hurt Avery like that. Haven't I hurt him enough already?
He and I were out at school. Most everyone was shocked. They thought we were rivals from day 1. Some said since we are both gay and we're single we were going to end up together soon because "all gay guys are attracted to every guy."
In December, Tommy decided it would be best to come out to. He didn't stand up in lunch and scream it to the world though. He decided that if anyone asked he wouldn't deny it. I found that great because I thought it was a sign of him getting over me. That he was ready to find someone. Hell was I wrong. Just last week he told e he was still in love with me. It was the first time he's said it since I told him Avery and I are dating.
"Sooo, were you surprised?" Tommy asked.
"Not one bit. I saw Avery's car in the driveway and when I got up to the door I could hear Tyler telling you to scoot over because your ass was taking up the whole couch.
He laughed. "Sorry we didn't surprise you. We'll try harder next time."
"I don't think you can get any worse at throwing a surprise party so don't worry about it." We both laughed. It then got quiet. The others were still gone doing whatever they were doing.
"I still love you." Tommy said. Looking me in the eyes. They were becoming watery.
"Tommy-"
"Please, Shawn. I need to hold you just one more time. I need to feel your lips on mine one more time. I don't ever want to forget the feeling of you. So please, just once more?"
He and I stared at each other. I could see in his eyes that he wanted me so badly. I'm sure he saw the same thing in mine. I opened my mouth and was about to speak. But before I was able to say "I love you", Aver plopped down between us on the couch.
"Where did everyone go?" He asked as rested his head up against me.
"Tye is taking a dump and Jen is outside on the phone." I said, feeling bad for even contemplating on cheating on him.
"You okay baby? You look sad." Aver said with real concern in his voice.
"Yeah, I am. Just thinking about all the things I did to you before I found out that I like you."
He smiled. "The past is the past. I like you too by the way." He smiled and kissed me on the cheek. Jen and Tye were soon back in the living room and the five of us started talking again. Tommy and I kept stealing glances at each other while the rest never noticed.
