Tip and Ty Chapter 9 -- This Is Unreal

By E Walk (Copyrighted by the author) Edited by Radio Rancher

This is Zack here in Fremont.

When I stopped the last time, the bride and groom had just ushered their grandmothers down the aisle. They had skipped out holding hands.

The next thing that happened was that the organist was joined by two young men playing two pianos. They were playing a medley of love songs from the movies. Mark leaned over and whispered, "The pianists are Mickey Smith, who is a dentist, and Chris Bressler, who is going to be an oncologist."

The music changed to the more tradition Pomp and Circumstances, and two gentlemen wearing jeans, red and white checked cowboy shirts and clerical stoles came in followed by Beau. Mark whispered the older man is the retired Bishop Lancaster and the younger man is Father Wanamaker. He and Beau have a special relationship."

I had a chance to look at Beau more carefully. I leaned over to Mark, "Are all of the people here in Fremont beautiful or what? I haven't seen an ugly person since we arrived."

Mark looked at me funny, "You're just seeing the cream of the crop today."

The organ and the piano started to play a jazzed up version of Here Comes the Bride. The Bride was escorted down the aisle by a distinguished looking man. "That is Doctor Jack Wilson. He was Beau's foster father and is the organist's father."

The music switched, and another handsome young man escorted a very attractive young lady down the aisle. They were followed by an extremely good looking teenager carrying a tray that looked like it would have been for meals at a chuck wagon in old western cowboy movies. The tray held two rings.

Mark leaned over, "The young man carrying the tray is Clay Morrison. He and Beau have a very close relationship. Beau treats him almost like a son and Clay's parents, Dylan and Carole Anne, don't seem fazed by it. The four of them have a special feeling for each other."

"The young man escorting the matron of honor is Jason Jameson. He is another of Beau's foster brothers, but their connection is much more than that. I will have to explain later. The matron of honor is Georgia Smith, the wife of the pianist."

The wedding continued to get weirder and weirder. The bride and groom even sang for their own wedding. It was very effective, and I must say, they were absolutely outstanding.

When the service was ending, Father Wanamaker announced, "I now pronounce you man and wife. Ladies and gentleman, I would like to introduce Dr. Beau and Dr. Becca Benson. You may now kiss the bride."

Beau knelt down and took Becca's hand and kissed it. When he stood up, the organ and pianos started to play the love theme from Dr. Zhivago. The bride and groom walked out, followed by Jason and Georgia and Clay.

The ushers appeared at the front of the church and started to escort the people out by rows. When it was our pew's turn to exit, I motioned to Mark and we went to the front. I wanted to tell the organist and pianists how much I had enjoyed what they had done.

Mark and I were standing there listening. When they finally stopped playing, I applauded.

Jeff, who was at the organ, turned to me, "So are you a musician?"

I started to laugh, "Not hardly sir, I'm still a graduate student in college, but I can recognize good music when I hear it."

I don't suppose you sing or play a musical instrument?" Jeff challenged.

I thought to myself, this is weird, why would he ask me that, but I answered, "I have sung in the past, but that is not my forte."

Jeff handed me some music, "Please sing this, as I practice for tomorrow." I looked at the music and he began to play and I started to sing at the appropriate time. The song was How Great Thou Art and when I started to sing, it was like everyone went into a frozen state. I guess I must have been terrible.

When the song ended, I put the music down and went to get Mark. He looked at me funny, "I didn't know you were an opera star too."

Before I could say anything, I heard a voice, "Young man, you will be here at 8 o'clock in the morning. This is not negotiable."

I looked up to see who was speaking. It was Beau's Grandmother. She wasn't finished, "I don't know who you are, but we'll visit at the reception."

I wasn't about to be intimidated, "Ma'am, I have already decided not to go to the reception. I am a complete stranger. I'm here as Mark's chauffer and do not belong there."

"Do you know who I am, young man? No one talks to me like that. I'm Agatha Tillison, and I almost always get my way."

I shrugged my shoulders, "I am Zack Jackson and your name means nothing me ma'am."

Mark was standing there laughing.

"Mark, what are you laughing at? Why don't you take the van and everyone back to the house? I'll walk back to your grandparents' house and study while the rest of you party." I started to walk away.

I hadn't realized there were still so many people standing around.

