Correction: In chapter two, when Nick and Zuri were talking on the phone, Nick mentioned that he had to go because his mom needed him. It should have read his dad wanted him. Sorry for the mistake.

What's Happening To Me? By Biracialkman

The next morning I woke up feeling pretty good. I laid there for a while thinking about the events that happened the previous day. The first thing that came to mind was Nick and the awesome jack off session I had had last night before falling into a deep, peaceful sleep. I woke up feeling a little antsy, thinking about the day that we had planned, and I couldn't wait to see him. Keni was another thing that was on my mind. I couldn't understand why all of a sudden he was acting so strangely and differently towards me. I mean, we had always, always been close, sharing everything and every detail about each other's life. I suppose I couldn't fault him too much. After all, I was in fact doing the same thing to him when it came to the feelings that I was developing for Nick. `What am I gonna do?' I thought to myself. I want my brother back totally, but I also want to get to know Nick. Why does life have to be so hard?

I laid in bed for a little while longer before finally getting up and heading downstairs to get some breakfast. Before I reached the stairs, I heard pots and pans banging around in the kitchen, which only told me that Mom was already making breakfast. When I walked into the kitchen, Mom and Dad were at their usual places. She was over the stove, pouring pancake batter into the skillet and Dad was reading the NY Times. He was already dressed, so I knew he would be leaving soon to make rounds at the hospital.

"Morning," I said, walking into the kitchen.

"Morning, Son." Dad said, looking up from the paper with a smile on his face. Dad was a handsome man. I guess I had never really noticed that before, but he was definitely an Italian hottie.

"Morning, sweetheart," Mom said, "breakfast is almost ready. Do you wanna go get your brother and tell him to get down here?"

"Sure thing, Mom." I turned around and yelled, "Ken^Å" But before I could get his name completely out, he was standing in front of me, looking at me like I was crazy. "Sorry, mom told me to get you for breakfast."

"Yes, get him for breakfast, not yell. I could have done that," she said smiling at me. "Wash your hands and come sit at the table. It's almost ready."

"Good morning, Keni. How did you sleep last night, sweetie?" Mom asked.

"Pretty good, Mom. How was your night?"

"Other than your father's snoring, it was pretty good." She said, looking at Dad.

"Oh, you know you love it." Dad grabbed mom when she passed and pulled her down on his lap, repeatedly kissing her.

"You two really ought to get a room." I said, sitting down across from Keni.

"This is what you call love, boys." Dad said. "Make sure that when you find that someone to settle down with, you show `em how much you love them. Action speaks louder than words, as they say."

Mom got up after kissing Dad a few more times and began serving us breakfast. Man, she really knows her way around the kitchen. Dad always says, "She's well-educated, and refined and blessed with the culinary skills of a true southern woman."

"Z, you sleep ok last night?" Keni asked.

"Yeah, why you ask?" He's never asked me that before, I thought.

"Well, I heard you mumbling or yelling in your sleep not too long after I left your room."

I looked at him, wondering if in fact he actually heard what I was mumbling. He didn't let on as if he did, or at least he didn't show it. "Yeah, I slept ok, actually. No worries, bruh." I managed to get out before stuffing my face with Mom's pancakes.

"So," Dad said, "what do you boys have planned today? I have to be at the hospital today and your mom is going over to the university for a while."

"Calli invited me to a birthday party for her niece this afternoon and I have to trek across town to pick up a pair of Air Force One's [sneakers] I ordered."

"Ok, what about you, Zuri?"

"Oh, I'm just probably gonna hang around the house for a while this morning, then I thought I might go check out X2 this afternoon or something. I'll find someone to go with me. Mouse or Nick probably." I answered, shrugging my shoulders like it didn't matter to me which one came along. I did; however, mind. Nick was it for me today.

