Chapter Twenty-Seven

Wheeler looked intently at Lloyd.

"Babe... what's wrong with you? All day long at school today, you were really down."

They were in the car driving home, and Lloyd turned to look at him while still keeping an eye on the road.

"I've just got some things on my mind is all, Hon."

"OK. Like what?"

"Nothing big, Wheels. Just thinking about some things is all. Nothing major."

"Well, can I help?"

"You already are, Babe."

"Well, OK... when you're ready."

A horn blew from the car behind them, and Lloyd and Wheeler looked back to see Ritchie and Glenn waving. Lloyd hadn't realized that he'd sat through the green light. They could see that Jason and Allen were in the back seat of the wagon as well.

"It's nice to have Jason back in school with us," said Lloyd.

"Can you believe that? It's amazing that just three weeks ago he was still in the hospital."

"Yeah. I see he's still on crutches, but he's getting around better."

They pulled into the driveway and got out of the car. Across the street, two men in suits got out of a car and walked towards Wheeler and Lloyd.

Ritchie, in his car, approached the corner and noticed the two guys.

"Trouble!"

"Excuse me," said the taller of the two men. "Are you Wheeler Dalton?"

"Yes, I am."

The other guy moved behind Wheeler and grabbed him while the first guy held out his arm to stop Lloyd from advancing.

"You're coming with us."

"Let him go, asshole," screamed Lloyd.

"Get off me," yelled Wheeler.

"You're going with us," said the guy dragging Wheeler towards the street to their car.

Glenn was already on the phone with the police and told them there was a kidnapping going on right in front of them. He gave them the address, and the police assured him that they were on the way.

Ritchie sped up to the house and screeched to a stop. Glenn was out the door even before the car stopped moving, and Ritchie jumped out right after him.

Ritchie slammed into the guy who was holding onto Wheeler and knocked them both to the ground. The other guy turned to help his friend and was blind-sided by Glenn.

Allen was slugged in the face by the first guy and was knocked to the ground. Jason had just gotten out of the car as the police car pulled up.

The fighting stopped quickly, and the police had everyone in cuffs except Jason... who was still in a cast and standing by the car on his crutches.

Lloyd screamed that they had tried to kidnap Wheeler.

The guys reported that they were private detectives who had been hired by the Daltons to retrieve their run-away son.

John came out from the house, and, after he showed the police that he had legal guardianship of Wheeler, the cops un-cuffed the boys.

"Sorry," said the lead officer, "but until we knew what was going on, we had to secure everyone."

The cops explained to the out-of-state guys that what they were doing was against the law.

"You just cannot snatch and grab."

And they would also be taking a ride to the police station for further questioning.

Ritchie stated he wanted to file charges for attempted kidnapping, assault, and attempted assault as well. The rest of the boys looked at him.

"My dad is a lawyer, and I'm going to love owning your company."

The cops led the two handcuffed guys towards the police car.

"And, by the way," yelled Wheeler, "I did not run away from home. They signed over their rights to my uncle and aunt."

The cops looked back at Wheeler to hear what he was saying, and, while they were distracted, Jason stuck out his crutch and tripped the guy who had hit Allen. The officer holding him had let go of him. He went down like a ton of bricks and smashed his face onto the pavement.

Jason smiled at him as he was being helped back up.

"Sorry about that. I'm still kind of new with these."

All four cops just grinned at Jason before leaving.

Lloyd slapped him on the shoulder.

"Nice job, Jason."

"Yeah," said Allen.

Jason signed something, and Glenn laughed.

"He said, 'no one hits my man. I may be a gimp. but I'll protect what is mine.'"

All the boys laughed, and Allen blushed and spoke in his best fake accent.

"That's my man... the big brute."

.....

Later that night, John, Carol, Wheeler and Lloyd were sitting in the kitchen when there was a knock on the back door. John got up and opened the door to an older version of Ritchie.

"Hey, Rich. Please... come on in."

The tall figure walked into the kitchen and greeted everyone.

"So," Rich said, "my son tells me there was some excitement this afternoon."

As they relayed the events of the day, Rich Noggon listened carefully.

"Why would your parents hire someone to take you back home? Did you run away?"

Wheeler turned pale and started to shake. Lloyd and everyone else in the room noticed.

"If you'll excuse us, I think Wheeler and I will go up stairs for a few minutes."

Lloyd nearly dragged Wheeler out of the kitchen. As he was leaving, he looked at John, nodded his head, and then motioned towards Rich.

