Racial Re-Training Initiatives Ltd, or Black Resurgence its public face, was a new company of some importance in the services sector of African states. It received large-scale government support in Southern Africa as part of programmes to create Black Economic and Social Advancement -- coping with the historical legacy of white supremacist regimes.

The company was a leader in its field. It had initially been set up by John Obongo, whose supermarkets in Southern Africa had for some time employed increasing numbers of white male school-leavers, and then others relocated from Universities and Colleges, as cleaners, trolley-boys, shelf stackers, packers, parking boy attendants, bakery and butchery assistants.

The employment of these white youths, all of whom had been successfully used as Pod Boys in historically black schools and colleges, sught to tackle the "White Problem" -preventing the occurrence of social and economic dislocation -- namely them being unemployed, or even being a nuisance on the streets when the institution had finished with them ( usually when the school was restocked with new allocations of fresh whiteboys). The young white males habitually left school and college with few formal qualifications as they had spent most of their time servicing their black classmates and providing them with "recreation and release facilities". John Obongo felt he had a social duty to ensure these boys had a future, and to capture their hard earned skills. ( He and his black colleagues could also make a whole wad of money out of the deployment of white ass and have themselves a good deal of fun!)

The boys' white parents were usually keen to sign indenture documents on them, well aware of where their skills areas lay, their limited employment expectations, and the resultant apprehension that they would be a continued drain on family finances. They were encouraged to sign them over to a Racial Retraining Agency for a period of five to ten years. In return they were offered generous capital inducements. It was a win-win situation -- everyone profited from the continued exploitation of this national resource. There were many other benefits -- teenage pregnancies went way down as an alternative channel, or channels so to speak, were provided for highly sexual, testosterone charged black youth and younger males. The only group that sociologists perceived as not benefiting economically were the former white Pod Boys themselves -- but they certainly were able to fulfil their appetites for dominant black males

This growing group of Caucasian youths were bluntly, by the time they left school or college, totally addicted to servicing and serving black cock, and saw their life-role as being to service superior black males. If they didn't fit fully and well into this group (and there were stringent if somewhat harsh entry tests) they would be despatched to farms and ranches as field hands or domestic workers. In effect they then became rurally based slaves for five to ten years by which time they were thoroughly worn out. There was talk of rendering plants being developed in certain countries where worn-out white males could be converted into fertiliser and thus continue to provide a socially useful input for black farmers, but nothing concrete had been done about that as yet.

The stock of whiteboys held at the RTTI stables were those selected out of the Pod pool who were of higher value then for rural service. Boys 16 -24 years old, medically and sexually tested, kept in prime condition through strict exercise, grooming and dietary programming, subjected to carefully controlled drug regimes to ensure maximum and continuous sexual performance -guaranteed to be of the highest quality, ensuring total customer satisfaction, and therefore profitability of long duration. A product which was constantly monitored and graded. A1 graded stock was the very highest quality -- prime stock physically and mentally; of both high intelligence and excellent subservience. These boys were especially valued as personal body slaves.

Obongo was joined in the African Resurgence enterprise by a number of other successful young black entrepreneurs. A group of five had put in the initial capital, releasing generous government match funding; they served, with two ministry representatives, on the RRTI Board. They all ran, personally, a number of firms which already used "Pod Whites" (the name in fact stuck well after its use in schools and colleges ) in bars, clubs, restaurants, shops, home catering, delivery services, transport, cleaning, garden maintenance, janitorial services, sports clubs, escort services and massage parlours. They were thus well able to test and judge the product they were handling in this central supply company

A stock of some 400/600 Pod Whites was held, at anyone time, for grading, assessment and future deployment. Most of these were warehoused in the large and impressive Central Stables, where they were regularly worked out, worked on and at times modified for future product placement. There were satellite stables in other locations -- principally in other capital cities and regions.

The company employed a cohort of committed and enthusiastic young black managers to handle the placement of whites in the most appropriate positions, and these guys ran the business to ensure a high return on the directors' capital investment. Only the very best and most experienced creative young blacks were employed -usually those who had run the most exploitative Pods in their schools and colleges. For the black managers the rewards were also high -- monthly bonuses were paid on placement of Pod Whites in black owned businesses, and for the more successful the labour and skills of a group of say 30/40 Pod Whites led to remuneration on a level which enabled them to live in real style, in large houses, running expensive cars, and themselves having several white "servants" - the word "slave" was used freely within RTTI itself but in public more respectful terms were used, however outrageously the white boys were used. There was a certain added humiliation in the dichotomy. For example, a Pod White " Asst Manager" of a bar would be stripped and team-fucked over the bar tables by his staff and customers as the evening's drinking got under way.

To get an idea of what happened day-to-day at RTTI, we will now look at a typical Board Meeting day. It wasn't all reviews of boring reports and accounts, stock figures and commercial development options. The Directors always favoured a more hands-on approach, and normally had first access to A1 graded product:

In the RRTI Directors' Gym 17 year old Lukas Botha was being introduced to two of the Directors. The days were of course very profitable to RTTI who charged out video rights of staff testing to one of its subsidiary companies. The Stables became a veritable series of studios on Board days!