As expected, and right on cue, Keni looked at me from across the table. His looks were really beginning to piss me off big time. I looked at him and wanted to ask him what the fuck was he looking at and to mind his own business, but I kept my cool. Thank goodness that Mom and Dad didn't notice the looks we were giving each other. We were definitely gonna have to talk when they leave.

"That seems to be a good movie, judging from the previews." Dad said. "Your generation doesn't really know anything about the X-Men. That's your mom's and my generation, right baby?

"Speak for yourself. I'm too young to know anything about the X-Men." Mom said, smiling at him and drinking her coffee.

"Woman, don't have me tell the world your true age." Dad said and ducked when Mom threw a dish towel at him.

This prompted a complete discussion on the origin of the X-Men from Dad. Obviously, he had been a big fan of them while growing up. It was like old times again. We all sat there, laughing and talking like normal. After a while, I'd even forgotten that I was supposed to be angry with Keni for the way he's been acting. This went on for about thirty minutes or more before Mom and Dad said they had to get a move on.

"Mom, don't worry about the kitchen. Keni and I'll get it cleaned." I offered.

"That's right, Mom. You and Dad better get going. We got it." Keni added.

"I love you guys." She said in that mushy, loving way that only a mother can pull off. "I am blessed to have sons like you two." She kissed us both on the foreheads repeatedly.

"Thanks, guys. You two are the best." Dad added.

Keni and I got up and began to clear the table and put things away. We talked a little more about Dad's knowledge of the X-Men. We were really having a cool conversation when all of a sudden he got a serious look on his face.

"Z, listen, man. I know that I have been acting like an ass about this Nick thing and it's pissing you off. I am sorry about that. I don't mean to make you mad or anything. I really don't know why I'm acting so stupid. I guess I just miss my boy hanging with me. You seem to be really into being friends with this dude, and I feel like you don't wanna hang with me anymore."

"What are you talking about, Keni? I haven't gone anywhere. You see me everyday. That doesn't even make sense." I said, looking at him like he's lost his mind.

"Maybe not, but you wanted to know, so I'm telling you."

"Well, you seem to be pissed at me about Nick for some reason and I don't know why. I'm not sure if you know why. You act like you don't like him."

"I don't dislike him. I don't even know him."

"Exactly, but there is a problem somewhere."

"Well, if I did have a problem, I think it's more with you than anything else. You're not acting like yourself where he's concerned. It's like he's all of a sudden your idol. I know it's only been like two days, but you seem to like not wanna be bothered with me, and if you wanna know the truth about it, it's fucking with me. There it is, the truth."

I stared at him and couldn't believe he's just said that. "That's stupid, man." I said, and then smiled. "I don't have any idols except maybe you." That comment caught him completely off guard. I could tell by his facial expression that he was stunned. He looked at me seriously.

"That's not true."

"Why not?" I asked, wondering why he didn't believe me.

"Because you are my idol, baby boy." He said, as that killer smile that we both possess showed on his face.

I smiled at him and said, as I walked over to him after straightening the kitchen table, "Keni, I love you, man, and I hate it when we argue or are mad at each other. You are the most important person in my life and you know this. You'll always be my idol. Nothing or no one can ever replace you or change that, ok?"

He stared at me for a long moment. "Same here, bruh. You are just as important to me. You know I love you, too." He leaned in to hug me and kiss my cheek. I returned the kiss. "You my boy and always will be." He added, as he hugged me again.

"Yeah, you're mine too, but just stop busting my balls about Nick, ok? He's a friend and I wish you would take the time to get to know him like I am going to do."

"Yeah, ok. Hey, you sure you don't wanna come with Calli and me today? She told me to invite you. The whole gang is invited."

"Nah, I'm cool. You go and have a good time." I knew when he said that the whole group was invited, he meant that Stace would be there, and I wasn't feeling her today. I still needed to talk with her about her comment to Nick. Wonder why she said it anyway? "I really wanna go and check out the movie." I said.

"We could all go see X2 after the party. You can invite your boy and Mouse to tag along. Come on, it'll be fun, Z." I felt like he was pleading with me. He could piss me off at times, but I can easily see why I love him so much. He shows that he cares about me.

