TREASURE TRAILS RETREAT Chapter 4

In the office I decided we should have a meeting of everyone as quickly as possible as our numbers were already growing. I explained to everyone what was happening that the pilot & steward were going to bringing the other five friends from Birmingham and will be here later this afternoon and are coming in with the two choppers from Calgary airport. I ask Todd and Steve the two carpenters that had worked on the Original ranch buildings if any of the others from then were still around and might want some work. Also ask Jon the original architect to get in touch with Chief Gilbert Joseph and see if he and a couple others from the tribal council might want to come over in the morning. I ask the three from the kitchen to have coffee rolls etc in the morning for ten a.m. I also asked them to have a mid or late morning brunch for everyone to nibble on and be able to throw ideas out for possible construction in the plans for Treasure Trails'. Chief Gilbert Joseph happened to stop over with his Wife to say hello and we explained what we were doing and he promised to have the tribal council here at 9:30 a.m. He also offered and I excepted his wife's help along with several other of the Indian women to clean and get all the bedrooms ready for everyone coming and get all the bed linens stripped and fresh linens put on for the new guests. Russ asked how many I thought we might have in the morning. I told him I really was not sure but some where between 35 and 50 depending how many unemployed carpenters their were in the area. I also hoped that the Indian Chief & Council would bring several Indians with them that might act as foremen of the tribal work groups that will be working on the land development of trails, shelters, rivers etc. Last of all I asked Jon to see if we can get and steel I-beams and posts to use as the main supports of the shelters along the trails that in talking to Robb who is great with wood suggested we use steel and cover it all with the outside sections of the trees that we cut down. Cement a couple steel support posts and I beams and covered all with wood casing and a wooden roof to make it look natural but also very long lasting and strong. He has several other ideas but he needs to know if we can get the large portable generators to power the welders. He also suggested we see if we can get a master electrician as a full time employee and see about building our own power plant to handle Treasure Trails, the casino and the Indian reserve to be used when and if we have power outages. The kitchen staff asked if they could also send the usual boys to help them as it looked like we were going to be doing breakfast snacks, luncheon, and more than likely early dinner with all we had to cover in one day. He went on to explain while the kitchen where it was they had to use the dumbwaiters to get the food from the kitchen to the first floor in the main meeting room which could hold up to 100 people for dinner or a meeting. He went on to say that cooking it will be no problem but required help to move it around once upstairs and several of the younger Indian youths that had helped in the past. I told him get them and put them on staff full time if they wanted as we are going to be feeding everyone working in the future and he might as well also start looking for more staff.

The next morning Steve and Matt on Treasure Trails company jet landed in Birmingham at 6:15 am refueled and were waiting for their 5 very excited passengers as none of them had ever flown in a privately owned plane let alone a private jet. Matt the Steward (and pilot) met them at the General terminal and lead them out to the jet and as they got into the lounge area he introduced them to Steve their pilot. As they took off he explained as soon as they got up to cruising height he would serve them coffee or tea or juice and several choices of fresh pastries. Matt also explained they would land in Calgary and clear customs. Transfer most of their personal things to two company helicopters and be flown to Treasure Trails Estate. He stated that Steve and he would each be piloting a chopper then and would sort of circle around the area and give them a quick look see. He further told them of the meeting scheduled for the morning and it would be just a quick look and then they would land right at the house. Matt went up to the cockpit area (love the name) and relieved Steve for a minute and Steve than went back and had a quick coffee and chatted with the five guys and explained to them in the 3 days that Tim had been at Treasure Trails I had done amazing things. Had become an Indian was building a casino, improving a waterfall, ripping out miles and miles of wooded land to create the Trails for my Treasure Retreat, had made plans to build our own power plant. Had flown the Indian chiefs' grandson into a Calgary hospital for emergency surgery. Sort of chuckled and wondered out loud what was going to happen when everyone got here. So I know you will love it but do not expect it to be boring because it sure has not been. Enjoy I better get back before the plane goes down, only kidding and laughs has he leaves. He made the five guys feel right at home and they started to make quick notes to take to the meeting, hoping some of their ideas might be added to Treasure Trails Retreat.