"I don't feel well," said Wheeler as they were making their up the dormer stairs.

"I know. I know, Babe. We need to chill out for a while."

Lloyd got Wheeler to lie down, and soon he was out like a light.

Lloyd called down to the kitchen on the phone and explained what was going on. John understood even before he explained it. John had just told Rich everything that had happened to Wheeler and about his nightmares over the whole thing. Now John put the phone on Speaker so Lloyd could hear the conversation.

Rich asked, "Why would Wheeler's parents want him back if they gave up the rights to him to John and Carol. Lloyd started to explain, but John cut him off.

"Wait a minute, Lloyd. Rich, I want you to represent the boys. Will you do that?"

"Yes, of course."

"Hold on." John reached into his pocket and pulled out his money clip.

"Here's twenty dollars. This is a retainer. Now the boys have lawyer-client rights to privacy. Am I correct?"

Rich looked over the table, took the twenty-dollar bill.

"Now they do. Why?"

"OK, Lloyd. Tell him."

Now it was clear to Lloyd why he was stopped.

"Well, they want his money."

Rich was a little confused, so Lloyd explained.

"Wheeler and I are now worth over six million each." (It seems Ted had been busy with those investments!)

Rich was amazed.

"Ritchie never said a word about that."

"I know. I asked him not to tell anyone, and we hope you won't either."

"Well, I can't. I work for you now," and he laughed.

Just then, there was a scream from the bed. Wheeler scrambled into the corner of the room screaming.

"No! Stop! Stop! Don't hit me any more."

Lloyd dropped the phone, and John and Rich jumped from their chairs and were out the door in a flash.

On the way up the dormer stairs, John said, "It's OK. Trust me... just don't go near him. I'll explain later."

Ritchie and Glenn were coming through the back fence when they saw John and Ritchie's dad running towards the garage.

"Oh shit!"

Ritchie thought the two guys had gotten out and were back.

As John and Rich opened the dormer door, they saw Lloyd sliding across the floor. Wheeler was still in the corner... screaming at some imaginary person to stop.

John rushed over to Lloyd who was completely limp on the floor. John checked him. He was still breathing but was unconscious.

Rich moved towards Wheeler but was stopped when he heard a voice.

"Don't touch him, Dad. It's not him."

Rich turned to see Ritchie and Glenn racing into the room.

John briefly explained things to Rich.

"Up to this point, Lloyd has been the only one who could touch him when he has one of these seizures."

Ritchie moved over to where Wheeler was sitting... still screaming. He sat down just out of arms' reach and softly spoke to him.

"Wheeler. It's me... Ritchie. I'm here for you."

Wheeler stopped screaming but was still swinging wildly. Ritchie continued.

"It's OK, Wheels. I'm not going to let anyone hurt you."

Wheeler stopped swinging.

Ritchie carefully reached out and touched Wheeler. When he didn't react, Ritchie slowly slid closer and continued to speak softly.

"Wheeler. It's going to be fine. No one will ever hurt you again. OK? It's me... Ritchie."

He wrapped his arms around him and Wheeler just collapsed in them.

Rich was stunned. He had never seen his son behave this way. Ritchie had told him he was gay, and Ritch was not completely comfortable with that fact. He had a hard time, at first, getting used to Glenn being his son's lover. But to see his son with so much compassion and love for another person... well, he could see that there was a special bond between the boys, and he knew it was not based on sex -- but rather mutual love and respect.

From behind him, a moan came from Lloyd... who was now regaining consciousness. Glenn emerged from the kitchenette with a cold towel and some ice, and blood showed at the corner of his mouth. John held him in his arms.

"What happened? why did Wheeler hit him?"

Lloyd moved his jaw back and forth a few times.

"It was really my fault. I got too close before I said anything. He didn't know it was me. Where is he now?"

"He's fine," answered Glenn, "Ritchie has him."

Glenn thought that this might cause some jealousy problems, but Lloyd reacted positively.

"Good. Wheeler trusts him... as well as you."

"Well, I don't think I'll ever want to get close to him when he's like that. Look at what he's done to the rest of you guys. Believe me, I plan on staying waaay back!"

Lloyd was a little upset with Glenn's remark.

"If he was having a nightmare, and you were the only one there, you wouldn't try to help him? You would just stand off at a distance and let him suffer?"

Glenn immediately realized that he had come across as sounding rather insensitive.

"Sorry! I guess I wasn't thinking. Of course not, Lloyd. I will always be there to help Wheeler. I'll just have to remember to do it like Ritchie just did."