"Maybe some other time, man. You go and do your thing and I'll catch with you later on, a'ight?"

"Ok, but if you change your mind, just let me know. I gotta get dressed and head over to the store. I'll talk with you later on."

"Cool" I said.

After making sure that the kitchen was spic and span, Keni headed upstairs to the shower and I went into the living room to catch up on my Saturday morning toons. I guess I am still a big kid at heart. I laid across the couch for a while, playing the morning's events over in my mind and reflecting on what was going on in my life. Lucky for me, the X-Men cartoon was just coming on as I turned to the Fox Family Channel. Lady Luck is with me, I thought. I watched the show, as it reminded me of my date with Nick this afternoon. I could hardly wait. I thought about Stace again for some reason. I really need to call her and get to the bottom of what's eating her. After the show was over, I ran up to my room and got my cell. I searched for Stace's number and dialed.

"Hello." She said. I must have woken her up because I could hear the grogginess in her voice.

"Hey, Stace. This is Zuri. Did I wake you?" I asked.

"No, I was just lying here, about to get up. Wassup with you?"

"Oh, nothing. Just wanted to call and ask you something."

"Ok, what is it?" She said in a rather sexy voice.

I rolled my eyes for a moment and thought, yeah right. "Yesterday after we left lunch. Did you tell Nick, that guy who was sitting at the table with his friends, that I had better things to do than hang around him?"

"Yeah, I did. Why? Did he tell u that?"

"Yeah, he mentioned it to me."

"I only meant that I knew his type, Zuri, and I didn't want him getting you into any type of trouble."

"What kind of trouble could he get me into? He's a cool guy and I like him. I don't need anyone trying to protect me from anyone. I'm capable of choosing my own friends. I really wish you hadn't done that."

"I'm sorry, Zuri. I just don't trust him. I've seen guys like him before."

"What are you talking about? You don't even know him. How can you be so prejudice toward someone that you don't know without getting to know them first?"

"Well" she said, clearly getting defensive.

"Well nothing, Stace. I mean, you can have your own opinions about people, but just don't involve me!" I was getting angrier by the moment. I needed to calm down.

"Zuri, I didn't mean to make you mad. You're my friend. I was just trying to help."

"Yeah, you're mine, too, but what you said to Nick wasn't cool. Just don't do shit like that anymore, ok?"

"Ok." She said, sounding like a scolded child. "Hey, are you going with us this afternoon to that party? Calli told me that she invited the gang." She said, trying to change the subject.

"No, I have other plans. Going to meet up with Nick and hang out for a while."

There was a momentary silence on the phone. "Stace, you there?" I asked.

"Yeah, I'm here. Why do you wanna hang out with him and not us. We're your friends."

"And why can't he be a friend?" I asked, about ready to let her have it. I know she sensed that she's said something wrong or had gone too far. My tone of voice had completely changed and she noticed it.

"Don't get mad. I was just asking a question."

"But that's just that point, Stace. You don't have the right to ask me questions like that or to get in my business. It's not like you're my girl or anything." I was hot but trying to keep my voice calm.

"I thought I was special to you?" She said, sounding like a hurt kid.

"Listen, we are cool and we are friends, but that's as far as it goes, ok?"

"If that's what you want, Zuri. I won't bother you anymore."

Here is comes, the guilt trip. She was trying to play on my sympathy, but I wasn't about to give in. "Don't go there with me, Stace. You know you are my friend and you always will be, but like I said, that's as far as it goes. Anyway, I gotta go. I just wanted to ask you what was up. I'll talk with you later, ok?"

"Yeah, ok. I'll talk with you later. Please don't be mad at me."

"I'm not mad at you, girl. You know you're my friend." I said, trying to make her feel a little better. Maybe I was a little too harsh with her. "Sorry, I raised my voice at you. Just don't do that anymore, ok?"