About the time everyone was heading north from Birmingham, Tim and Rick were just waking up, they were lying cuddled next to each other and Rick had his left arm over Tim's chest and his left leg between his legs. His left hand started to slowly circle Tim's left nipple and nibble his left earlobe and lick his neck. Tim was lying as still and his cock was slowly staring to lengthen. Rick was watching it grow and when he thought it was the right time he slowly licked his way down Tim's chest and past his hard cock and slowly started to lick and nibble on Tim's inner thighs and back up to his balls where he also licked and kissed them. Tim finally just gasped one word. PLEASE!! Rick quickly opened his mouth and went down on Tim's throbbing cock right to his pubs and Rick's body stiffened and he shouted YES and started to cum volley after volley until Tim had swallowed his entire load. Laying his head on Tim's chest he sad we had better get into the shower we have a ton of things to do and greet your friends in just under 2 hours.

It seemed like it was only minutes until both choppers landed in front of the house and the guys all got out. I ran over and hugged all of them including Steve and Matt telling them I wanted to do that the first time I set my eyes on them. Alex was sort of looking around and when he was Jon he went right over to him and said 'HI' Jon how have you been it must be close to ten years since I have been here. Alex's job in Birmingham was to handle special building supplies for major contractors. If you remember I specked out a huge thermo bullet proof glass window for here. Jon laughed and the two of them walked over to Todd and Sean and talked and watched them working on the window for the kitchen. It seemed like things were just starting to settled down a bit when Chief Gilbert Joseph , the entire tribal council and ten braves showed up a total 26 people. Plus the 19 already gathered here. I had Russ the ranch manager call all the other employees working here to come and attend the meeting also which was 20 more and twelve local men that had worked on the house then it was built. This brought it to a total of 77 men for your little fact gathering and idea planning session.

I was a little worried that we had too many people for what we had planned on with the kitchen and food. I quick called Adam and was told thanks for the heads up but we are alright and you can have them all go inside was we are ready with to pastries and beverages now. The kitchen had out done them selves the main meeting room had 12 large round tables set up and covered in white linen with six chairs at each table bout only going around 2/3rds of each table so no ones back would be to the head table. The head table was actually 4 long tables also set with white linen. Each table had a small floral piece and in front of each chair was a place setting of white chine and silverware, As we all got seated and I called the meeting to order I had the kitchen staff come in for a second and introduced them to everyone and thanked them for going over board with the preparations and it looked like we were going to a main dinner and not just coffee and donuts and everyone stood and applauded them. I had Robb the wood worker explain to them his idea f using steel posts and I beams for all the pavilions' or shelters along the trails. He also said he would like to get together with the Chief and others to see what they would like for a design on the casino. He stated he sort of like a huge teepee out front as a entrance into the actual casino. He said again made with steel covered wood and fiberglass sheeting made to look as animal hides. He also asked if we thought it would be out of line to ask the tribe if they would like an area for them to create a small village and have different groups come and act as they lived their and they could make different hand made items and sell them. He continued on saying he thought of this rather then having all the people coming to Treasure Trails invading their reserve they could make this small setting and use it as sort of a store front.

Chief Gilbert Joseph stood and thanked him for all his thoughts and he also thought it was a great idea and as soon as they could, would take another council vote and let him know and was it also ok with me. He also asked me when my friends and he and I could get together as they were also to be made part of the tribe.

After gallons and gallons of hot coffee, tea and several kinds of cold juices and hundreds of fresh pastries or all kinds. The young people cleared the tables and we continued to get lots and lots of new and great ideas to add to Treasure Trails. Finally we adjourned and went outside. We just sort of roamed the most of us had not seen anything of the out buildings and the ranch hands were more than glad to show us all around. We found we had lots of medium sized land moving equipment that had been purchased about 10 years ago and use in building the house, but had sat still since then but had been run some and all of it was in excellent shape even if it was older because all of it was very well maintained. One of the guys asked what we were going to do for concrete. He went on to say he had heard that the local highway contractor was planning on selling his portable cement mixing towers that they had used for the concrete highways.