Jeff stood up and grabbed me, "Sir, I'm Jeff Wilson; you will be going to the reception. You need to get to know Beau. You and he are very much alike, I think. You are only the third or fourth person who ever told Grams that she wasn't your boss." Jeff whispered in my ear, "Mrs. T. is also one of the richest people that you will probably ever meet. If the truth be known, she is probably one of the 20 wealthiest persons in the United States."

I whispered, "Now I know that, I am not going to the reception for sure."

Jeff held me, "Uncle David and Uncle Boris, come get this culprit and strap him into the vehicle. If he isn't at the reception, Grams will have every law enforcement person in the Midwest chasing him down."

"Okay, I'll go, but I'm not staying long and I am not singing tomorrow."

Mark drove the van back to the Leavitt's house because I was visibly upset. We parked in the driveway and Grandma Leavitt suggested that we go inside and visit.

When we got to the living room, Mark's Grandmother asked us to please sit down. She turned to me, "Zack, Mrs. Tillison is a very controlling individual. You did something today that not very many have ever been able to do. She is very accustomed to having the things the way she wants them. She has been correct most of the time. She is a very astute lady even though she is 95 years old. Guys, please humor her, she only has a very limited time to live. She is dieing of liver cancer."

The tears started to roll out of my eyes, "I'm so sorry for the way I behaved."

Mark's Grandmother interrupted, "Zack, you had every right to do what you did and said, but please give Mrs. T. a little slack. She has been holding on to see her beloved Beau get his doctorate and get married."

Grandpa Leavitt spoke up, which I would learn happened rarely. But when he did speak, everyone listened. "Guys, I want us to go next door and act like nothing out of the ordinary happened. I am sure there will be even more fireworks tonight which no one is prepared for. Zack, you are a welcomed addition to the family."

"You are your own person. I take it that you not exactly a poor pauper. Enough said. Now you four young studs get your swim suits on and Marilyn and I will go tell everyone that you are on your way."

Mark and I went to our assigned bedroom. Mark sat down on the bed and pulled me down beside him. "Zack, my special friend, I think I am beginning to fall in love with you, but please be the gentle person I know that you are."

I was shaken by the last comment. I lay back on the bed and pulled Mark with me. I pulled him as close as I could and started to nibble on ears and neck.

Mark sat up, "Zack, this is not the time or place to be doing this to me. Let's get these ridiculous swim suits on and go next door. We'll resume this action later."

When we arrived at the receiving line, Beau glared at me, "I heard how you spoke to my Grandmother. I want to visit with you later, so don't even think about leaving."

I said nothing but moved to Becca. I hugged her and said, "I don't care what they say, you are a beautiful lady, even if you are a Dr."

When I got to Mrs. Gleason, she was sitting on a stool. She hugged me and whispered, "Young man, I like your spirit, but please try to keep it under control."

By the time I went through the receiving line, I was ready to go back to the Leavitt's house. But then I remembered what Mrs. T. said as she hugged me, "Zack, I was wrong to come on so strong, since we don't know each other yet."

I went back to Mrs. T. and hugged her again.

She looked at me and asked, "What was that for?"

"Just because." I said, as I walked away.

Now that Zack has gotten himself into a mess in Fremont, it is a shame to break away from what is happening, but things are even more exciting in Kansas City. We'll get back to Zack and Mark in the next chapter.

This is Tip.

The movie ended and the children stopped and thanked the manager for the snacks and the free passes as we were leaving. It was almost five o'clock.

Out of the clear, Ty asked, "Tony, why don't the four of you join us for an early dinner? We can stop at the Red Robin Restaurant. They have a nice children's menu. Why don't you call your parents and get permission to join us? It's the least we can do for your help today."

Tony and his girl friend Mindy each pulled out their cell phones and received permission to join us. They followed us to the restaurant. We were immediately shown to a table for ten by the hostess, "Scott will be your server for tonight."

A good looking young man appeared with menus and glasses of water. "My name is Scott, and I will try to take care of your needs tonight." When he got to Tony, he rather froze. "Tony, do Mother and Dad know that you have the girls here?"

"Yep, they decided that they were going out to dinner. They were thrilled to have some time alone. Mindy and I are going to stay with the girls until they get home."

Tony was having a ball tormenting Scott, "Scott, do you have any idea who these gentlemen are?"