"Ok, I'll talk with you later." She said.

"You be good and I'll talk with you later. Have a good time at the party." I said, sounding cheerful.

"Thanks, you have a nice day, too."

As soon as I hung up from Stace, my cell rang. It was Nick. An immediate smile began to spread across my face.

"Whatcha doing, boy?" He asked, sounding as sexy as last night.

"Oh hey, wassup, man? I'm about to hit the shower and get ready to come and meet you by the arcade. You did say 1:00 o'clock, didn't you?" I asked, barely able to contain my happiness and briefly thinking about what happened last night after we'd gotten off the phone.

"Yep, 1:00 o'clock. I just wanted to call and make sure you were gonna be there."

"Cool, I'll be there."

"Ok. I guess I'll see you then. I'll be standing outside, waiting for you."

"Ok." I said.

"Peace!"

"Peace!"

I looked at the clock on my nightstand and realized that it was 11:30. I gotta get out of here, I thought. I went to the closet to find something to wear. I had to make sure that I had on something that was fly. I wanna look good for my "date", I thought. After searching for almost fifteen minuets, I had put together a nice little outfit. I headed to the shower, noticing that Keni wasn't anywhere around. He must have gone already. I quickly showered, making sure I cleaned everything I had thoroughly. I laughed to myself and thought why am I going through all of these changes just to go and hang with Nick? I reflected a moment and then continued with my shower. Afterwards, I stood in front of the bathroom mirror and prettied myself up. I had seen Keni do this so many times before he went out. Now look at me. I'm doing the same thing and for a guy no less. For a brief moment, I felt as if I was doing something wrong, but then I shrugged it off. I refused to let anything get me down today. I went to my room and got dressed. I looked damned good, I thought. I found my favorite cologne (T by Hilfiger) and splashed some on. I was set to go. I noticed that it was almost 12:30 and I had get going. I left home and headed for the subway. I caught the train to 42nd street.

When I got off of the train and headed up the streets, I was right on the corner of 42nd and 8th Avenue. When I turned and looked for the arcade, I immediately noticed Nick standing in front of the place, looking in the opposite direction. This was the first time that I really got a chance to look at him. He was wearing a nice red and white pullover shirt, a pair of long shorts that showed his legs with all that beautiful black hair all over them, white ankle socks and a pair of Air Force One's. He was wearing a baseball cap that was turned backwards and sporting a silver earring. This guy was tight. He, then, turned and looked my way. He saw me walking towards him and that bright smile flashed across his faced. I smiled back.

"Wassup?" Nick asked, looking me over.

"Hey Nick? Wassup with you?" I asked, holding out my hand to shake his hand.

"I'm cool, buddy. Hey check it out, I checked out this arcade and it's whack. You still interested in seeing X-Men 2?" He asked.

"Yeah, man. You know it. I'm game." I answered.

Well, I called and it starts in like 45 minutes. You wanna head on over and check it out?

"Yeah, sure, sounds good to me. Where is it playing?" I asked.

"Just follow me," he said as he motioned for me to follow him. "We have to catch the train downtown."

We headed over towards Port Authorities to catch the train. I can't tell you the feeling I was getting from being around Nick. We were on our "date" and I was eatin' it up. I didn't let myself think about whether it was right or wrong, all I knew was that there was no other place I wanted to be than with Nick. As usual, the platform was overrun with people going about their daily business. When the train arrived, we all packed into the cars like sardines. I managed to get a seat at the very back of the car and Nick followed me close behind. Unfortunately, there was only one seat available, so he was left standing.

"Nick, you can have this seat, man. I can stand. It doesn't bother me at all. I'm use to it." I said, sincerely offering my seat.

"Nah, that's alright, Zuri. I don't mind standing. I do it all the time. You sit"

"You sure," I asked him.

"Yep, it's no problem, man."