Jordyn one of my friends from Birmingham, piped up and asked where do you think we would set it up. I know you want to make the casino a first build project, and I don't think you want to make any major roads on the Treasure Trails property that you don't have to. Chief do you think you and your people might want to erect it on a permanent site on the reserve, in the future you could sell concrete to anyone and get some more added income.

I said Chief if you are willing to do this for us the equipment will be yours from the beginning and we will buy our concrete from you. Make sure you do not put it to near your casino or where you live we do not want to have to move it to many times. We had been roaming around for about 90 minutes when we heard an old fashioned iron ranch triangle being banged and calling us in for lunch. We all went back the main dining/meeting room the tables had been moved some as the head table was now a long buffet table covered with salads, hot and cold side dishes, lunch meats, breads, soups and again several kind of drinks and of course more sweets. Three different kind of fresh cookies and three kinds of home made pies and two of cake. Some of the guys were filling their plates high till they heard others saying if this is lunch we can hardly wait for dinner.

After lunch Cody from Birmingham came up and talked to the guy about the portable concrete plant was asking how large and who made it and wanted to know where it was, as he would like to look at it. The man explained it was about 60 miles west of here sitting by the side of the new highway waiting to be knocked down. He looked at me and said I used to run one before I got my old job and before we had met. I would like to go over and look at it and get back to you.

I looked around and saw Steve and Matt called them and Rick over and asked the four of them to go take a quick look and buy it if you thought it would do the job. Call us and let us know and we can get some help from the Tribe to move it and set it up. The guy that had mentioned it ask if there was room for him as he knew the guy and did not want him to try to rob us. He says all this building we are talking about will keep us working for quite some time and we do not need anyone trying to stiff you guys. He asked what cars are we going in Steve says; car we are flying there we will be at the site in like 10 to 15 minutes. Come on guys we have to hurry I want to be back in time to get a good seat for dinner.

Chief Gilbert Joseph come over and laughs and says the council loves you guys but are worried that if we keep making you all Indians the real red men might kick us out of the Indian nations but seriously we do not know how to thank you. You have been more than kind to use we are afraid you my think of us poorly in the future. I says look chief every thing I have done for you also helps me. You need a casino right, if I get my dream of Treasure Trails up and running I am sure a lot of my visitors will be more than glad to use the casino. I like the idea of the small mock village over here it will add realism to us and again help you. The same with the concrete plant, we will need concrete and in a hurry to get the casino footing and floors poured, I will need it for the same reasons for my footing and floors and I do not want it here because of the damage the trucks will do to the property and we don't want it at the casino so the only place left is the reserve. So when you think about it some people might think I am taking advantage of you and your tribe.

My cell phone rang and Rick told me the price and was told buy it and tell the man we would have 20 or so men over first thing in the morning to knock it down and start moving it over here. I looked At the Chief and said do you think we get any help in the morning, I hate to keep asking you for help all the time, he just laughed and said how many and when and where.

Jordyn came over and ask are you serious about building your own power plant here. I told him yes we have several small rivers and more than likely could build a hydro electric plant on property and ask why he told me his uncle had designed and build one out in the south western part of Arizona and had been laid off for several months because of his age and all the younger guys were under bidding him to get the jobs and he was sure if we got him he would more than likely would be willing to live here and help maintain it also. I handed him my phone and said call him, he did just that and 10 minutes later we making plans to fly to Tucson Az. I had to smile thinking how surprised Steve and Matt are going to be when they get back. I also told Jordyn that he was to make sure his Uncle was made welcome and happy while here and if he needed anything just let us know and it will happen. I also said why don't you fly with the guys to Tucson and meet your Uncle and sort of surprise him when you board the Company Jet. I think by late tomorrow the new paint job on it will be dry. It is really sharp looking the bottom of the jet is dark green the color of grass and it looks like you are looking at a forest with trees and steams and the leaves of the trees are starting to change color like in the fall and the top is a light blue turning white with the lettering Treasure Trails. The neat thing is it is off a aerial picture I found of this area my first day here. The new jet will have the same as will the four helicopters and any more cars that we buy. Lets get people moving it must be time for us to get ready to clean up and get in for dinner, even I can hardly wait to see what Adam, Ryan, Tom and help have done this time.
