yo and hello to all my reader friends...ok, as you should know, this is fiction and not real. okay? it never happened..enjoy part 9 and i'm sorry it takes too long to get it out..=) (just so you know, the story is justin timberlakes point of view, incase i havent mentioned that before..) thanx to my palz: fruitcake, amber b., micki, vv and coyla. love lots. (new scene) "Yeahh!" I yelped, jumping out of my bed. Jc and Lance cracked up. I shook my hair out, and shivered. Well you would too if you'd just gotten woken up by someone throwing a bucket of ice water on you, too. "Wakey wakey." Lance said. I blinked, cold. "Get showered and dressed." Jc instructed. "We have a plane to catch." So I took ten minute shower and threw on some clothes, looking at the belt welts in the mirror. Sigh. A horn honked and Lance hollered for me. Ack, the limo was here to take us to the airport. I glanced at my watch. 9:30 am, says me. "JUSTIN!" "Coming!" I yelled. "Yeah, he probably is coming." Lance said as I came downstairs. Ha ha ha. We all got into the limo and yawned a lot, waiting to arrive at the airport. We checked our bags and boarded the ugly thing. Luckily, this time no one had to sit next to me, so I picked up my backpack and got out my cd player, headphones, batteries, and cd wallet. Hmm..what to listen to..I decided on some ever so lovely janet jackson. When we landed in Fort Lauderdale a short time later, the limo waiting took us to our hotel. We get our keys and went up. Jc put his duffel bag and suitcase on one of the twin beds. I threw mine on the floor, and plopped down on the other bed. Tomorrow I would be going to a Backstreet Boys concert. Hooray. "What are we doing today?" I asked Jc. He shrugged. "Nothing until after lunch. We eat in an hour." "Oh. Okay. I guess I'll just listen to some cds." Jc nodded. If I had said that to Lance, he would have had a tantrum and called either Joey or Chris adn they would've beaten me for being smart. Humph. In a nutshell, after lunch, we had two interviews, three photoshoots, dinnerand a private interview with two female fans who'd won a contest. They both drooled over me, and I smiled at them and took pictures with them and such. The next day, a bellboy (or whatever they're called) came to my door, and handed me an envelope. I was feeling nice, so I tipped him generously. $5. Hmm. Inside the envelope was three tickets to the Backstreet Boys concert, and three all access passes. There was a note with them. It said: Howdy Justin! Here's your ticket(s) and pass(es). Try to sneak out, eh? the show is at 6 pm and we have to be there at 2pm. Come sometime between 4:30 and 6, okay? the others know you're coming, and Nick says he does want to come to your concert tomorrow. We'll be waiting for ya. Your pal, B-rok. I smiled to myself. Okay, so I will. Which reminded me. I glanced at my watch, then got out two front row *NSync tickets and all access passes. I put them in an envelope with a note that said 'howdy yourself, you country bumpkin =). See you tonight.' and signed it. Ah ha, now he has my autograph hehehehe. I went downstairs, and sent one of them boys to Brian's hotel to give it to him, with a promise of a $20 reward if he brought back a reciept from Brian saying he received them. The boy came back and I pocketed the paper scribbling of Bri's signature, and gave the kid his $20. I went back to my room. Jc was there, watching tv boredly. Maybe if I just asked him to go along, he'd say yeah and I wouldn't get interrogated by the others. "Jc?" I ventured. "What?" "Um...I have..Brian sent me some..I'm going to the Backstreet Boys concert. Brian sent me a couple of tickets. Do you want to come along?" "Are you asking me out?" he opened his eyes. "No. I'm asking you to come because you all seem to have to need to chaperone me lately. I offered to Brian to come to our concert tomorrow, and he wanted me to come to theirs. He sent me my ticket and pass and a couple of extras for one or two of you. Want to come?" "What time is it?" "Six. But I'm leaving at 4 o'clock, to be there at 4:30, cause of all the girls. Be hard to find our seats. And I want to speak to Brian before the show." "The others know you're going?" "Yeah. He told them." He sighed. "He's coming to our concert tomorrow?" "Yeah. Him and Nick. That's what I just went downstairs to do, I sent the tickets and passes to his room at his hotel. So..want to come? I'd rather have you come instead of Lance or Chris or Joey." He faintly smiled. "Okay, I'll go." I grinned. "Good." "As long as you promise it isn't a date." "Of course not." "Good." "I'm not attracted to you." "Hot dog." "Okay." I said. I sat on my bed. "What time is the concert over?" "He didn't say. But if they're anything like ours, I'd be guessing about 9 to 9:30." "Call him and ask. I need