I sat down and he stood directly in front on me. I thought how cool this guy was and how friendly he was treating me. My mind thought back to last night and the jack off session that I had thinking about him. I felt my dick begin to swell between my legs and I knew it would be uncomfortable and awkward if when I got up to get off, I had a stiffy in my sweats. I tried to will my swelling dick down. When I looked up, Nick was standing directly in front of me and his dick print was eye-level with me. I couldn't take my eyes off of it. The more I looked at it, the harder I got.

When I came to my senses and I actually realized what I was doing, I looked away toward the other passengers. Thank goodness no one was looking my way or at me. I looked back at Nick's dick print then up at him. I was busted. He was looking at me with a smile on his face. My heart was pounding like a sledge hammer. I knew I was busted for sure and this would probably be the end of our newfound friendship. He, however, didn't say a word but just looked at me. I stared at him for a moment then turned away. I looked back up at him and he had that same smile on his face. It was the same smile that I'd seen on his face when I met him yesterday after school and before I left him at the train station yesterday afternoon.

"Anything wrong, Zuri?" He asked looking at me as his smile disappeared and that look of concern took over.

"No, man. I'm ok," I answered, feeling my throat frog up. "I was just in deep thought." I said.

"You do that a lot, don't you?" He asked me.

"Yeah, I do."

"Ok," he said "our stop is coming up next."

I sat there quietly for the next few moments, waiting for the train to come to a stop and hoping that my dick would go down. Thankfully, it did before we stopped.

"You ready?" he said as he did the strangest thing. Before I could answer, he grabbed me by the wrist and said, "Let's roll." He led me off of the crowded subway car and onto the platform. If anyone had paid any attention to us, I'm sure they would have thought that it was really strange. Me being a 5'5", biracial male being led by this 6'2" giant. Obviously no one did or they just didn't care.

"Come on; follow me." He said as he led the way out of the station and back on the streets. I was temporarily blinded by the bright sunlight and didn't know where we were. "Come on, it's over here." He said as he practically dragged me again. "It took us a little longer to get here but let's hurry, I don't wanna be late. I hate getting in a movie after it's started."

I was still in a daze. I thought about being busted for looking at his dick and being caught, even though he hasn't mentioned it.

"What's wrong? Why aren't you talking? You ok?" He asked as he stopped before getting in line and looking at me. He had a look of genuine concern on his face that made me feel like he actually cared.

"Oh, I'm fine." I said. "I'm cool as a popsicle. Just thinking."

"About?" He asked

"Nothing in particular. Just things." I said, hoping he wouldn't push the issue.

"Ok, I was just wondering."

We got in line to get our tickets and the cashier told us how much it would be. He immediately took out the cash to pay for both tickets. He noticed that I was about to say something. He cut his eyes at me and said, "don't start' I got it, ok. It's your day, remember?"

I looked at him and wanted to ask him why was he doing this, but I didn't want to create any type of scene while others were around. And, he was trying to be a friend. I was really having a hard time with him paying for everything. I mean, I wanted to be around him and secretly I think I wanted to possibly get with him, but I didn't particularly like the idea of having things bought for me. Anyway, after getting into the theater, we walked over to the concession stand and ordered popcorn and drinks. Before he could get his wallet out, I had handed the girl behind the counter a twenty dollar bill. I looked at him and smiled.

"Smartass." He whispered, showing his pearly whites.

After getting what we ordered, we walked into the theater and looked for some seats. I guess being that it was a Saturday was why the theater was really crowded. We sat in the back of the theater between two couples. I felt awkward about where we were sitting but what could I do? The movie began as soon as we sat down. For the first 30 minutes or so, we were totally engrossed in the movie and because we were both X-Men fans, we knew who was who and what their powers were. We were hyped and really into it.

"This movie is awesome." He said, while reaching across me for the drink. We decided to get a large drink and large popcorn and to share them.

"No shit. It's much better than the first." I said

"Oh yeah." He said smiling at me.