Scott pointed to Ty and said, "That good looking man looks familiar, but I have no idea who either of the gentlemen is." Scott shook his head.

Tony started to toy with Scott's mind, "Think of the Kansas City Chiefs and think of your all time favorite player."

Scott almost dropped his tray, "Is that gentleman really Tyler Jefferson?"

"Yep." Tony laughed.

Ty stood and shook Scott's hand.

Scott handed a Ty a menu, "Sir, would you please autograph this menu for me? I may never wash my hand again. But I guess I'd better take your orders before I get fired."

We placed our orders and the food started to arrive. A young lady approached the table and asked, "Is everything satisfactory?"

I looked up, "Oh hi Ruthie, how are the twins?"

The lady started to laugh, "Scott said there was a celebrity at this table, but I didn't know he was talking about my obstetrician."

"Ruthie, I think Scott was referring to my brother, Mr. Tyler Jefferson."

Ruthie raised her hands, "Wait until I tell my husband that I met Mr. Jefferson, he will probably go to the bathroom in his pants. Mr. Jefferson, would you please sign a napkin for me and I'll use it for ransom."

"Ruthie, I'll tell you what I'll do. I'll have Tony follow us home and I'll sign three footballs. Tony can give two of them to his brother Scott. One will be for Scott, and he can bring the other one to you to do what you want. Scott, could you bring the tab? The children are starting to get very tired."

Ruthie spoke up, "Mr. Jefferson and Doctor Washington, the tab is on the house tonight. We'll soak you double the next time you come in."

We stood and I handed Scott thirty dollars. "Scott, split this between you and your assistant. Thank you very much for a fun dinner."

Tony and Mindy and the girls followed us back to the condo. Tony's sisters made themselves at home. Ty went to the basement and came back with four footballs that he autographed. He handed one to Tony, "This, young man, is to thank you for your help today. Mindy, I have one for you. You can use it to bribe someone or whatever. Tony, would you give these last two to Scott please, and ask him to give one of them to Ruthie."

Tony hugged us both, "May I call you Uncle Tip and Uncle Ty. I feel like I have known you forever. You are two of the most genuine people I know. You don't go around flaunting who you are, but you don't back down either."

I looked at Tony, "Tony, you may call us whatever you would like. I think you might enjoy getting to know our other brother who is in Nebraska this weekend. For some reason, I think you and he might have a lot in common. Here, let me give you my card, and you can call or come over anytime you would like."

As Tony and Mindy were leaving, the phone rang. I answered, "This is Doctor Tip Washington, how may I help you?"

"Good evening Doctor Washington, this is Doctor Drew Washington here in Fremont. I need to tell you that your son/brother Zack, or whatever, is creating big waves here in Fremont. I think he is about to be lynched. Oh by the way, I was two years behind you in the Creighton Medical School as was my partner Kenny Hendrix and our friend Tommy Wilson. I need to go now and watch the fireworks. Zack will need to explain tomorrow if he is still alive." The phone went dead.

I just stood there and looked at the phone, shaking my head. Ty started up the stairs, "Come on, we need to get the children into bed."

I took the two boys to my room and Ty took his two daughters. We reassembled on my bed and the six of us were on the bed, with Ty reading a story to the children when the phone rang again. I extricated myself from the tangle of bodies.

"This is Doctor Tip Washington, how may I help you?"

"This Ted Mercer, Tony and Scott's father. What's going on? Why would Tyler Jefferson give our sons autographed footballs?"

"Mr. Mercer, they were just paybacks for your young sons being there to help us today, especially Tony."

Evidently Mr. Mercer wasn't satisfied, "Doctor Washington, my wife and I would like to stop by and return the footballs. We only live about four blocks from your house?"

I was getting upset, "Mr. Mercer, you may stop by, but we are just putting the children to bed. Since you seem to know where we live, we'll expect you in about 20 minutes."

We got the children settled and Ty and I went to the living room. I started to explain the two phone calls to him. We were interrupted by the doorbell. Ty went to the door, "I'm Tyler Jefferson, I assume you must be Mr. and Mrs. Mercer, please come in."

I stood and shook their hands, "I'm Tip Washington, welcome to our home. May I get you something to drink? Ty and I were just going to have a beer."

Mrs. Mercer, whose name turned out to be Joyce, had a glass of wine and Ted had a beer."