Lloyd was happy with that... and also happy that Ritchie had been able to calm Wheeler down.

By now, Wheeler had come to... and was wondering why Ritchie was holding him... and where Lloyd was... when he realized what had happened.

After Ritchie told him, he jumped up, crossed the room, and grabbed Lloyd into his arms. He was devastated that had he had done such a thing and sobbed and cried into Lloyd's neck. Through his tears, he told Lloyd how sorry he was... over and over again.

"It's OK. I made the mistake of getting too close before letting you know who I was."

Rich crossed the room to go to his son. He pulled Ritchie up from the floor... nearly crushing him while telling him how wonderful he thought he was. Then seeing Glenn, Rich reached out to pull him into a three-way hug.

"Now I understand the kind of love you boys have for each other. I'm so sorry I didn't realize it sooner. I swear I'll do everything I can to make you both happy."

The boys were all taken by surprise.

"I thought you didn't like me," said Glenn.

Rich squeezed him even tighter.

"Well, now you are a part of this family forever."

"Guess I'm stuck with you now," beamed Ritchie... getting a slap on the back of the head from both Glenn and his father. Then all three smiled.

Meanwhile, John had helped Lloyd and Wheeler off the floor and they were sitting on the couch.

Lloyd, a little worse for wear, looked at Wheeler.

"Babe, you are going to have to confront your parents. I think that's the only way you will ever be able to stop these nightmares."

"No. I never want to see them."

"Babe, you have to! You have to confront your fears in order to overcome them. You won't always have someone around to sleep with, and that's the only way you can sleep without the nightmares."

"Oh! So I either talk to my parents or your dump me. Is that what you're saying?"

"No. I never said that. I said you..."

But Wheeler stopped him.

"I know what you meant. And furthermore, just because your parents aren't around to bother you, don't you tell me how to deal with mine!"

Lloyd was furious that Wheeler would say such a thing about his loss of his parents. He jumped from the couch looked, glared at Wheeler, and then left the room.

John looked at Wheeler, and was about to verbally beat his ass, when Ritchie spoke up first.

"Wheeler, that was the most insensitive and cruelest thing you could have ever said to Lloyd, and I, for one, am ashamed you would even think such a thought. I'm out of here!"

Glenn looked at Wheeler and said the only thing he could think of.

"Asshole!"

And he left with Ritchie.

Wheeler looked at his uncle.

"I think I really fucked up this time."

The next sound they heard was the Jeep as it tore out of the driveway. Wheeler buried his head in the couch... leaving John not sure what to do next.

Rich just stood there... also not knowing what to do. He looked at John and softly said,

"I'll talk to you in the morning,"

and left as well.

"What am I going to do now?" cried Wheeler. "I need him. I love him. And I've not only physically hurt him tonight, I've mentally hurt him as well."

John rubbed Wheeler's back to try to relax him.

"Yes, you have. He knows how you feel about your parents. Right now he's mad, but he'll cool off. And I know he knows you didn't mean to hurt him by what you said."

Wheeler started to cry all over again. John, though, was more concerned over where and how Lloyd was.

Ritchie walked through the fence and turned to talk to Glenn.

"I know what he said was wrong, but he's just upset. Maybe I was a little hard on Wheeler."

"Yeah, me too."

"Come on. We need to go find Lloyd."

They had forgotten that Rich was behind them, so they were startled when he spoke up.

"Where do you think he' be most likely to go?"

"I think I know where he probably went," said Glenn.

Ritchie looked at him with a question on his face.

"Lets go," said Rich. "I'll drive."

The boys piled into the Lexus, and they took off following Glenn's directions.

Twenty minutes later, the Lexus' headlights hit Lloyd's jeep on the side of the road.

"Just what I thought," said Glenn.

Ritchie was amazed that Glenn had guessed right.

"Park here, Dad. We'll go get him."

Rich parked the car behind the Jeep, and the boys climbed the fence and jumped down into the graveyard. Ritchie wasn't sure he remembered the location.

"Do you remember where it is?"

"Yeah. Not too far from my grandmother's."

The boys took about five minutes to get to Lloyd's parents' grave. There, on the middle of the grave, was Lloyd. He had cried himself to sleep. Ritchie reached down and touched him. Lloyd jumped and scrambled sideways... scared almost stiff.

"Sorry," apologized Ritchie. "I didn't mean to scare you."

"What are you doing here?"

"We came to get you, silly. What else would we be doing in the cemetery in the middle of the night?"