I wanted popcorn but when I looked for it, it was between his legs. I was about to ask for him to pass me the bag when I got the devil in me. I reached across his arm and dug my hand in the bag between his legs. I was holding my breath, thinking about what he was about to say. Strangely, he didn't say anything. He just opened his legs wider as I dug my hand into the bag. He kept staring at the screen but did look down at my hand once while I was grabbing a handful of popcorn.

"What was up with this guy?" I thought to myself. "I've never had feelings for a dude before in my life and now I'm doing strange shit and he's just kinda going along with it, but not responding or giving me any signals."

All these thoughts were running through my head when I realized that his leg was touching mine, and his left hand's pinky was gently rubbing my leg. This caught me off guard. My dick was fighting in my pants to get out and I felt light-headed and giddy at the same time. I looked at his hand for a moment then back at the screen. I began to inch my hand closer toward his while still watching the movie. Needless to say, I had completely lost track of what was going on in the movie. I was in complete thought about Nick and where our friendship was leading and if I really wanted it to go there.

"I gotta use the restroom. Be back in a few." He said, getting up and leaving me sitting there.

"Yeah, ok." I said, as he walked across me. I breathed in a deep breath, readjusted myself after he left, and tried to focus on the movie instead of on Nick.

I had gotten back into the movie by the time he returned. I was still sitting with my hands on my legs and as soon as he sat down, his hand or better yet, his pinky began to rub against mine. My heart skipped.

"What the fuck?" I thought. "Can this really be happening? I mean is he having these same thoughts and feeling that I'm having?"

All of these thoughts flooded my mind. I sat there still and didn't dare move a muscle. I noticed that when he wanted more drink and popcorn, he used his left hand to get it. Our hands stayed right where they were throughout the movie. I actually wanted more popcorn but didn't wanna risk moving my hand away from his touch. Man, you can't imagine what I was going through. If anyone would've told me a week or a few days ago that I would be having these feelings for another dude, I would've punched them in the eyes. Now look at me. What's happening to me? Finally the movie was over and we left the theater.

"That was a good movie." He said. "I hadn't seen one that good in a long time." He was acting like a kid in a toy store.

"Yeah, I know. I gotta come back and see it again." I said.

"How come?" He said.

"Well, I think I missed some of it. Wanna make sure I caught everything." I said. "I was a little distracted."

Was he kidding? I wondered. He was fucking feeling my hand and thigh and now he wants to know how come? I shook my hand and giggled.

"My mind wanders sometimes." I said. "I need to work on that, I guess."

It was obvious to me that he was gonna pretend that nothing happened. What kinda game was he playing? I thought to myself.

"You hungry?" He asked me.

"Yeah, I am. What do you want to eat?"

"What about some Chinese?"

"Sounds good to me. Lead the way." I said.

"I tell you what," he said, "let's go hang out at my apartment. There is a Chinese Restaurant a block from me where we can pick something up and go back to my place and chill. What do you think?"

"Cool. That sounds like a plan. Let's go." I said waiting for him to lead the way.

We headed back toward the subway to catch the train to his place. As always on Saturday, the train was busy as hell. But today, there was standing room only on the platform. Today was unusually busy and we were gonna have to pack into the train.

"This is about a 10 minute train ride." He said "Wassup with all the people today. There's not usually this much traffic on Saturdays."

"I know. Something must be going on somewhere," I told him, "but I don't wanna be a part of it."

"I feel ya. Too many people for the kid." He said, showing off that magnificent smile again.

When the train came along and came to a stop, as many of us as possible packed into the car. Unfortunately, this time there were no seats available and we had to stand and hold onto the rail overhead. Nick stood directly behind me. We were pressed tightly together. I was facing the doors and he was towering above me from behind. This was an intense feeling. It was kinda like he was standing over me like a guardian. Trust me when I say that I'm all masculine and can take care of myself, but this was a really cool feeling I was having. Something that I'd never experienced before now. As the train rocked and rolled, Nick rocked and rolled behind me, and believe me; I felt each rock and each roll.