to get enough sleep tonight for our rehersal and soundcheck tomorrow." "Okay." I said cheerfully. I picked up the hotel phone and dialed his cellphone. "Yello?" "Brian?" "Justin? Hey. Did you get the tickets?" "Yeah, I got 'em just fine. Jc is coming too. He wants to know when the show's getting over. We have rehersal and soundcheck early tomorrow." "Oh. It's over at 9:30. Ten o'clock at the latest." "Alright. We'll be there at 4:30." "Did they yell at you about it?" "Naw, only Jc knows." "Did he yell?" "Nope." "He's okay?" "Yup." "He only holds your arms back?" "Yup." "He doesn't hit you?" "Nope." "Oh. Alright then." "Do the others know we're coming?" "Yeah, I told the lot of 'em." "What'd they say?" "Nick said cool; AJ said cool, let's freak him out; Howie asked if you were going to spy on us (I told him no, you and me are friends, and Nick and I are going to your concert tomorrow); and Kevin said whoop de doodle, so what." "Oh. Cool." "Yeah. Uh, Justin, I gotta go now. Have to get ready to go. Soundcheck. "Kay. See you in a couple of hours." "See ya." he ended the call. "It's over at 9:30, 10 at the latest." I told Jc. He nodded. "Okay." So, at 4:30, Jc and I were at the concert. We had second row seats. The show was really cool, and Brian waved to me. (And the girl next to me thought he was waving to her and started acting all histerical.) After the show, I showed the guard our passes, and me and Jc went backstage to say hello. "Hey Brian." I said. He looked up. "Oh hi Justin. Did you like the concert?" "Sure. Pretty cool, old man." "Cram it." "Where?" "Your ass, back where it came from." I laughed. "Yawl tired then?" "You said it." Nick yawned and flopped down on a couch. "So you're Justin, eh?" "Yeah. Justin Timberlake." "Nick Carter." he shook my hand. "You're coming to our concert tomorrow?" I asked, taking back my hand (mine, mine you theiver..j/k). "Yeah, I guess I'll come see you aliens." "Hey! Alien yourself." I retorted. "Oh I have.." he wriggled his eyebrows at me. "THANK YOU FOR SHARING!" Brian put his hands around his mouth and said in Nick's ear. "I WILL SLEEP BETTER TONIGHT KNOWING THAT YOU JACK OFF!!" "Oh cram it, Shortman." Nick said evenly. " Like you never jerk off." "I don't go aroung telling people about it!" Brian protested. "Uh, maybe we should go." Jc said, pale. "Naw, we're just joking." Brian said. "Hi. What's your name again?" "Jc Chasez." "Oh, okay. I'm Brian Littrell." "Um.." Jc said. "Uh..nice show. So I hear y'all are coming to our show tomorrow?" "Yup." Brian said cheerfully. "Nick and I are going." "Okay..no offense, but aren't you and Nick the two gay ones?" "Yeah.." Nick said slowly. "Um, that a problem?" "Uh, no, of course not." he said. "I was just wondering if it was you two." "It's us." Brian said. "Us two are gay. That ok?" "Yeah..I mean..no offense.." "None taken." Brian nodded. "What time is your show?" Nick asked. "Eight o'clock. Until 11pm or 11:30." I said. "So you're Justin?" the oldest guy spoke up. "Yeah. Who're you?" "Kevin Richardson. I'm Brian's cousin." he said. "Oh. Okay. Well..." I said. "Justin, could I speak to you privately?" Brian asked me. "Uh, sure." He led me back into the dressing room. "Justin, I..I think Nick knows about you." "You told him?" I asked. I hate it when people tell other people my secrets. I'll tell people when I'm damn good and ready, and that's the name of that game. "No,no. But he can tell, same as I can. Him and I can both tell if another male is homosexual." "So like..what makes you think he can tell?" "Well, cause he asked me waht you wanted to talk to me about. I told him you really wanted to keep it confidential, and he asked if you were gay." "Yat oh." "But don't worry, if he does he won't tell. Which is why I suggested you tell him in the first place." "What did you say to him when his asked if I was?" "Well..Justin, I can't lie to him..." "So you did tell him.." I said sulkily. "No. When he asked, I repeated that you wanted to keep the conversation confidential." "Then what?" Brian shrugged. "He looked at me a second, then dropped it. We played nintendo." "Oh." "So do you want to get to know him and tell him?" "I guess, but how do I get to know him?" "Same as you did me. Talk. Hang out." "Well, okay, but when?" "Well, we're..um..I think we have pretty much of a free day the day after your concert. We're going to do something. Like, go somewhere fun probably. What about you?" "I dunno. Probably just sitting around." He nodded. "Yeah, okay. I'll call you tomorrow when my group decides what we're doing. You most definitely can come along. I'll call you then." "Won't the other guys in your group get suspicious?" "Oh, they already are." "How do you know that?" "Cause they give me real weird looks when I mention you or 'nsync. But all I said was like, that