"Yeah," added Glenn, "it's not like we're here to have sex!"

"I just wanted to be near them."

"I know," said Ritchie, "but Wheeler knows he hurt you, and he feels terrible. He never meant for it to sound like it did."

"I know. I just had to get away because I know he's hurting over his parents. Yes, I know he never meant to hurt me."

"Good," sighed Glenn. "Can we get the hell out of here, please?"

The boys got up and walked back toward the cars.

"I don't know why they put fences and gates around graveyards," said Ritchie. "It's not like anyone is dying to get in here."

Both Glenn and Lloyd slapped him on the back of the head.

"I'm sorry. Are they dying to get out?"

Before the boys could react, Ritchie took off running toward the cars... with both Glenn and Lloyd chasing after him and laughing as well.

Lloyd walked into the dormer, and John smiled at him. Lloyd nodded, and John got up from the couch and quietly closed the door on his way out of the room. Lloyd took his seat.

Wheeler was facing the back of the couch and had not stopped crying. He didn't feel the movement of the couch when John and Lloyd had traded places.

"I've lost him. I've hurt him, and now I'll never have him in my life again. I love him so much, Uncle John."

"You've lost nothing, my love."

Wheeler spun around on the couch and grabbed Lloyd. He hugged him and then started to kiss him. Lloyd pulled back a bit, and Wheeler felt it.

"You don't love me anymore?"

"Yes, of course I do, sweetheart, but my jaw is a little sore for some reason."

Wheeler was even more sorry now. So they hugged and cuddled together... saying to each other the things they both wanted to hear.

.....

Rich was curious and questioned Glenn.

"How'd you know that Lloyd was going to be at the cemetery?"

"Well, he goes there a lot when he's alone."

Even Ritchie didn't know that, and he was stunned... but glad they had found him.

.....

Across the street, meanwhile, Jason and Allen were busy on their own. Jason was laying on his back on the bed, and Allen was straddling his face with a knee on both sides... thrusting his cock in and out. Jason was holding on both of Allen's ass cheeks... pulling him in deeper.

Jerry had just come home from being out with the coach. They had had a small dinner and then gone back to Coach's house. Jerry, not knowing Allen was at the house, decided to check on his son. He went down the hall and opened his Jason's bedroom door. The sight he saw stopped him in his tracks. Allen was in the middle of a massive orgasm, and Jason's cock was at full hard-on and was shooting its own load like a fountain up and onto Allen's back.

Jerry slowly closed the door and went into the kitchen grabbed the water out of the fridge and a glass and sat down at the table. Allen walked into the room a few minutes later, opened the fridge and bent over looking around. As raised up, Jerry was holding the water picture out to him. Allen looked at him... then remembered he was naked. He just tore out of the kitchen, and Jerry just smiled. He knew Allen had a nice cock. Jason had told him. Now he had seen it both hard and soft.

Jason came into the kitchen a few minutes later and signed to jerry.

'I'm sorry, Dad,' and looked down. Jerry signed back.

'Hey, I know what it's like to be young. Stop this sorry shit.'

Allen came into the kitchen and was trying to make a fast exit, but Jerry stopped him

"Hey look, Allen. I know what's going on, and I approve of you and Jason being together. Hell, man! That looked really hot... what I saw you guys doing."

Now both Allen and Jason jumped.

"Sorry. I came home and was just checking on Jason. I didn't stay looking. I left right away. Allen, look... we're all guys here, and, well, if you and Jason are going to be together, then we're going to be seeing each other in different forms of dress... and un-dress. Does that bother you?"

"No. It was just a little embarrassing and took me by surprise... that's all."

"Well, from what I saw, Allen, you have nothing little or anything to be embarrassed about!"

That made them all laugh a bit.

"Besides," said Jerry, "less than an hour ago, I was in a similar position."

"So things are going good for you and Coach then?"

"Yeah... going just fine. But from now on let's try this. How about when you guys want to be alone in there, hang a hat on the doorknob."

Jason signed something, and Jerry filled in what he said.

"Yeah, and Coach and I will do the same as well."

Jason walked Allen to the door.

"Jason, could I ask you something?"

Jason nodded.

"Is your dad like you?"

Jason looked puzzled.

"You know... hung like nine!"

Jason shook his head.

'No,' he signed, 'nine and a half... and thicker!'

"Oooo... scary."

'I hope not. I want to be just like him.'

"You're fine just the way you are, big boy!" and he reached down and squeezed Jason's cock and balls as he kissed him good night.

Jason just moaned.