When we finally got to our stop, I was once again lost in thought. Nick nudged me out of the train by a pelvic thrust. I looked back at him and he smiled at me.

"What?" He asked, looking at me laughing like he had no idea what he'd just done.

"Nothing, but you just pushed me off of the train." I said laughing.

"No I didn't. I nudged you. You were daydreaming again." He said winking at me.

"Whatever." I answered. "Where do we go from here?"

"Follow me, man." He said and walked on. I followed.

We headed over to the restaurant which was located only a block from the station. We went in and ordered our food.

"I got it." I said before he could take out his wallet and handed the money to the cashier. "You've paid for me enough, man. Let me pay some, ok?"

"No prob, man. Go for it." He said smiling. "I really get you going, don't I?" He asked me.

"Nope, not really. I'm just use to paying my own way, dude. No offense." I said.

"None taken." He retorted.

We got our food and headed over to his place. When we got there, I was stunned. It was a really well-kept apartment. For two men living together, it was immaculately neat and well decorated.

"Nice place you have here, Nick." I said looking around.

"Go ahead. Have a look around, if you like. The bathroom is over there if u need to go and wash up" He said. "I'm going to go get plates, something to eat with and a couple of drinks. Be back in a few." He said walking out of the living room and disappearing into the kitchen.

I walked around a few rooms of the apartment and found it to be homey-looking with family pictures everywhere. Most of them were of Nick at various stages of his life. There were a few pictures of another guy who looked like Nick but I could tell it wasn't. I bent down to get a closer look at the picture.

"That's Dennis, my brother." He said walking back into the room with plates, utensils and drinks.

"Oh! You both look a lot alike. Who do you two favor more? Your mom or your dad?" I asked looking around at him.

"Their dad, of course. Notice how ruggedly handsome they are?" A voice said coming from behind me.

I turned to look and saw a slightly older version of Nick. This man had to be his dad. They looked exactly alike except his dad had a more mature look, but handsome nonetheless.

"Pop! Hey man, wassup?" Nick said. "This is my boy from school, Zuri. His real name is Zurich D'Alessandro. Z, this is my dad, Antonio Auletti."

"Hey Mr. Auletti. Nice to meet u, sir." I said as I extending my hand out to shake his.

"Hey, Zuri. Nice meeting too, son." He said taking my hand in a firm grip and shaking it. Nicky mentioned something briefly about you this morning. I enjoy meeting Nicky's friends."

"Uh huh, more like you like keeping tabs on who I hang out with, right pops?" Nick said to his dad smiling.

Nick's dad smiled back at Nick and it was plain for me to see where Nick had gotten that award winning smile. We stood around chatting for a few minutes getting to know one another before his dad announced that he had a date and had to get a move on.

"Son, I'll be back around eleven tonight. If you go back out, be in by midnight, alright." Mr. Auletti said.

"Yeah, ok Pops. I will." Nick answered his dad. "Me and Z are just probably gonna hang out around here after we eat. No plans to go out anywhere. You going out with Jenny today?"

"Oh yeah. I can't disappoint the ladies, you know what I mean?" his dad said. "You two be good and I'll talk with you later. Zuri, again, it was nice meeting you. Don't be a stranger, ok?"

I smiled at this man. It was obvious to me where Nick had gotten his good looks and charm from.

"Thanks, Mr. Auletti. You'll be seeing me around. Nice meeting you, too." I said.

I turned to Nick after his dad had left. "You have a nice, dad, man." I said. "You two look a lot alike."

"Yeah, he's a keeper, a pretty good guy. So, let's eat. I'm starved."

Nick placed the food on the coffee table in front of us and we sat down around it.

"You wanna watch TV or listen to some music? I have all of the latest DVD's and lots of CDs." He offered.

"Well, we've seen a movie already. Let's listen to some music and talk."

"Ok. Anyone in particular you wanna hear?"