Once we were settled, Ty didn't waste anytime. "Mr. and Mrs. Mercer, I understand that you have a problem with me giving autographed footballs to Tony and Scott."

Mr. Mercer spoke up, "We are concerned about what you wanted our sons to do that you would give them valuable autographed footballs?"

I started to laugh, "Ted and Joyce, the footballs were not given for future services, but rather for services that they have already provided. Sit back and let us tell you why your sons deserve the footballs.

Ty and I explained what had transpired over the approximately 30 hours and explained why, Tony, especially, deserved the football."

Ty was very candid, "Ted and Joyce, it appears to me that you need to sit down and visit with your children. I don't know if you have more than the four we have already met, but those four all seem like very caring and loving young people."

Ted held up his hands, "I guess we just got our rear ends bruised good. I guess we sometimes imagine the worst about our children when we should be thinking about the positives."

I just said, "Amen."

The Mercers stood, Joyce said, "Thank you for visiting with us. Would it be permissible for our sons to come to talk to you? We are almost certain that Scott is gay and Tony is searching for his niche in life."

I looked at the Mercers, "Ted and Joyce, I don't know if Scott is gay or not, but let him decide for himself and then listen when he comes to talk to you. I think I can say with 99% certainty that Tony is not gay. Just give a little slack and love him. You have two very wonderful sons and you should be proud of them. They are welcome to come over and fill our ears any time."

The Mercers left and Ty pulled me into his arms, "Tip, I didn't know that you were a psychologist. I hope the Mercers listen to your advice. Now let's go to bed. Remember, I get to ravage your body tonight."

I started to laugh, "But tomorrow is Sunday you big old troll. I'll probably never be able to get out of bed for a week."

Ty left to check on the children and I took a shower and was entering the bedroom as Ty came in from the hallway. "Don't even think about putting any clothes on." Ty turned and locked the door."

I crawled into bed and watched Ty as he approached the bed. He was taking off his clothes and leaving a trail as he approached me. He crawled onto the bed and started to kiss me all over. He finally stuck his tongue in my mouth and we were exchanging saliva.

Ty pulled away and started down my body. When he reached the most important part of my body, he looked up at me, "I don't suppose you would consider making love to me?"

"Nope, we are not ready for that."

Before I knew what he was doing he had taken my rod in his mouth and was using his tongue to create feelings in me that I had never experience before. This was all so new and I began to shudder. I tried to push him away but Ty was determined. I got this strange feeling: it was like my toes were coming through my penis. The feeling was so intense that it almost hurt.

I guess I must have filled his mouth with my body fluids, because when he finally pulled away, there was this white fluid dribbling down his chin.

Ty looked at me, "You don't do anything little do you?"

"Nope."

Ty crawled out of bed, "I'm going to go take a shower and brush my teeth now that my teeth have been covered with anti-cavity solution."

I started to laugh, "But sir, that solution only has a short life. You will probably need some additional liquid in the near future."

Ty didn't even flinch, "I was so hoping that I might receive my next injection internally."

Ty left and I went to put on some briefs and unlocked the bedroom door. When Ty came out, he crawled into bed and I held him, "Ty, thank you. I want to make love to you, but I don't want to do it when the children are here. I want it to be special and not have any trepidation about the children seeing us. I am also concerned about Zack. What do you suppose he has done to prompt the call from that Drew person?"

Editor's Notes:

I want to point out how pleased I am that so many of the wonderful people we have come to know and love have put in appearances in this wonderful story. I will never get tired of hearing from such great people as Jeff and Beau. It is also great to know how well everyone is doing as they continue their lives. I am also very happy for Tip and Ty and their families. I will be eagerly waiting for further chapters of this and the other stories that we all love very much.

Don't forget, folks; our authors really want to hear from you. You would be amazed how much it means to us when we hear from someone whose life has been touched by one of our stories. I keep telling E Walk how important his stories are to the readers. Even though I don't want him to get a big head or anything, I respectfully ask that if you enjoyed this story, or for that matter any other author's stories that you like, that you take a moment to drop them a line and let them know how you feel about the stories. I edit stories for several different authors, and the one thing that I hear from all of them is that they really appreciate it when they hear from people that read their stories. I suspect you have heard this before, but the reader response is the only way they know you are reading the stories. Please tell us what you think.

Thanks for reading. Darryl AKA The Radio Rancher