you were coming tonight and that Nick and I are going to your concert tomorrow." "What do you mean weird looks? What do you think they're thinking?" "Probably that I Like you." he said nonchalantly. "Do you?" I said in the same tone. He looked at me with a surprised expression. "No." "Sure?" I teased. He shook his head solemnly. "I'm sure. I'm still in love with the man I broke up with." "Man Bri, what is the deal with that?" I said. "You love him. I can see it in your eyes whenever you speak of him that you love him. You love him so much, with all your heart. And from what I gather, he still loves you?" Brian nodded. "Well, damn Toyboy!" I said, exhasperated. "Get with your man! At least you have a man. You love him and he loves you. What is so wrong with that?" "It's hard to explain." he said softly. "I don't deserve him. He deserves someone much better than me. Please Justin, you just don't understand. You don't know the who story. No one does but me. Not even he knows all of it. I love him more than anything, and I didn't even tell him. I don't honestly know you that well. Not even he knows, so I cannot tell you. Maybe if Later I feel that I can actually talk about it..cause it hurts just thinking about it. Maybe after awhile when it doesn't make me cry to think about it then I can talk about it." he said sadly. "K?" "Okay," I said softly. "But I just think you should know, I'm a good listener." He smiled faintly. "Maybe some other time." "Justin? We should go." Jc's voice called. "I still need to get to sleep." "I'm coming." I called. I turned back to Brian. "So call me tomorrow and we'll get together. And please don't outright tell Nick. I hate it when people who know my secrets tell people before I do. When I'm damn good and ready, I will." "Ok." he said. We walked back. I bid good-bye to the others and Jc and I left. "What did he need to talk to you about?" Jc inquired on the way back. "Um..he just needed to ask me about something I told him at that party." "You didn't tell him you're gay, did you?" I didn't say anything. "JUST-TIN!" "What?" I protested. "It's my business and I should be able to tell him if I want to." "Justin!" he said. "He's our rival! If he wanted to he could tell the world and put us down. You just can't trust your enemy!" "He's not my enemy." I said softly. "He's my friend. He's the only person who wanted to be nice to me and be my friend and like me for me in at least a year. All you guys hate me just because I"m gay. I never have done anything to any of you and I never would. I like you only as friends. I thought you guys liked me for me and my sexuality shouldn't matter. But apparantly it does. And it hurts, Jc. Cause I thought you guys were my friends. But now it looks like you never were.." He was quiet a moment. "I have to ask you this," he said, "and I need an absolute honest answer." "Okay." "Are you sleeping with him?" "I'm not sleeping with anyone. In a word, no." "Honest?" "Cross my heart and hope to die, stick a needle in my eye, eat a cow manure pie-" "I get it." he said flatly. "Okay. Why did you want to know that?" "You know why." We were quiet for a minute in the limo. All of the sudden, I got a horrifying idea. "Um, Jc.." "What." "Are..are you going to tell the others I told Brian I'm gay?" "Yes." "Nooooo!" I howled. "Jc please! They'll hit me, you know they will!" He looked at me sharply. "Did you tell him we hit you?" "Um...no.." I said slowly. "Did you??" "No!" "You better not." he said. "Please don't tell them," I said again. "Justin, I have to." "Please! He won't tell! He hasn't already! Please Jc..he's my friend, I trust him.." "You know why I have to tell." he said firmly. I sighed and put my head on the glass of the window. I was bad anxious all the way there. We didn't talk until we got back. "Justin told Backstreet Boy Brian Littrell that he's gay," Jc announced. "WHAT?!" Lance exclaimed. "You did what??" Chris yelled. "I told Brian I'm gay." I mumbled, eyes down. I'm not allowed to look at them in their eyes (or anywhere, for that matter) and I can only speak when spoken to. "Why?" Joey asked. I shrugged. "He's my friend. He's the first person to be nice to me in at least a year, and like me for who I am. He wouldn't tell, really. I trust him." "Oh, well that makes all the difference." Lance said snottily. "Stupid faggot!" Chris said. "Now he can tell the world and put us down!" "He wouldn't do that.." I protested softly, seeing that my shoes were torn. Hmm. (I tell you, I discover something new about my shoes or hands each time I talk to these guys..) Lance and Chris were so mad they couldn't even speak for a moment. Jc looked scared and a little guilty, like he was realizing what I told him was true, and they were really going to beat the hell out of me. And sure enough, they did.