"Nah, just put something on. It doesn't matter." I don't why I said that because the next thing I was hearing was Frank Sinatra. I was just stuffing my mouth with food and stopped with the fork still in my mouth. I looked up at him when he came back and sat down. "Is that Sinatra?" I asked, smiling with a mouth full of lo mein.

"Yeah, my dad listens to him a lot. I guess I just got used to him. I kinda like him."

"Cool. I can dig him." I said, still chewing. "Just wasn't expecting to hear him."

"You want me to put something else on?" He asked, about to stand.

"Nick, it's fine, man. I kinda dig his tunes. Don't forget I'm half Italian. My dad listens to him from time to time, especially when we go visit Grandma and Grandpa. They are like Sinatra freaks." I said laughing.

"Ok, so, wassup with you?"

"Nothing much, new. Just enjoying my day. What about you?" I asked.

"Same here."

We sat there talking about all sorts of things. I even enlightened him on what my dad had told us earlier this morning about the X-Men. I couldn't believe we were getting along so well and that we had so much in common. Finally, we'd finished eating were stuffed. We sat there for a bit longer and he must have noticed how tired I was getting.

"You look like you could use a nap." He said, as he stretched out his arms and yawned.

"Yeah, I am a little tired." I answered. "I guess I need to get going. You seem like you're tired, too."

"You don't have to go. I have twin beds in my room. You could crash for a while and then we can go and do something."

"Nah, man. I don't wanna put you out."

"Put me out? Man, what are you talking about? Just go and take a nap. It's no biggie. Come on, I'll show you where my bedroom is."

"You sure?" I asked, sounding a little apprehensive but excited at the same time.

"If I wasn't, I wouldn't have offered"

"What about the food and stuff on the table?"

"I'll take care of it. You just go take a nap."

"Nick, that's not fair. I'll take you up on the nap thing, but I am gonna help you clean up this mess." I said, as I began picking up the plates, napkins, silverware and glasses. He picked up everything else and we took it all to the kitchen.

After putting everything away, we went to his room. I was a fairly nice size room. I was neatly clean and had a very friendly feel to it. He told me to take the bed closest to the closet and he sat on the other bed. He took off his shoes and I followed. We both laid back on our beds and he turned the TV on.

"You comfortable, Zuri. You need a blanket or something?"

"No, I'm ok. What do you wanna do later on?"

"Whatever. We can go hang in the Village, if you like?"

"Cool. I have a friend that lives down there. We could go get him and hang, if you want."

"Ok.

We both laid there for a few minutes and the next thing I know, Nick was snoring away. It wasn't a loud snore, it was more like heavy breathing. I must have dozed off too because the next thing I knew it was dark outside. There was light coming from his television that illuminated the room. Nick must have gotten hot while asleep because when I looked over at him, he had taken off his shirt. I saw the sexiest upper chest that I have ever seen. He had massive pecs, a flat stomach that was covered with smooth black hair. I felt my dick getting hard. I wanted to jump over onto his bed and lay spoon-fashioned with him. I kept looking at his chest. I reached my hand into my pants and began to play with my already hard dick. I unbuttoned the top button of my pants for easier access. He had no idea what he was doing to me or how badly I wanted him. I closed my eyes and pictured him in bed with me as we kissed and grind into each other. I whispered his name under my breath so that no one could hear me, or so I thought. I must have been making a little too much noise or whispered his name too loudly because when I opened my eyes, he was looking directly at me. I froze. I freaked and immediately begin to apologize to him. I felt like I wanted to cry. I was so busted and this time he couldn't avoid not saying something.

"I'm sorry, Nick. I'll leave." I said, as I got up from the bed and looked on the floor for my shoes. I had never been in a situation like this and I didn't know how to act. I felt tears well up in my eyes and roll down my cheek..

He had gotten up by this time and stepped over to the bed I was sitting on and sat beside me.

"No worries, man." He said, as he wiped the tears from my eyes and leaned in and gently gave me a kiss.
